瑞士乳杆菌:有多种具有增强人体新陈代谢,促进免疫、激素、酶抑制剂,抗抗菌,抗病毒和抗气蚀作用的生物活性肽。能够有效的降低血压的同时,还有缓解高血压,缓解紧张,改善脑功能,提高记忆和学习能力的功能。
双歧杆菌:双歧杆菌是一种重要的肠道有益微生物,对人体健康具有生物屏障、营养作用、抗肿瘤作用、免疫增强作用、改善胃肠道功能、抗衰老等多种重要的生理功能。
黄精:具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾的作用,用于壮筋骨,益精髓,治脾胃虚弱,体倦无力,治肺劳咳血,赤白带,高脂血症等病症
玛咖:玛咖根中蛋白质含量为10%以上,59%的碳水化合物;8.5%的纤维,内含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12、B5,脂肪含量不高但其中多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达53%以上,天然活性成份包括生物碱、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质等。其中还含有玛卡酰胺和玛卡稀,这两种物质对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用。
本发明的有益效果体现在:本发明提供的松露口服液不含有防腐剂、人工色素,具有提高机体免疫力,增强人体新陈代谢,延缓衰老,防癌抗癌,降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇,改善胃肠道功能,增强男性性功能,抗疲劳,补脑提神等功效。适用于体弱或久病体虚人群(易生病、精神萎靡、睡眠障碍)、有轻微感冒症状(鼻涕不止、咽喉肿痛)或有炎症的人群(牙龈肿痛、伤口发炎、肠胃炎)。

下面将对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
实施例1
一种松露口服液包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露1.8份,松茸1.8份,姬松茸1.8份,羊肚菌0.7份,枸杞子6份,虫蛹草0.5份,雪莲培养物1.8份,茯苓6份,香菇6份,果汁10份,酵母β-葡聚糖2.5份,牡蛎肽2.5份,瓜拉纳提取物0.2份,瑞士乳杆菌0.5份,双歧杆菌0.5份,低聚木糖2.5份,低聚异麦芽糖2.5份,玛咖粉2份,黄精1份。
上述的松露口服液的制备方法,步骤如下:S1.筛选和清洗:筛选出优质的松露,松茸,姬松茸,羊肚菌,枸杞子,虫蛹草,雪莲培养物,黄精,茯苓,香菇,后清洗干净,制得干净的原料;S2.烘干和粉碎:将S1中得到的干净的原料烘干,粉碎,制得原料粉末;S3.提取:将S2中制得的原料粉末中加入清水,浸泡,加热提取,过滤,重复提取3次,将3次获得的提取液混合,制得提取液A和残渣;S4.超临界CO2提取:将S3中的残渣进行超临界CO2提取,制得提取液B;S5.浓缩和混合:将提取液A和提取液B混合,搅拌均匀,进行减压浓缩,制得浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入果汁份,酵母β-葡聚糖,玛咖粉,牡蛎肽,瓜拉纳提取物,瑞士乳杆菌,双歧杆菌,低聚木糖和低聚异麦芽糖,搅拌均匀,制得口服液;S6.灌装:将口服液灌装至瓶中,再将瓶盖密封到所述瓶上,得到瓶装口服液;S7.高温灭菌:将瓶装口服液于115℃水蒸汽下,灭菌30分钟。S8.包装和入库:将灭菌后的瓶装口服液进行包装,置于避光通风处,在低于30℃的温度下贮藏。
步骤S3所述的加热提取为加热至90-95摄氏度,提取2小时。
步骤S4所述的超临界CO2提取的条件为压力40MPa,温度40℃。
步骤S5所述的减压浓缩为-0.08到-0.1MPa下浓缩至相对密度为0.8-1.2。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:一种松露口服液包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露3.3份,松茸3.3份,姬松茸3.3份,羊肚菌1.25份,枸杞子11.1份,虫蛹草1.2份,雪莲培养物3.3份,茯苓12份,香菇12份,果汁10份,酵母β-葡聚糖3.5份,牡蛎肽3.5份,瓜拉纳提取物0.4份,瑞士乳杆菌0.8份,双歧杆菌0.8份,低聚木糖3.5份,低聚异麦芽糖3.5份,玛咖粉2份,黄精1份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:一种松露口服液包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露2.5份,松茸2.5份,姬松茸2.5份,羊肚菌0.98份,枸杞子8.5份,虫蛹草0.75份,雪莲培养物2.5份,茯苓9份,香菇9份,果汁10份,酵母β-葡聚糖3份,牡蛎肽3份、瓜拉纳提取物0.3份,瑞士乳杆菌0.6份,双歧杆菌0.6份,低聚木糖3份,低聚异麦芽糖3份,玛咖粉2份,黄精1份。
试验例
本发明实施例1中制得的松露口服液使用效果分析,见表1:
使用方法:每日3次,每次1瓶,每瓶50ml。

