Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法,该滤芯包含外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯;外部纤维层由石墨烯复合纤维缠绕在外部骨架上而成,内部阻垢芯由阻垢材料装入内芯再***外部纤维层缠绕的外部骨架的内部而成。本发明还提供了该石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其包含:步骤1,制备复合纤维母粒;步骤2,熔融纺丝;步骤3,绕丝成型;步骤4,安插装配;步骤5,包装。本发明制备的滤芯包括外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯,具有外疏内密的蜂窝状结构,并通过将线绕滤芯的纤维原料与石墨烯进行复合,不仅有效吸附水中的泥沙、胶体等杂质,更能抑制细菌滋生,防止水垢的形成,达到了有效过滤水源和延长滤芯使用寿命的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法,具体地,涉及一种石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
***是一种过滤水中杂质的装置,***的核心部件是滤芯,滤芯按照安装和过滤等级的不同分为一级滤芯、二级滤芯、三级滤芯等,又分为粗过滤和精细过滤等。按照材质的不同分为PP滤芯、活性炭滤芯、超滤膜滤芯、反渗透滤芯、金属合金滤芯等。
线绕滤芯是滤芯中一种,具有良好过滤性能的纺织纤维或纱线精密缠绕在多孔骨架上精制而成的。其纱线材料有丙纶纤维、晴纶纤维、脱脂棉纤维等。缠绕时通过控制纱线的缠绕松紧度和稀密度,可以制成不同精度的过滤芯。
滤芯分离液体或者气体中固体颗粒,或者使不同的物质成分充分接触,加快反应时间,可保护设备的正常工作或者空气的洁净,当流体进入置有一定规格滤网的滤芯后,其杂质被阻挡,而清洁的流物通过滤芯流出。液体滤芯使液体(包括油、水等)使受到污染的液体被洁净到生产、生活所需要的状态,也就是使液体达到一定的洁净度。而要想达到优良的过滤效果,滤芯的材料选择是至关重要的。
石墨烯是从石墨中剥离出来的单层碳原子材料,由碳原子紧密堆积成单层二维蜂窝状晶格结构,它是人类已知的厚度最薄、质地最坚硬、导电性最好的材料。石墨烯具有优异的力学、光学和电学性质,结构非常稳定,迄今为止研究者尚未发现石墨烯中有碳原子缺失的情况,碳原子之间的链接非常柔韧,比钻石还坚硬,强度比世界上最好的钢铁还要高上100倍,如果用石墨烯制成包装袋,它将能承受大约两吨重的物品,几乎完全透明,却极为致密,不透水、不透气,即使原子尺寸最小的氦气也无法通过,导电性能好,石墨烯中电子的运动速度达到了光速的1/300,导电性超过了任何传统的导电材料,化学性质类似石墨表面,可以吸附和脱附各种原子和分子,还有抵御强酸强碱的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法,滤芯整体主要包括外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯,滤芯的材质主要包括纤维、石墨烯、阻垢材料和其他添加剂等,制备的复合滤芯不仅有效吸附水中的泥沙、胶体等杂质,更能抑制细菌滋生,防止水垢的形成,达到了有效过滤水源和延长滤芯使用寿命的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的滤芯包含外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯;外部纤维层由石墨烯复合纤维缠绕在外部骨架上而成,内部阻垢芯由阻垢材料装入内芯再***外部纤维层缠绕的外部骨架的内部而成。
上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的石墨烯复合纤维包含石墨烯聚丙烯纤维、石墨烯聚丙烯腈纤维、石墨烯聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维、石墨烯聚酰胺纤维中的任意一种或多种,分别通过将石墨烯材料加入现有制备高分子纤维的原料中而制得。
上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的石墨烯材料包含机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、氧化还原法等制备的任意一种或多种石墨烯粉或氧化石墨烯粉。
