3. the steel core can be further improved in comprehensive performance by quenching, and in the quenching process, the steel core can be straightened by the straightening part in the quenching device, so that the difficulty of subsequent processing is reduced, the rejection rate of the wire connecting rod is reduced, and the product quality is improved;
4. the outer surface of the steel core is machined through the finish machining lathe, the turning machining efficiency is high, the outer wall of the steel core can be turned quickly, the circle and concentricity of the steel core are ensured, the quality of a product is improved, and the difficulty of subsequent polishing treatment is reduced;
5. by arranging the high-low temperature alternating damp-heat test box, the ageing resistance and the corrosion resistance of the steel core can be effectively checked, and the phenomenon that internal materials are unqualified after the finished product is processed is avoided;
6. by arranging the cleaning machine, the cleaning machine can clean impurities adhered to the surface of the steel core in the processes of conveying and the like by acid washing, and then carry out deacidification cleaning, so that the electroplating effect is improved;
7. the water stain on the grounding rod can be blown off by strong wind after being dried by the drying oven, and then the water stain is dried by the hot wind grounding rod so as to be convenient for better electroplating processing;
8. the surface of the steel core is plated with copper through electroplating processing, so that the conductivity and the corrosion resistance of the steel core can be improved.

Claims (8)

1. A production method of a ground rod comprises the following steps:
s1 hot melting: firstly, carrying out hot melting on a steel billet through a resistance furnace, and adding chromium powder in the process;
s2 casting: making the hot-melted steel billet into a steel core according to the required size of the grounding rod;
s3 heat treatment: quenching and straightening the cast and molded ground rod blank by a quenching device;
and (S4) detecting the material: simulating parameters and performance of the environment after the temperature environment changes through a high-low temperature alternating damp-heat test box;
s5 turning: turning and precisely machining the length size of the ground rod rapidly according to the roughness of the surface of the ground rod through a finish machining lathe;
s6 polishing: polishing the turned metal bar by a polishing machine;
s7 acid washing: the ground rod after the polishing treatment is cleaned by an acid solution through a cleaning machine,
then placing the mixture in clear water for deacidification treatment;
s8 drying: drying the ground rod after cleaning through a drying box at 125-180 ℃;
s9 electroplating: carrying out copper plating treatment on the dried ground rod by using an electroplating device;
the production equipment used by the production method sequentially comprises a resistance furnace, a quenching device, a high-low temperature alternating damp-heat test box, a finish machining lathe, a polishing machine, a cleaning machine, a drying box and an electroplating device; the resistance furnace comprises a furnace body and a furnace cover, wherein the top of the furnace body is provided with a feeding hole, the heating resistor is arranged in the furnace body, and the furnace cover is detachably arranged at the top of the furnace body and used for closing the feeding hole; the side wall of the furnace body is provided with an automatic chromium powder adding device, and the automatic chromium powder adding device comprises a controller, a storage tank, a water storage tank, a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve electrically connected with the controller and an automatic blanking box with a metering function; the material storage tank and the water storage tank are both arranged on the side wall of the furnace body and are both communicated with the input ports of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve through a first guide pipe, and the output port of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is communicated with the top plate of the automatic discharging box through a second guide pipe; the automatic blanking box comprises a blanking box body with a longitudinally-through inner cavity, a membrane sleeve detachably mounted on the inner wall of the blanking box body, a baffle mounted on the inner wall of the blanking box body below the membrane sleeve and a motor electrically connected with the controller; the baffle is rotatably installed on the blanking box body through a rotating shaft, a high-precision weighing sensor is installed at the bottom of the baffle and electrically connected with the controller, the motor is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the blanking box body, and the output end of a motor shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the end part of the rotating shaft; the bottom of the blanking box body is communicated with the furnace body.
2. A method for producing a ground rod according to claim 1, characterized in that: the quenching device comprises a rack, a heating box arranged on the rack, a straightening part arranged on the output side of the heating box, a conveying part used for conveying the steel core heated in the heating box into the straightening part and a quenching part; a mounting roller for placing a grounding rod is arranged in the heating box, and a heating plate is arranged on the side wall of the heating box; the straightening part comprises a control panel, a conveying frame, a conveying roller arranged on the conveying frame, a plurality of lower straightening rollers arranged at equal intervals, an upper straightening roller arranged right above a gap of the lower straightening rollers, and a longitudinal driving cylinder for driving the upper straightening roller to move longitudinally; one end of the conveying frame is fixedly connected with the output port of the heating box, and the other end of the conveying frame is fixedly connected with the rack below the straightening lower roller; each straightening lower roller is fixedly connected with the rack through a mounting frame and is driven to rotate through a driving motor; the lower straightening rollers rotate oppositely between every two lower straightening rollers; the longitudinal driving cylinder is fixedly arranged on the rack through a mounting bracket; the output end of the longitudinal air rod faces the straightening lower roller; the upper straightening roller is fixedly arranged on the output end of the longitudinal gas rod through a roller frame and is rotationally connected with the roller frame; the conveying part comprises a transverse driving cylinder arranged on the rack and a gas rod output end pushing frame arranged on the transverse driving cylinder; the quenching part comprises a cooling liquid box arranged on an output port of the straightening part and a cooling liquid spray head used for spraying cooling liquid in the cooling liquid box.

A method for producing a ground rod according to claim 2, characterized in that: the high-low temperature alternating damp-heat test box comprises a box body, a sealing door, a programmable logic controller and a refrigerating machine, wherein the sealing door and the programmable logic controller are arranged at the front end of the box body, the sealing door is rotatably connected with the box body, the refrigerating machine is arranged at the bottom of the box body, a heater is arranged on one side of the refrigerating machine, the programmable logic controller is respectively electrically connected with the refrigerating machine and the heater, a touch screen is arranged on the programmable logic controller, a humidifier is arranged at the top of the box body, a fan is arranged below the sealing door, and the touch screen, the humidifier and the fan are respectively electrically connected with the programmable logic controller.

A method for producing a ground rod according to claim 1, characterized in that: the finish machining lathe comprises a lathe body, a spindle box, a tool rest, a chuck arranged on the spindle box, a numerical control machining system and a control panel; the bed body is provided with a guide rail; the tool rest slides on the lathe bed transversely and longitudinally through the feeding mechanism; the feeding mechanism is electrically connected with the numerical control machining system; the control panel is fixedly arranged on the lathe bed through a support frame and is electrically connected with the numerical control machining system.
