背景技术
随着科技的进步和各产业的蓬勃发展,传统纺织制造业已不能满足目前市场的需求,人们对服饰或者家居用品的需要已经不再是穿暖这么简单了,人们对新组织结构、新工艺、新功能等的面料更加追捧和热爱,希望欣赏到更加赏心悦目的服装及家居用品,能享受到更加有品质的生活,或者说是希望纺织品也能给人们的生活带来惊艳的视觉和全新的体验。
羊毛针织羊剪绒仿皮毛织物为复合所得的面料,能够部分满足人们对毛呢面料、毯类、披肩等细分产品的需要。该类制品在生产过程中羊毛针织羊剪绒与皮革存在复合难度较大的问题,使羊毛针织羊剪绒与皮革复合强度低,导致后期掉毛严重的现象发生,给后期的使用打理过程造成很大的麻烦和不便。因此研发一种不掉毛的羊毛针织羊剪绒仿皮毛织物,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物及其生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将羊毛纱线和聚酯纤维长丝纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,再进行后整理;其中,羊毛纱线含量为50%-70%,聚酯纤维长丝的含量为30%-50%;
S2:将步骤S1经过后整理的羊毛针织割绒织物通过粘合剂与皮革复合。
优选的,羊毛纱线为面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱。羊毛纱线和聚酯纤维长丝纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,其中羊毛纱线为织物面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱,羊毛纱线含量为50%-70%,聚酯纤维长丝的含量为30%-50%;该比例条件下制成的织物毛绒感强,不漏底丝,且手感柔软,与天然毛皮手感相近。
优选的,步骤S1中羊毛纱线由丝光羊毛纺织而成;其中,丝光羊毛纱支为20s/2-40s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为60s-90s。
优选的,步骤S1中羊毛针织割绒织物的纺织是通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒;其中,所用羊毛纱线纱支为16s/2-40s/2。
优选的,步骤S1中羊毛针织割绒织物的纺织还包括染色过程,其染色过程是在丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线之前,或在羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成之后进行。染色处理是在80℃-90℃的温度下,保温40min染色,慢速升温,以1℃/min的速度升温;在丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线之前进行染色,可以方便后序的混色需求,可以根据产品需求,选择染色方式。
优选的,所述后整理依次包括柔软处理,脱水,拉幅定型,起毛、烫光、剪毛。
优选的,柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于30℃—50℃的柔软液中,处理20min—60min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。经过柔软处理之后,织物柔软且毛顺滑不打卷。柔软剂是北京中纺化工有限公司的羊绒柔软剂FK-220B2,增光增亮剂为山东隆源化工有限公司的LY-101,抗静电剂为东莞菲亚特静电科技有限公司的抗静电剂E-3118。
优选的,脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为40%—70%,再经拉幅定型机拉幅定型,拉幅定型温度为100℃—140℃,时间5-10min。在起毛之前通过拉幅定型使毛更加顺直,避免毛回缩打卷,方便保证后序起毛的均匀性,避免起毛不均。

2、通过本发明的原料,以及织物后处理工序生产出的羊毛针织割绒织物,能够很好的实现其与皮革的复合,解决了两者复合难度较大的问题,完全解决了羊毛针织羊剪绒仿皮毛织物制品掉毛现象;
3、通过羊毛针织割绒织物与皮革稳定复合,一方面解决了羊毛针织割绒织物掉毛现象,另一方面羊毛针织割绒织物位于皮革表层,可以具有丰富的颜色,避免了对皮革染色,降低工艺难度;