1.一种松露口服液,其特征在于:所述的松露口服液,包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露1.5-4份,松茸1.5-4份,姬松茸1.5-4份,羊肚菌0.5-1.5份,枸杞子6-12份,虫蛹草0.5-1.5份,雪莲培养物1.5-4份,茯苓6-12份,香菇6-12份,果汁8-10份,酵母β-葡聚糖1.5-4份,牡蛎肽1.5-4份,瓜拉纳提取物0.1-0.5份,瑞士乳杆菌0.5-1份,双歧杆菌0.5-1份,低聚木糖2-4份,低聚异麦芽糖2-4份,玛咖粉0.5-4份,黄精0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的松露口服液,其特征在于:所述的松露口服液,包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露1.8-3.3份,松茸1.8-3.3份,姬松茸1.8-3.3份,羊肚菌0.7-1.25份,枸杞子6-11.1份,虫蛹草0.5-1.2份,雪莲培养物1.8-3.3份,茯苓6-12份,香菇6-12份,果汁8-10份,酵母β-葡聚糖2.5-3.5份,牡蛎肽2.5-3.5份,瓜拉纳提取物0.2-0.4份,瑞士乳杆菌0.5-0.8份,双歧杆菌0.5-0.8份,低聚木糖2.5-3.5份,低聚异麦芽糖2.5-3.5份,玛咖粉0.5-4份,黄精0.5-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的松露口服液,其特征在于:所述的松露口服液,包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露1.8份,松茸1.8份,姬松茸1.8份,羊肚菌0.7份,枸杞子6份,虫蛹草0.5份,雪莲培养物1.8份,茯苓6份,香菇6份,果汁10份,酵母β-葡聚糖2.5份,牡蛎肽2.5份,瓜拉纳提取物0.2份,瑞士乳杆菌0.5份,双歧杆菌0.5份,低聚木糖2.5份,低聚异麦芽糖2.5份,玛咖粉2份,黄精1份。

5.根据权利要求2所述的松露口服液,其特征在于:所述的松露口服液,包括如下重量份数的原料组分:松露2.5份,松茸2.5份,姬松茸2.5份,羊肚菌0.98份,枸杞子8.5份,虫蛹草0.75份,雪莲培养物2.5份,茯苓9份,香菇9份,果汁10份,酵母β-葡聚糖3份,牡蛎肽3份,瓜拉纳提取物0.3份,瑞士乳杆菌0.6份,双歧杆菌0.6份,低聚木糖3份,低聚异麦芽糖3份,玛咖粉2份,黄精1份。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的松露口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,步骤如下:S1.筛选和清洗:筛选出优质的松露,松茸,姬松茸,羊肚菌,枸杞子,虫蛹草,雪莲培养物,黄精,茯苓和香菇,清洗干净,制得干净的原料;S2.烘干和粉碎:将S1中得到的干净的原料烘干,粉碎,制得原料粉末;S3.提取:将S2中制得的原料粉末中加入清水,浸泡,加热提取,过滤,重复提取3次,将3次获得的提取液混合,制得提取液A和残渣;S4.超临界CO2提取:将S3中的残渣进行超临界CO2提取,制得提取液B;S5.浓缩和混合:将提取液A和提取液B混合,搅拌均匀,进行减压浓缩,制得浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入果汁,酵母β-葡聚糖,玛咖粉,牡蛎肽,瓜拉纳提取物,瑞士乳杆菌,双歧杆菌,低聚木糖和低聚异麦芽糖,搅拌均匀,制得口服液;S6.灌装:将口服液灌装至瓶中,再将瓶盖密封到所述瓶上,得到瓶装口服液;S7.高温灭菌:将瓶装口服液于115℃水蒸汽下,灭菌30分钟;S8.包装和入库:将灭菌后的瓶装口服液进行包装,置于避光通风处,在低于30℃的温度下贮藏。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S3所述的加热提取为加热至90-95℃,提取2小时。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4所述的超临界CO2提取的条件为压力40MPa,温度40℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5所述的减压浓缩为-0.08到-0.1MPa下浓缩至相对密度为0.8-1.2。
