As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a daily nursing device for cerebral palsy patients comprises a leaning mechanism 1, fixing columns 2, a rotating shaft 3, a storage box 4, a locking mechanism 5, a connecting assembly 6 and a wearing mechanism 7, wherein the fixing columns 2 are arranged around the leaning mechanism 1, the fixing columns 2 are fastened on the ground through expansion bolts, the rotating shaft 3 is installed at the tops of the fixing columns 2, the storage box 4 is installed at the top of the rotating shaft 3 through fixing rods, the locking mechanism 5 is installed at one side of the storage box 4, the wearing mechanism 7 is arranged at one side of the locking mechanism 5, the connecting assembly 6 is arranged around the wearing mechanism 7 at equal intervals, when the daily nursing device works, the fixing columns 2 are installed on the ground through the expansion bolts manually, the four fixing columns 2 are distributed in a square shape, the wearing mechanism 7 is connected to one end of a safety driving rope 43 through the connecting assembly 6, and then the wearing mechanism 7 is worn on the waist of the patients manually, the patient is supported at the upper end of the leaning mechanism 1, the leaning mechanism 1 is manually held, and walking exercise of the patient is realized through the leaning mechanism 1;
the leaning mechanism 1 comprises a triangular support frame 11, a guard bar 12, a triangular handrail 13 and a handle 14, wherein universal wheels are mounted at the bottom of the triangular support frame 11, a brake is mounted at the upper end of each universal wheel, the guard bar 12 is sequentially sleeved on the outer wall of the triangular support frame 11, the triangular handrail 13 is mounted at the top of the triangular support frame 11, the handle 14 is mounted on one side of the triangular handrail 13, when the leaning mechanism is used, the arm of a patient is put on the upper end face of the triangular handrail 13, the handle 14 is held by the palm, and the triangular support frame 11 is pushed to move through the handle 14, so that walking training of the cerebral palsy patient is realized;
a containing groove 41 is formed in the center of the inner portion of the containing box 4, a winding roller 42 is installed in the center of the containing groove 41, a torsion spring is installed at the joint of the winding roller 42 and the containing groove 41, a safety driving rope 43 is wound on the outer wall of the winding roller 42, one end of the safety driving rope 43 is embedded into the winding roller 42 and fixed through a rivet, and the longer safety driving rope 43 is wound on the inner wall of the winding roller 42, so that the whole device is smaller in size, more convenient to use and smaller in occupied space;
arc-shaped extrusion blocks 43a are adhered to the upper end surface of the safety driving rope 43 at equal intervals.
The locking mechanism 5 comprises a fixed shell 51, a placing plate 52, a fixed frame 53, a driving roller 54, a triggering unit 55, an extrusion rod 56, a connecting rod 57 and a locking unit 58, the fixed shell 51 is fixed on one side of the storage box 4 through bolts, the placing plate 52 is installed at the bottom end inside the fixed shell 51, the fixed frame 53 is installed on the inner wall of the top of the fixed shell 51, a U-shaped groove is formed inside the fixed frame 53, the driving roller 54 is installed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove, a supporting plate is welded on the inner wall of the U-shaped groove and above the driving roller 54, the extrusion rod 56 is embedded in the center inside of the supporting plate, the triggering unit 55 is arranged right above the extrusion rod 56, the triggering unit 55 is installed at the top of the U-shaped groove through a fixed rod, one end of the connecting rod 57 extends into the fixed frame 53 and is connected with the triggering unit 55 in the U-shaped groove, and a clamping groove is formed at the joint of the end of the connecting rod 57 and the triggering unit 55, the other end of the connecting rod 57 is connected with a locking unit 58, during operation, when an accident occurs during walking training of a patient and the body of the patient rolls, the safety driving rope 43 is pulled rapidly under the action of the self gravity of the patient, the arc-shaped pressing block 43a on the upper end surface of the safety driving rope 43 collides with the driving roller 54 rapidly, the impact force is used as kinetic energy to enable the driving roller 54 to receive a vertically upward component force, so that the driving roller 54 moves upwards along the U-shaped groove and contacts with the pressing rod 56, the pressing rod 56 is driven to move vertically upwards and is inserted into the triggering unit 55, one end of the connecting rod 57 is separated from the triggering unit 55, the connecting rod 57 deflects, the locking unit 58 vertically falls to the upper end surface of the safety driving rope 43, the safety driving rope 43 is locked, the safety driving rope 43 cannot be pulled continuously, namely the body of the patient cannot roll continuously, thereby the condition of falling down can not appear, and then the effectual whole security that has increased the device.
