S4、清洗,利用温度在60~65℃的清水反复漂洗,去除胶质、食用碱、食用盐,得到脱胶后的开口茧;
S5、开片,将开口茧开成丝绵片;
S6、再次清洗,将制好的丝绵片放入60~65℃的清水中用洗水机清洗;
S7、脱水,将洗净的丝绵片用脱水机甩干;
S8、烘干,将甩干后的丝绵片用烘干机烘干;
S9、配球,将丝绵配成每个0.8公斤重量的桑绵球;
S10、开茧,用开茧机将配好的球进行开松,成为绵带;
