Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法,抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80‑90份、防黏剂1‑3份;芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80‑90份、抗静电剂2‑4份;消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料90‑96份、爽滑剂2‑3份;抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。本发明制备的消光膜膜面晶点、白点少,具有较高的雾度和较低的光泽度,消光层手感光滑细腻,白色哑光效果比较美观,可用于电子产品的表面保护作用,让电子产品在生产过程中起到防尘、刮花作用,也适合做高端商品的外包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜生产领域,具体是一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)物理稳定性好、机械强度大、气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨,是应用最广泛的薄膜,一般使用厚度为10~100μm。目前双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜又分为光膜和消光膜两大类,消光膜可分为单面消光,双面消光及热封消光等品种。消光膜的开发成功,极大的拓展了薄膜的使用范围。然而由于原料的不同,生产设备的不同,生产的参数也需要不断摸索,市场上的消光膜普遍存在分散差,膜面白点、晶点多等问题,产品的品质也需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
一种抗静电消光膜,所述抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;
所述抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80-90份、防黏剂1-3份;
所述芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80-90份、抗静电剂2-4份;
所述消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料90-96份、爽滑剂2-3份;
所述抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。
优选的,所述防黏剂为合成二氧化硅、玻璃微珠、有机硅聚合物或甲基丙烯酸醋的聚合物。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为抗静电剂HZ-1或抗静电剂HZ-14或乙二醇月桂酸酰胺或乙氧基化烷基胺。
优选的,所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸钙、硅酮中的一种。
优选的,所述的抗静电消光膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、分别将抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料定量投入第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机;
S2、抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料分别在第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机内加热成熔融状态,分别经过过滤网过滤后,在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片,然后通过激冷辊和水池快速冷却定型为厚片;
S3、厚片经过预热、纵向拉伸、定型,得到厚膜;
S4、厚膜再经过预热、横向拉伸、定型、冷却,得到薄膜;
S5、薄膜经过TDO冷却,牵引辊冷却和电晕处理,然后收卷得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤S2中第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机的加热温度为250℃,模头温度为240℃。
优选的,所述步骤S3中预热温度为125-138℃,纵向拉伸温度为122-128℃,定型温度为127-139℃。
优选的,所述步骤S4中预热温度为168-172℃,横向拉伸温度为155℃,定型温度为167℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的消光膜膜面晶点、白点少,具有较高的雾度和较低的光泽度,消光层手感光滑细腻,白色哑光效果比较美观,可用于电子产品的表面保护作用,让电子产品在生产过程中起到防尘、刮花作用,也适合做高端商品的外包装。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法,抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;
抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80份、防黏剂1份;
芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80份、抗静电剂2份;
消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料90份、爽滑剂2份;
上述抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。
上述防黏剂为合成二氧化硅、玻璃微珠、有机硅聚合物或甲基丙烯酸醋的聚合物。
上述抗静电剂为抗静电剂HZ-1或抗静电剂HZ-14或乙二醇月桂酸酰胺或乙氧基化烷基胺。
上述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸钙、硅酮中的一种。
上述抗静电消光膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、分别将抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料定量投入第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机;
S2、抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料分别在第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机内加热成熔融状态,分别经过过滤网过滤后,在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片,然后通过激冷辊和水池快速冷却定型为厚片,第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机的加热温度为250℃,模头温度为240℃;
S3、厚片经过预热、纵向拉伸、定型,得到厚膜,预热温度为125℃,纵向拉伸温度为122℃,定型温度为127℃;
S4、厚膜再经过预热、横向拉伸、定型、冷却,得到薄膜,预热温度为168℃,横向拉伸温度为155℃,定型温度为167℃;
S5、薄膜经过TDO冷却,牵引辊冷却和电晕处理,然后收卷得到成品。
以下各实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于,
实施例2
一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法,抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;
抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯85份、防黏剂2份;
芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯85份、抗静电剂3份;
消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料93份、爽滑剂2.5份;
上述抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。
上述抗静电消光膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、分别将抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料定量投入第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机;
S2、抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料分别在第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机内加热成熔融状态,分别经过过滤网过滤后,在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片,然后通过激冷辊和水池快速冷却定型为厚片,第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机的加热温度为250℃,模头温度为240℃;
S3、厚片经过预热、纵向拉伸、定型,得到厚膜,预热温度为131.5℃,纵向拉伸温度为125℃,定型温度为133℃;
S4、厚膜再经过预热、横向拉伸、定型、冷却,得到薄膜,预热温度为170℃,横向拉伸温度为155℃,定型温度为167℃;
S5、薄膜经过TDO冷却,牵引辊冷却和电晕处理,然后收卷得到成品。
实施例3
一种抗静电消光膜及其制备方法,抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;
抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯90份、防黏剂3份;
芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯90份、抗静电剂4份;
消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料96份、爽滑剂3份;
上述抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。
上述抗静电消光膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、分别将抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料定量投入第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机;
S2、抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料分别在第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机内加热成熔融状态,分别经过过滤网过滤后,在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片,然后通过激冷辊和水池快速冷却定型为厚片,第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机的加热温度为250℃,模头温度为240℃;
S3、厚片经过预热、纵向拉伸、定型,得到厚膜,预热温度为138℃,纵向拉伸温度为128℃,定型温度为139℃;
S4、厚膜再经过预热、横向拉伸、定型、冷却,得到薄膜,预热温度为172℃,横向拉伸温度为155℃,定型温度为167℃;
S5、薄膜经过TDO冷却,牵引辊冷却和电晕处理,然后收卷得到成品。

1.一种抗静电消光膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电消光膜为三层结构,从上到下依次包括抗粘连层、芯层、消光层;
所述抗粘连层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80-90份、防黏剂1-3份;
所述芯层由如下原料按重量份组成:聚丙烯80-90份、抗静电剂2-4份;
所述消光层由如下原料按重量份组成:消光母料90-96份、爽滑剂2-3份;
所述抗静电消光膜的三层结构是通过熔融共挤和双向拉伸后形成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电消光膜,其特征在于,所述防黏剂为合成二氧化硅、玻璃微珠、有机硅聚合物或甲基丙烯酸醋的聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电消光膜,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为抗静电剂HZ-1或抗静电剂HZ-14或乙二醇月桂酸酰胺或乙氧基化烷基胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电消光膜,其特征在于,所述爽滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸钙、硅酮中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电消光膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、分别将抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料定量投入第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机;
S2、抗粘连层、芯层、消光层对应的原料分别在第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机内加热成熔融状态,分别经过过滤网过滤后,在三层结构模头中汇合挤出成膜片,然后通过激冷辊和水池快速冷却定型为厚片;
S3、厚片经过预热、纵向拉伸、定型,得到厚膜;
S4、厚膜再经过预热、横向拉伸、定型、冷却,得到薄膜;
S5、薄膜经过TDO冷却,牵引辊冷却和电晕处理,然后收卷得到成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电消光膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中第一挤出机、第二挤出机、第三挤出机的加热温度为250℃,模头温度为240℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电消光膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中预热温度为125-138℃,纵向拉伸温度为122-128℃,定型温度为127-139℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的抗静电消光膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中预热温度为168-172℃,横向拉伸温度为155℃,定型温度为167℃。