The locking unit 58 comprises a convex sleeve 581, a T-shaped moving rod 582, an extrusion spring 583, a limiting block 584 and a triangular cone 585, the convex sleeve 581 is installed on the inner wall of the top of the fixed shell 51, the T-shaped moving rod 582 is inserted into the convex sleeve 581, the extrusion spring 583 is arranged on the top of the T-shaped moving rod 582, the top of the extrusion spring 583 is attached to the inner wall of the fixed shell 51, the triangular cone 585 is welded on the bottom of the T-shaped moving rod 582 at equal intervals, the limiting block 584 is welded on one side wall of the T-shaped moving rod 582, the limiting block 584 is attached to the upper end face of the left side of the connecting rod 57, after one end of the connecting rod 57 is separated from the trigger unit 55, the resilience force generated by compression of the extrusion spring 583 acts on the T-shaped moving rod 582 connected at the bottom end rapidly, so that the T-shaped moving rod 582 vertically moves downwards along the convex sleeve 581, the limiting block 584 pushes the connecting rod 57 to deflect, the triangular cone 585 is inserted into the safety driving rope 43 rapidly, so that the safety driving rope 43 cannot be pulled.
The trigger unit 55 comprises a rectangular shell 551, a first trigger plate 552, a second trigger plate 553, an extrusion hole 554, an insertion hole 555, a linear slide rail 556, a first slider 557, a linear slide slot 558 and a second slider 559, wherein the rectangular shell 551 is welded at the bottom of the fixing rod, a rectangular mounting groove is formed in the rectangular shell 551 in the horizontal direction, the insertion hole 555 is formed in the rectangular shell 551 in the vertical direction, the insertion 555 is communicated with the rectangular mounting groove, the linear slide slot 558 is formed in one side of the rectangular mounting groove, the second slider 559 is installed in the linear slide slot 558 in a matching manner, the first trigger plate 552 is welded at the top of the second slider 559, the linear slide rail 556 is installed at the other side of the rectangular mounting groove, the first slider 557 is installed at the upper end of the linear slide rail 556 in a matching manner, the second trigger plate 553 is welded at the top of the first slider 557, the extrusion holes 554 are formed in the first trigger plate 552 and the second trigger plate 559, the extrusion rod 56 enters the insertion hole 555 under the action of the driving roller 54, the extrusion rod 56 continues to move upwards along the insertion hole 555, and the cross section of the top of the extrusion rod 56 is triangular, that is, two inclined surfaces at the top of the extrusion rod 56 are attached to the inner walls of the two extrusion holes 554 in the moving process of the extrusion rod 56, and meanwhile, the extrusion rod 56 cannot displace in the horizontal direction in the moving process, that is, with the movement of the extrusion rod 56, the distance between the contact points of the inclined surfaces of the extrusion rod 56 and the inner walls of the extrusion holes 554 gradually increases, and horizontal thrust is generated on the first trigger plate 552 and the second trigger plate 553, respectively, so that the first trigger plate 552 and the second trigger plate 553 move towards each other, and the first trigger plate 552 and the second trigger plate 553 are separated from the corresponding clamping grooves.
Wearing mechanism 7 includes elastic webbing 71, foam-rubber cushion 72 and buckle 73, and the outer wall of elastic webbing 71 passes through coupling assembling 6 and links to each other with safety drive rope 43, and the inner wall adhesion of elastic webbing 71 has foam-rubber cushion 72, and it is fixed that buckle 73 is passed through at the both ends of elastic webbing 71, hugs closely foam-rubber cushion 72 at user's waist, and the manual work again can accomplish wearing of wearing mechanism 7 through buckle 73 with elastic webbing 71 locking.
The coupling assembling 6 includes first supporting block 61, second supporting block 62 and removal ball 63, the lateral wall at elastic webbing 71 is installed to first supporting block 61, second supporting block 62 is installed through the bolt in one side of first supporting block 61, the junction embedding of second supporting block 62 has removal ball 63, and it links to each other with the other end of safe driving rope 43 to remove ball 63, make the safe driving rope 43 of 6 one ends of coupling assembling realize the multi-angle and remove, make the winding volume condition can not appear between the safe driving rope 43.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
during specific work, the fixing columns 2 are installed on the ground manually through expansion bolts, the four fixing columns 2 are distributed in a square mode, the wearing mechanism 7 is connected to one end of the safety driving rope 43 through the connecting assembly 6, then the wearing mechanism 7 is worn on the waist of a patient manually, the patient supports the upper end of the leaning mechanism 1, the leaning mechanism 1 is supported manually, and walking exercise of the patient is achieved through the leaning mechanism 1.
