Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆‑脱模,所述注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆‑一次回浆‑二次注浆‑二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为20~37.5%;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为10~15%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的1~5‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰。本发明中三种物质结合起来使得内层泥浆层提前对外层泥浆层起到骨架支撑作用,制作出来的紫砂壶既能满足表面的光洁度,有能实现骨力好,饱满度好的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及紫砂壶领域,尤其涉及一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法。
背景技术
紫砂壶坯体在制作过程中为了使紫砂壶表面光洁、不开裂,泥料的含水量均较高,但这就带来了一个问题,坯体做成后没有骨力,支撑度不好;但如果降低泥料的含水量,坯体的表面的收缩度大于内部的收缩度,表面容易开裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法。
本发明的创新点在于本发明中将泥浆分两层注入,先注外层,外层注浆料的含水量大于内层注浆料的含水量,外层注浆料的含水量大,塑性强,可以避免表面干裂、不光洁的现象产生,且内层注浆料采用水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠;水玻璃会渗入到材料的缝隙及孔隙中,增加泥料的粘性,从而让泥料的密度和强度提升,避免泥料水分降低后的开裂;纯碱可以使得泥料强度提早变强,起到支撑外层泥料的作用;腐殖酸钠具有很强的吸附、交换、络合和螯合的能力,这些对陶瓷泥浆的强度、光泽等性能起着增强作用,对陶瓷泥浆又能有良好的解胶性能;三种物质结合起来使得内层泥浆层提前对外层泥浆层起到骨架支撑作用,制作出来的紫砂壶既能满足表面的光洁度,有能实现骨力好,饱满度好的效果。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆-脱模,所述注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆-一次回浆-二次注浆-二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为20~37.5%;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为10~15%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的1~5‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰。
进一步地,一次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到一次注浆料,将一次注浆料注入石膏模具内,干化5~10分钟后一次回浆,一次回浆时倒出废泥浆,在石膏模具内形成外泥浆层;二次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到预混泥,在预混泥内加入水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠并混合均匀得到二次注浆泥,将二次注浆泥注入一次回浆后的石膏模具内,干化5~10分钟,二次回浆倒出废泥浆,石膏模具内壁在外泥浆层上又形成一层内泥浆层。
进一步地,所述脱模时二次回浆的石膏模具内的外泥浆层和内泥浆层的含水率≤25%。
本发明的有益效果是 :
1、本发明中将泥浆分两层注入,先注外层,外层注浆料的含水量大于内层注浆料的含水量,外层注浆料的含水量大,塑性强,可以避免表面干裂、不光洁的现象产生,且内层注浆料采用水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠;水玻璃会渗入到材料的缝隙及孔隙中,增加泥料的粘性,从而让泥料的密度和强度提升,避免泥料水分降低后的开裂;纯碱可以使得泥料强度提早变强,起到支撑外层泥料的作用;腐殖酸钠具有很强的吸附、交换、络合和螯合的能力,这些对陶瓷泥浆的强度、光泽等性能起着增强作用,对陶瓷泥浆又能有良好的解胶性能;三种物质结合起来使得内层泥浆层提前对外层泥浆层起到骨架支撑作用,制作出来的紫砂壶既能满足表面的光洁度,有能实现骨力好,饱满度好的效果。

实施例1:一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆-脱模,注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆-一次回浆-二次注浆-二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为20%,一次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到一次注浆料,将一次注浆料注入石膏模具内,干化5分钟后一次回浆,一次回浆时倒出废泥浆,在石膏模具内形成外泥浆层;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为10%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的1‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的1‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的1‰,二次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到预混泥,在预混泥内加入水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠并混合均匀得到二次注浆泥,将二次注浆泥注入一次回浆后的石膏模具内,干化5分钟,二次回浆倒出废泥浆,石膏模具内壁在外泥浆层上又形成一层内泥浆层。脱模时二次回浆的石膏模具内的外泥浆层和内泥浆层的含水率≤25%。
实施例2:一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆-脱模,注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆-一次回浆-二次注浆-二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为30%,一次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到一次注浆料,将一次注浆料注入石膏模具内,干化8分钟后一次回浆,一次回浆时倒出废泥浆,在石膏模具内形成外泥浆层;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为12%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的3‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的2‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的2‰,二次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到预混泥,在预混泥内加入水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠并混合均匀得到二次注浆泥,将二次注浆泥注入一次回浆后的石膏模具内,干化8分钟,二次回浆倒出废泥浆,石膏模具内壁在外泥浆层上又形成一层内泥浆层。脱模时二次回浆的石膏模具内的外泥浆层和内泥浆层的含水率≤25%。
实施例3:一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆-脱模,注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆-一次回浆-二次注浆-二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为37.5%,一次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到一次注浆料,将一次注浆料注入石膏模具内,干化10分钟后一次回浆,一次回浆时倒出废泥浆,在石膏模具内形成外泥浆层;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为15%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的5‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的3‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的3‰,二次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到预混泥,在预混泥内加入水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠并混合均匀得到二次注浆泥,将二次注浆泥注入一次回浆后的石膏模具内,干化10分钟,二次回浆倒出废泥浆,石膏模具内壁在外泥浆层上又形成一层内泥浆层。脱模时二次回浆的石膏模具内的外泥浆层和内泥浆层的含水率≤25%。

1.一种双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,包括以下步骤:注浆-脱模,其特征在于,所述注浆分为两次注浆,两次注浆的步骤为:一次注浆-一次回浆-二次注浆-二次回浆,一次注浆时加入一次注浆料,一次注浆料包括紫砂泥和水,一次注浆料的含水量为20~37.5%;二次注浆时在加入二次注浆料,二次注浆料包括紫砂泥、水、水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠,二次注浆料的含水量低于一次注浆料且差值为10~15%,水玻璃的重量为二次注浆料的1~5‰,纯碱的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰,腐殖酸钠的重量为二次注浆料的1~3‰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,其特征在于,一次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到一次注浆料,将一次注浆料注入石膏模具内,干化5~10分钟后一次回浆,一次回浆时倒出废泥浆,在石膏模具内形成外泥浆层;二次注浆时将紫砂泥加水混合得到预混泥,在预混泥内加入水玻璃、纯碱和腐殖酸钠并混合均匀得到二次注浆泥,将二次注浆泥注入一次回浆后的石膏模具内,干化5~10分钟,二次回浆倒出废泥浆,石膏模具内壁在外泥浆层上又形成一层内泥浆层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层注浆法制作紫砂壶的方法,其特征在于,所述脱模时二次回浆的石膏模具内的外泥浆层和内泥浆层的含水率≤25%。
