With the development of the intellectualization of the washing machine, the washing machine becomes an indispensable intelligent device in life more and more. After the washing machine is used for a period of time, some dirt which is not easy to clean by a user may be generated, or mechanical parts inside the washing machine may become loose, thereby causing the performance of the washing machine to be reduced. In order to solve the technical problem, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for early warning of a failure of a washing machine, and a storage medium.
The embodiment of the application provides a washing machine fault early warning method and device, a washing machine and a storage medium, whether the working state of the washing machine is a normal state or not is determined by comparing the actual energy consumption of the washing machine with the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine in the normal state, and if the washing machine is in an abnormal state, early warning information is pushed to a user, so that the early warning is carried out on the washing machine according to the use condition of each washing machine, the reliability of the early warning can be improved, and the user experience can be enhanced.
The washing machine fault early warning method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the washing machine fault early warning device provided by the embodiment of the application, the washing machine fault early warning device provided by the embodiment of the application can be part or all of a washing machine, fig. 1 is an exemplary application scenario diagram provided by the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine fault early warning method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a washing machine 11, a user can operate the washing machine, for example, the washing machine 11 can perform data communication with a terminal device 12, the terminal device 12 can control the washing machine 11, and the embodiment of the application is not limited thereto. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the washing machine, and for example, the type of the washing machine may include a pulsator type washing machine, a drum type washing machine, a pulsator type washing machine, and the like. The specific type of the terminal device is not limited, for example, the terminal device may be a smart phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a washing machine fault early warning method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be executed by a washing machine fault early warning device, and the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, for example: the device may be part or all of a washing machine, and the following describes a washing machine fault early warning method by using the washing machine as an execution main body, as shown in fig. 2, the fault early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S101: and acquiring the actual energy consumption of the preset energy consumption parameter under the current washing program of the washing machine.
The washing machine generates certain energy consumption in the process of executing the washing program, and if the performance of the washing machine is reduced, the energy consumption of the washing machine in the process of executing the washing program is different. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the number and the type of the preset energy consumption parameters, and in a possible implementation manner, the preset energy consumption parameters may be any one or more of water consumption, power consumption, and time consumption.
The actual energy consumption of the preset energy consumption parameter is obtained, the preset energy consumption parameter can be automatically monitored when the washing machine starts to execute the current washing program, and the actual energy consumption of the preset energy consumption parameter is obtained until the current washing program is finished. In one possible embodiment, the water inlet flow of the water inlet valve of the washing machine can be monitored through a flow meter to obtain the water consumption of the washing machine during the execution of the current washing program; the power consumption of the washing machine in the execution process of the current washing program can be monitored through an ammeter in the washing machine; the amount of time the washing machine spends during the execution of the current washing program may be monitored by a timer in the washing machine. The embodiments of the present application are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.
Step S102: and determining the working state of the washing machine according to the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program.
Wherein, the working state of the washing machine includes a normal state and an abnormal state. If the operating state of the washing machine is a normal state, the washing machine does not need to be maintained, and if the operating state of the washing machine is an abnormal state, the washing machine needs to be maintained. Among them, the maintenance of the washing machine may be cleaning and maintenance of the washing machine, etc.
The theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program can be determined by the washing mode of the current washing program. In a possible embodiment, for different washing programs of the washing machine, the theoretical energy consumption corresponding to each washing program may be set, for example, if the current washing program is the hybrid washing mode, the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program is the first theoretical energy consumption; if the current washing program is the wool washing mode, the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program is the second theoretical energy consumption, which is taken as an example only and not limited thereto in the embodiments of the present application.
In another possible embodiment, the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program may be determined by the washing parameter information of the current washing program. Based on this, before the working state of the washing machine is judged according to the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring washing parameter information of a current washing program; and determining the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program according to the washing parameter information.
The washing parameter information of the current washing program can be acquired through a control panel of the washing machine, or can be acquired through a terminal device in data communication with the washing machine, for example, through an application program on the terminal device. The embodiment of the application does not limit the information type and the number of the washing parameter information of the current washing program of the washing machine. In one possible embodiment, the washing parameter information includes at least one of: laundry type, laundry weight, washing program, washing time, washing times, rinsing times, heating time. The embodiments of the present application are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.
