本发明公开了一种轻质、丰厚、保暖摇粒绒面料制作工艺,采用36S全棉精梳纱为面料,采用75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底料,在30*24G1.8mm正包机做成坯布;再将坯布进行摇粒预处理,将坯布放进摇粒筒,升温至温度80度,摇粒时间20分钟,观察到坯布的正面呈现均匀的颗粒状为止,接着依次通过坯布染色、上柔处理、轧水剖幅、表面处理以及拉幅定型,即可得到成品;该发明一种轻质、丰厚、保暖摇粒绒面料制作工艺,采用36S全棉精梳纱为面料和75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底料,并通过多种工艺处理,不仅经济成本低,且制作出的面料质量轻、丰厚,同时保暖性能好,适合制作各类秋冬服装,如大衣、夹克等彩。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻质、丰厚、保暖摇粒绒面料制作工艺。
背景技术
绒布指经过拉绒后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的棉织物,通过在布的表面做的针孔扎绒工艺,产生较多绒毛,立体感强,光泽度高,摸起来柔软厚实。平绒为毛高相对较低的绒布,就绒布而言还有做清洁用的清洁绒,毛高较高,机织、针织都有,也有高低档之分。就产地而言,北方的生产商较少,山东沂水恒泰、天津中昌生产规模较大,南方以杭州、嘉兴地区生产商较多,形成一定规模,整体产业链比较齐全。
现流行保暖的绒类产品做一些休闲的,家居类的衣服,具有防风保暖效果,而传统的冬季服装面料,保暖性差,而且染整时工序时长较长,导致生产效率低,面料不够丰厚,质量不够轻质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质、丰厚、保暖摇粒绒面料制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种轻质、丰厚、保暖摇粒绒面料制作工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1:织造坯布,采用36S全棉精梳纱为面料,采用75D/36F+300D/288F 全涤纱为底料,在30*24G1.8mm正包机做成坯布,所述坯布克重在130克;
步骤2:摇粒处理,将步骤1中处理的坯布进行摇粒预处理,将坯布放进摇粒筒,升温至温度80度,摇粒时间20分钟,观察到坯布的正面呈现均匀的颗粒状为止;
步骤3:坯布染色,将步骤2中的坯布放置入染料温度为130摄氏度的染缸中进染色,同时利用搅拌器对染缸进行同步搅拌,保温30-45分钟,保温完成后,让染缸内的染料自然冷却至室温,期间搅拌器不断搅拌,取出染色完成的染布;
步骤4:上柔处理,将步骤3中染布放入上柔液中,所述上柔液包括硅柔软剂2%、平滑剂1%以及抗静电剂1%,利用搅拌器进行不断搅拌并将升温至40-50 摄氏度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟;所述搅拌器的搅拌速率为30-60转/每分钟;
步骤5:轧水剖幅,将步骤4上柔处理后的染布利用轧水机进行初步去水,随后用剖幅机对圆筒光坯进行开幅处理;
步骤6:表面处理:将步骤5中的布料的表面依次经过拉毛处理、梳毛处理以及剪毛处理,并使绒毛高测定在3.5-4.5mm之间;
步骤7:拉幅定型,将步骤6处理后的布料用拉幅定型机进行拉伸定型,拉幅定型的温度为110℃,速度为20m/min,即可得到成品。
本发明中,所述步骤6中的拉毛处理,利用拉毛机将表面的毛纱拉成毛绒状,使成为柔软绒面。
本发明中,所述步骤6中的梳毛处理,是将步骤5中的处理后的布料放入自动梳毛机中进行梳毛处理,其中梳毛机转筒调至75-80转/min,进布速度调至25米/min,进布张力调至1.03N,左右梳毛刷调至25米/min,出布张力调至 1.035N,落布张力调至1.4N,梳毛刷倾斜设置,梳毛刷与进布布面成45度夹角。
本发明中,所述步骤6中剪毛处理,将步骤5中梳毛后的布料,利用剪毛机进行剪毛处理,其中剪毛机的剪毛方向与抓毛方向相同,进布布速调至17.8 米/min,进布张力调至1.7N,出布速度调至18.3米/min,出布张力调至1.5N,落布张力调至1.38N,落布速度调至24.6米/min,剪毛圆刀压力调至8kg,剪毛圆刀转速调至1100转/min,剪毛圆刀与进布槽所形成的夹角调至为60° -70°,剪毛圆刀尖部与布面之间的距离设置为0.5cm-0.7cm。
本发明中,所述7中定型机的定型轧中加入2.5-4.5%起绒剂,所述起绒剂采用78-88%的有机硅与12-22%的硅油混合制成。

步骤2:摇粒处理,将步骤1中处理的坯布进行摇粒预处理,将坯布放进摇粒筒,升温至温度80度,摇粒时间20分钟,观察到坯布的正面呈现均匀的颗粒状为止;
步骤3:坯布染色,将步骤2中的坯布放置入染料温度为130摄氏度的染缸中进染色,同时利用搅拌器对染缸进行同步搅拌,保温30-45分钟,保温完成后,让染缸内的染料自然冷却至室温,期间搅拌器不断搅拌,取出染色完成的染布;
步骤4:上柔处理,将步骤3中染布放入上柔液中,所述上柔液包括硅柔软剂2%、平滑剂1%以及抗静电剂1%,利用搅拌器进行不断搅拌并将升温至40-50摄氏度,搅拌时间为20-30分钟;所述搅拌器的搅拌速率为30-60转/每分钟;