上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的阻垢材料包含聚丙烯酸、磷酸盐聚合物(FOF)、铜锌合金(KDF55)、阳离子聚丙烯酸酰胺、葡萄糖酸钠、马来酸酐、聚天冬氨酸、聚环氧琥珀酸、三羟甲基氨基甲烷等中的任意一种或多种。
上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的外部骨架是采用聚丙烯或不锈钢制成的中空筒形骨架,其筒壁均匀地设有若干孔洞。
上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其中,所述的内芯为中空圆柱形的塑料内芯,其长度和直径分别小于外部骨架,塑料内芯的壁部布满微孔,其孔径小于外部骨架上的孔洞直径。
本发明还提供了上述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其中,所述的方法包含:步骤1,制备复合纤维母粒:先将制备高分子纤维的高分子材料的空白母粒研磨成粉,再将石墨烯粉体与所得的空白纤维粉体进行混合,并加入添加剂,经过充分搅拌混匀,然后通过螺旋挤出机进行熔融挤出,并切割成粒子状,制成复合纤维母粒;步骤2,熔融纺丝:调整纺丝机设备,向纺丝机中装入步骤1所得的复合纤维母粒,以及粘合剂、成型剂等,混合均匀后加热至熔融状态,再通过熔喷、牵引、拉伸等,形成复合纤维长丝;步骤3,绕丝成型:将步骤2制得的复合纤维长丝,装入绕丝机,使复合纤维长丝即纺织纤维以特定方式缠绕在滤芯的外部骨架上,形成绕丝滤芯;步骤4,安插装配:将阻垢材料装入塑料内芯中,然后将塑料内芯***步骤3所得的绕丝滤芯中;步骤5,包装:将步骤4装配好的滤芯包入密封袋中,打包备用。

本发明提供的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法具有以下优点:
本发明制备的线绕滤芯与其他滤芯相比具有显著的优势。外形结构上:滤芯由纺织纤维以特定方式缠绕在多骨架上形成。缠绕时控制滤芯缠绕密度制成不同过滤精度的滤芯。绕丝纤维外松内紧,使得滤芯过滤孔径外大内小,具有优良的过滤效果。另外滤芯内部嵌有装填阻垢材料的阻垢芯,可以防止经过的水流形成水垢,从而影响出水流速和过滤效果。材料制备上:线绕滤芯的纤维原料与石墨烯进行复合,使得滤芯本身具有抑制细菌滋生的效果,延长了使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步地说明。
本发明提供的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,滤芯包含外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯;外部纤维层由石墨烯复合纤维缠绕在外部骨架上而成,内部阻垢芯由阻垢材料装入内芯再***外部纤维层缠绕的外部骨架的内部而成。
优选地,石墨烯复合纤维包含石墨烯聚丙烯纤维、石墨烯聚丙烯腈纤维、石墨烯聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维、石墨烯聚酰胺纤维中的任意一种或多种,分别通过将石墨烯材料加入现有制备高分子纤维的原料中而制得。
石墨烯材料包含机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、氧化还原法制备的任意一种或多种石墨烯粉或氧化石墨烯粉。

优选地,步骤1中的添加剂包含聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、十二烷基吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺等中的任意一种或多种。
步骤3中,设置不同的绕丝长度,形成不同规格的绕丝滤芯。
步骤3中,缠绕时控制滤芯缠绕密度,制成不同过滤精度的滤芯。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法做更进一步描述。
实施例1
一种石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,该滤芯的结构包含外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯;外部纤维层由石墨烯复合纤维缠绕在外部骨架上而成,内部阻垢芯由阻垢材料装入内芯再***外部纤维层缠绕的外部骨架的内部而成。
优选地,外部骨架是采用聚丙烯或不锈钢制成的中空筒形骨架,其筒壁均匀地设有若干孔洞。
内芯为中空圆柱形的塑料内芯,呈现长柱形,其长度小于外部骨架的长度,直径略小于外部骨架的内径,塑料内芯的壁部布满微孔,其孔径小于外部骨架上的孔洞直径。