After the washing parameter information of the current washing program is obtained, the washing machine determines the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program according to the washing parameter information, and in a possible implementation manner, the theoretical energy consumption of the preset energy consumption parameter can be obtained through the washing parameter information and a preset calculation rule. For example, the amount of time consumed may be determined by the washing time, and the amount of power consumed may be determined by the number of times of washing, the number of times of rinsing, and the heating time.
After the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption are determined, the working state of the washing machine is determined according to the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption. In a possible embodiment, the preset energy consumption parameters may be one or more, the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption under each preset energy consumption parameter may be compared respectively, and if the actual energy consumption is higher than the theoretical energy consumption, the operating state of the washing machine is an abnormal state; or, if the actual energy consumption of the preset energy consumption parameters with the preset number is higher than the theoretical energy consumption, it indicates that the operating state of the washing machine is an abnormal state, and the like.
In another possible embodiment, the theoretical energy consumption is a normal energy consumption interval of the washing machine in a normal state, and the determining the operating state of the washing machine according to the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine in the current washing program includes:
judging whether the actual energy consumption is in a normal energy consumption interval or not; and if the actual energy consumption is in the normal energy consumption interval, judging that the working state of the washing machine is a normal state.
Judging whether the working state of the washing machine is in a normal state or not by judging that the actual energy consumption release under the preset energy consumption parameter is in a normal energy consumption interval, if so, judging that the working state of the washing machine is in the normal state, and if not, judging that the working state of the washing machine is in an abnormal state.
In the embodiment of the application, the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program is determined according to the washing parameter information of the current washing program, so that the accuracy of theoretical energy consumption calculation is improved, and the accuracy of judging the working state of the washing machine can be further improved.
Step S103: and if the working state of the washing machine is an abnormal state, pushing prompt early warning information to a user.
After judgment, if the working state of the washing machine is an abnormal state, the prompt early warning information is pushed to the user, and the implementation mode of pushing the prompt early warning information to the user is not limited, for example, the user can be prompted through an indicator lamp on the washing machine, or the user can be prompted by sending voice information; or, the user may be prompted through a display screen of the washing machine; or, the user may be prompted through a terminal device bound to the washing machine, which is taken as an example and is not limited thereto in the embodiment of the present application.
For convenience of understanding, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram of a display screen of a washing machine provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, when an operating state of the washing machine is an abnormal state, the washing machine displays "pay attention to maintenance of the washing machine" through the display screen 31 to prompt a user to clean or maintain the washing machine in time.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the working state of the washing machine is abnormal or not is determined through the actual energy consumption and the theoretical energy consumption of the washing machine under the current washing program, and when the washing machine is in an abnormal state, the early warning information is pushed to a user, so that the early warning is carried out on the washing machine aiming at the service condition of each washing machine, the reliability of the early warning can be improved, and the user experience can be enhanced.
In a possible implementation manner, on the basis of the above embodiment, the prompt warning information can be pushed to the user according to the use condition of the washing machine. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a washing machine fault warning method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented by a washing machine fault warning device, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, for example: the device may be part or all of a washing machine, and the following describes a washing machine fault early warning method by using the washing machine as an execution main body, as shown in fig. 4, the fault early warning method provided by the embodiment of the present application may further include:
step S201: the accumulated use times and/or the accumulated use time of the washing machine are acquired.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific implementation manner of obtaining the cumulative usage times and the cumulative usage time of the washing machine, for example, the cumulative usage time of the washing machine may be obtained by a timer, and the cumulative usage times of the washing machine may be obtained by a counter.
Step S202: and if the accumulated use times exceed the preset times and/or the accumulated use time exceeds the preset time, pushing prompt early warning information to the user.
The specific setting mode of the preset times and the preset time is not implemented in the embodiment of the application, for example, different preset times and different preset time can be set according to different models of washing machines, or different preset times and different preset time can be set according to different modes selected by a user.
And if the accumulated use time of the washing machine exceeds the preset times, or the accumulated use time of the washing machine exceeds the preset time, or the accumulated use time of the washing machine exceeds the preset times and the accumulated use time of the washing machine exceeds the preset time, pushing prompt early warning information to a user.
In the embodiment of the application, whether the prompt early warning information needs to be pushed to the user or not can be determined through the accumulated use times and the accumulated use time of the washing machine, and the reliability of early warning is further ensured.