为了使得本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地了解本申请的技术方案,以下将结合具体的实施例详细说明本申请的技术方案。
实施例1
一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物及其生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线,其中,丝光羊毛纱支为20s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为60s;
将含量为50%羊毛纱线和含量为50%的聚酯纤维长丝通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒,纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,其中,所用羊毛纱线纱支为16s/2,羊毛纱线为面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱;
羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成后进行染色,染色处理是在80℃的温度下,保温40min染色,慢速升温,以1℃/min的速度升温。
染色完成后,进行后整理,后整理依次包括柔软处理,脱水,拉幅定型,起毛、烫光、剪毛;
柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于30℃的柔软液中,处理60min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。
脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为40%,再经拉幅定型机拉幅定型,拉幅定型温度为100℃,时间10min。
起毛是通过起毛机刷毛3遍,后经烫剪联合机进行烫剪,烫光温度为220℃,烫光、剪毛3遍。每起毛一次,烫光、剪毛进行一次。
S2:将步骤S1经过后整理的羊毛针织割绒织物通过水性聚氨酯粘合剂与皮革复合,复合是通过皮毛压合机压合,压合压力为350Mpa,织物运行速度为18m/min;粘合剂的加入量为织物重量的15%。
实施例2
一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线,其中,丝光羊毛纱支为40s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为90s;
将含量为70%羊毛纱线和含量为30%的聚酯纤维长丝通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒,纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,其中,所用羊毛纱线纱支为40s/2,羊毛纱线为面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱;
羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成后进行染色,染色处理是在90℃的温度下,保温40min染色,慢速升温,以1℃/min的速度升温。
染色完成后,进行后整理,后整理依次包括柔软处理,脱水,拉幅定型,起毛、烫光、剪毛;
柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于50℃的柔软液中,处理20min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。
脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为70%,再经拉幅定型机拉幅定型,拉幅定型温度为140℃,时间5min。
起毛是通过起毛机刷毛6遍,后经烫剪联合机进行烫剪,烫光温度为180℃,烫光、剪毛6遍。每起毛一次,烫光、剪毛进行一次。
S2:将步骤S1经过后整理的羊毛针织割绒织物通过水性聚氨酯粘合剂与皮革复合,复合是通过皮毛压合机压合,压合压力为450Mpa,织物运行速度为22m/min;粘合剂的加入量为织物重量的20%。
实施例3
一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线,其中,丝光羊毛纱支为30s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为80s;
将含量为60%羊毛纱线和含量为40%的聚酯纤维长丝通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒,纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,其中,所用羊毛纱线纱支为30s/2,羊毛纱线为面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱;
羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成后进行染色,染色处理是在85℃的温度下,保温40min染色,慢速升温,以1℃/min的速度升温。
染色完成后,进行后整理,后整理依次包括柔软处理,脱水,拉幅定型,起毛、烫光、剪毛;
柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于40℃的柔软液中,处理40min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。
脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为60%,再经拉幅定型机拉幅定型,拉幅定型温度为120℃,时间8min。
起毛是通过起毛机刷毛4遍,后经烫剪联合机进行烫剪,烫光温度为200℃,烫光、剪毛4遍。每起毛一次,烫光、剪毛进行一次。
S2:将步骤S1经过后整理的羊毛针织割绒织物通过水性聚氨酯粘合剂与皮革复合,复合是通过皮毛压合机压合,压合压力为400Mpa,织物运行速度为20m/min,粘合剂的加入量为织物重量的18%。
实施例4
一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将丝光羊毛进行染色,染色处理是在85℃的温度下,保温40min染色,慢速升温,以1℃/min的速度升温;
染色后的丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线,其中,丝光羊毛纱支为30s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为80s;
将含量为50%-70%羊毛纱线和含量为40%的聚酯纤维长丝通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒,纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,其中,所用羊毛纱线纱支为30s/2,羊毛纱线为面纱,聚酯纤维长丝为底纱;
羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成后进行后整理,后整理依次包括柔软处理—脱水、拉幅定型—起毛、烫光、剪毛;
柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于40℃的柔软液中,处理40min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。
脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为60%,再经拉幅定型机拉幅定型,拉幅定型温度为120℃,时间8min。

物理指标检测
将上述实施例1-4制得的羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物进行物理指标检测,物理指标包括粘合强度和撕破强度,粘合强度测试方法用ASTM D2724进行测定,粘合强度用单位幅宽的强度表示;织物撕破强力用国标GB/T3917.1-199指标检测。检测结果如下表所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将羊毛纱线和聚酯纤维长丝纺织成羊毛针织割绒织物,再进行后整理;其中,羊毛纱线含量为50%-70%,聚酯纤维长丝的含量为30%-50%;
S2:将步骤S1经过后整理的羊毛针织割绒织物通过粘合剂与皮革复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中羊毛纱线由丝光羊毛纺织而成,其中丝光羊毛纱支为20s/2-40s/2,丝光羊毛纤维毛长≧30mm,细度为60s-90s;
羊毛针织割绒织物的纺织是通过割绒织机进行经编割绒或纬编割绒,其中所用羊毛纱线纱支为16s/2-40s/2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中羊毛针织割绒织物的纺织还包括染色过程,其染色过程是在丝光羊毛纺织成羊毛纱线之前,或在羊毛针织割绒织物纺织完成之后进行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述后整理包括柔软处理,脱水,拉幅定型,起毛、烫光、剪毛。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,柔软处理是将羊毛针织割绒织物置于30℃—50℃的柔软液中,处理20min—60min;所述柔软液由柔软剂、增光增亮剂、抗静电剂中的一种或几种组成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,脱水是经脱水机脱水至织物含水率为40%—70%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,拉幅定型是通过拉幅定型机拉幅定型5-10min,拉幅定型温度为100℃—140℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,起毛是通过起毛机刷毛3—6遍,后经烫剪联合机进行烫剪,烫光温度为180-220℃,烫光、剪毛3—6遍。
9.根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中的复合是通过皮毛压合机压合,压合压力为350-450Mpa,织物运行速度为18-22m/min;粘合剂的加入量为织物重量的15%-20%。
10.一种羊毛针织羊剪绒仿毛皮织物,其特征在于,由权利要求1-9任一项所述的生产工艺制备而成。