石墨烯复合纤维包含石墨烯聚丙烯纤维、石墨烯聚丙烯腈纤维、石墨烯聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维、石墨烯聚酰胺纤维中的任意一种或多种,分别通过将石墨烯材料加入现有制备高分子纤维的原料中而制得。石墨烯复合纤维中按质量百分比计包含石墨烯材料1%-5%,高分子纤维原料95%-99%。
石墨烯材料包含机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、氧化还原法等制备的任意一种或多种石墨烯粉或氧化石墨烯粉。
阻垢材料包含聚丙烯酸、磷酸盐聚合物(FOF)、铜锌合金(KDF55)、阳离子聚丙烯酸酰胺、葡萄糖酸钠、马来酸酐、聚天冬氨酸、聚环氧琥珀酸、三羟甲基氨基甲烷等中的任意一种或多种。优选地,按质量百分比计各组分的含量分别优选为FOF:70-75%,KDF55:10-15%,阳离子聚丙烯酸酰胺:10-15%,其他:5-10%。
阻垢材料可以通过以上的阻垢成分与粉碎后的活性炭均匀混合加工而成,混合后的材料中按质量百分比计包含活性炭80%-90%,阻垢成分10-20%。该活性炭包含煤质活性炭、椰壳活性炭、木质活性炭、果壳活性炭中的任意一种或多种。将该阻垢材料填入塑料内芯中装满即可。
FOF即法欧孚材料,由法国国家科学研究院(CNRS)化学部的科学家历经40年的研究,证实了一种无机盐混合物能够彻底阻止水垢的生成,并能延缓水对多种金属的腐蚀,这项技术被命名为“FOF”,自2007年起,法国FOF研究课题小组与中国的水处理技术专家联合,历经5年时间,在世界范围内首次合成出高纯度的FOF固体,使FOF技术成为产品并可以实现量产。
KDF55是一种高纯度的铜锌合金,在水中会产生电解质的环境,使细菌不能增长。它是利用铜和锌在水中的氧化还原反应,即一种电化学反应来去除水中的重金属(如铅、汞、铜、铁等)、氯、硫化氢。KDF55作为***中使用的滤料,能够起到抑制细菌,去除重金属,防止硬垢的作用。
本实施例还提供了该石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其包含:
步骤1,制备复合纤维母粒:先将制备高分子纤维的高分子材料的空白母粒研磨成粉,再将石墨烯粉体与所得的空白纤维粉体进行混合,并加入添加剂,经过充分搅拌混匀,然后通过螺旋挤出机进行熔融挤出,并切割成粒子状,制成复合纤维母粒。
优选地,添加剂包含聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、十二烷基吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺等中的任意一种或多种。
添加剂与石墨烯粉体和空白纤维粉体的混合物中,按质量百分比计包含石墨烯粉体:10%-20%,空白纤维粉体:70%-80%,添加剂:10-15%。石墨烯粉体与空白纤维粉体的粒径范围均大于200目。混合物经过高速混合机搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为10000~15000转/min,搅拌时间为20~30min。混匀后通过螺旋挤出机进行熔融挤出,螺旋挤出机优选为双螺杆挤出机,双螺杆挤出机一区到六区的温度范围分别为210~225℃,220~230℃,225~235℃,230~240℃,225~235℃,220~230℃。
步骤2,熔融纺丝:调整纺丝机设备,向纺丝机中装入步骤1所得的复合纤维母粒,以及粘合剂、成型剂等助剂,混合均匀后加热至熔融状态,再通过熔喷、牵引、拉伸等,形成复合纤维长丝。
优选地,粘合剂、成型剂等助剂的成分和用量等与通过熔喷法制备高分子纤维长丝所用助剂的常见成分和用量相同。例如:粘结剂包含聚氨酯、聚醋酸乙烯中的一种或两种。成型剂包含ABS和聚醋酸乙烯中的一种或两种。按质量百分比计,其用量分别为复合纤维母粒:85-90%,粘结剂:5-10%,成型剂:5-10%。
将复合纤维母粒,以及粘合剂、成型剂等助剂放入纺丝机中,下料温度为50~80℃,混合均匀后加热至熔融状态,熔体温度为280~300℃,然后经过熔体过滤器进入喷丝板,在高压热气流作用下,熔体被拉伸,形成复合纤维长丝,然后在空气作用下冷却固化。喷丝模头温度为200~240℃,热空气温度为260~280℃,热空气压力为0.2~0.6MPa。
步骤3,绕丝成型:将步骤2制得的复合纤维长丝,装入绕丝机,使复合纤维长丝即纺织纤维以特定方式缠绕在滤芯的外部骨架上,形成绕丝滤芯。
设置不同的绕丝长度,可以形成不同规格的绕丝滤芯。缠绕时控制滤芯缠绕密度,即能制成不同过滤精度的滤芯。滤芯外疏内密,具有更好的过滤效果。
步骤4,安插装配:将阻垢材料装入塑料内芯中,然后将塑料内芯***步骤3所得的绕丝滤芯中。
步骤5,包装:将步骤4装配好的滤芯包入密封袋中,打包备用。
本发明提供的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯及其制备方法,解决的主要问题是复合滤芯的外形结构设计以及抗菌纤维原料的制备,滤芯整体主要包括外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯,具有外疏内密的蜂窝状结构,能有效地去除流体中的悬浮物、微粒、铁锈等杂物,具有十分优良的过滤特性。滤芯的材质主要包括纤维、石墨烯、阻垢材料和添加剂等。制备的复合滤芯不仅有效吸附水中的泥沙、胶体等杂质,更能抑制细菌滋生,防止水垢的形成,达到了有效过滤水源和延长滤芯使用寿命的目的。

1.一种石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的滤芯包含外部纤维层和内部阻垢芯;外部纤维层由石墨烯复合纤维缠绕在外部骨架上而成,内部阻垢芯由阻垢材料装入内芯再***外部纤维层缠绕的外部骨架的内部而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯复合纤维包含石墨烯聚丙烯纤维、石墨烯聚丙烯腈纤维、石墨烯聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、石墨烯聚酰胺纤维中的任意一种或多种,分别通过将石墨烯材料加入现有制备高分子纤维的原料中而制得。
3.如权利要求2所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的石墨烯材料包含机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法、氧化还原法制备的任意一种或多种石墨烯粉或氧化石墨烯粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的阻垢材料包含聚丙烯酸、磷酸盐聚合物、铜锌合金、阳离子聚丙烯酸酰胺、葡萄糖酸钠、马来酸酐、聚天冬氨酸、聚环氧琥珀酸、三羟甲基氨基甲烷中的任意一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的外部骨架是采用聚丙烯或不锈钢制成的中空筒形骨架,其筒壁均匀地设有若干孔洞。
6.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯,其特征在于,所述的内芯为中空圆柱形的塑料内芯,其长度和直径分别小于外部骨架,塑料内芯的壁部布满微孔,其孔径小于外部骨架上的孔洞直径。
7.一种如权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包含:
步骤1,制备复合纤维母粒:先将制备高分子纤维的高分子材料的空白母粒研磨成粉,再将石墨烯粉体与所得的空白纤维粉体进行混合,并加入添加剂,搅拌混匀,然后通过螺旋挤出机进行熔融挤出,并切割成粒状,制成复合纤维母粒;
步骤2,熔融纺丝:向纺丝机中装入步骤1所得的复合纤维母粒,以及粘合剂、成型剂,混合均匀后加热至熔融状态,再通过熔喷、牵引、拉伸,形成复合纤维长丝;
步骤3,绕丝成型:将步骤2制得的复合纤维长丝,装入绕丝机,使复合纤维长丝缠绕在滤芯的外部骨架上,形成绕丝滤芯;
步骤4,安插装配:将阻垢材料装入塑料内芯中,然后将塑料内芯***步骤3所得的绕丝滤芯中;
步骤5,包装:将步骤4装配好的滤芯包入密封袋中,打包备用。
8.如权利要求7所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤1中,添加剂包含聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、十二烷基吡咯烷酮、十二烷基磺酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺中的任意一种或多种。
9.如权利要求7所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3中,设置不同的绕丝长度,形成不同规格的绕丝滤芯。
10.如权利要求7所述的石墨烯阻垢抗菌复合纤维滤芯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3中,缠绕时控制滤芯缠绕密度,制成不同过滤精度的滤芯。
