本发明涉及粘合衬制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法。
背景技术
粘合衬是一种涂有热熔胶的衬里,是布艺制作经常用到的辅料之一,粘合衬经过加温熨压附着在布料的背面,当布料需要表达挺括、厚度时可以通过添加粘合衬加以体现,又或者布料太过柔软滑溜难以操作时,添加粘合衬可以使操作方便,无纺粘合衬是以非织造布为底布,相对布质粘合衬价格上比较占优势,但质量无疑略逊一筹,布质粘合衬是以针织布或者梭织布为底布,最常用的是梭织布,双面粘合通常用它来粘连固定两片布,热熔粘合衬是基布上敷有热塑性高分子化合物,具有粘合力强,通过一定温度、时间和压力的作用可与面料直接粘合的衬布,热熔粘合衬可简称粘合衬,因其使用范围广泛,有时也直接称为衬布,品种的发展也越来越多,但是现有的粘合衬由于生产工艺复杂导致粘合衬的价格偏高,硅油处理的面料与常规的服饰难于粘合,且手感差,影响整体造型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布。
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,浸轧压力不同;
S3:热处理,浸轧后的基布通过热蒸汽蒸化。
S4:水洗,热处理后必须经水洗、酸洗和水洗处理,以保证除碱干净;
S5:超喂处理,超喂后进入加热室;
S6:热定型,经过三次不同的温度进行加热定型;
S7:冷却,在离开加热区后,通过风冷,降到标准温度以下;
S8:进布,冷却后将基布以0.6m/s-0.7m/s的速度进入涂层步骤;
S9:涂层,冷却后,采用双点涂层,进行热熔胶涂层,涂量为25g/m²;
S10:烘焙,涂胶后进行烘焙处理;
S11:卷取,对产品进行检查,且按照要求进行卷取。
优选地:所述基布为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/㎡。
优选地:所述浸轧压力为2.3-2.7kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次浸轧压力为4.3-4.7kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度范围在93℃-97℃之间。
优选地:所述热处理为63℃-67℃,第二次温度为103℃-117℃,第三次温度为143℃-147℃,结束后碱减量为20%左右。

2.采用聚乙烯做为面胶层可使耐水性好、织物轻薄,且具有良好的垂悬性、织物吸湿能力和防污性更强,可广泛用于各种含硅的面料,解决了衬布于面料结合难度大的问题,同时在工艺上进行了创新,确保面料与衬布的良好结合。
3.制备工艺简单,生产成本低,缩短了产品生产时间,提高了竞争力,可使服饰更加的保型,增加了美观度。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1:
一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布,规格为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/㎡。
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,第一次浸轧压力为2-3kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次浸轧压力为4-5kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度范围在90℃-100℃之间。
S3:热处理,浸轧后的基布通过热蒸汽蒸化,第一次温度为60℃-70℃,第二次温度为100℃-110℃,第三次温度为140℃-150℃,结束后碱减量为20%左右,可达到纤维更细、织物较为丰满,而且手感亦佳。
S4:水洗,热处理后必须经水洗、酸洗和水洗处理,以保证除碱干净。
S5:超喂处理,超喂0%-1%上针板,减少了纵向拉伸量。
S6:热定型,基布进入加热区进行热定型,第一次温度为81℃-120℃,第二次温度为120℃-170℃,第三次温度为170℃-210℃。
S7:冷却,基布在离开加热区后,基布再通过风冷,可保证基布在平整状态下,温度降到81℃以下,可使粘合衬的稳定性更高。
S8:进布,冷却结束后,将基布以0.5m/s-0.8m/s的速度进入涂层步骤。
S9涂层,冷却结束后,采用双点涂层,采用聚酰胺(PA)作为底胶层,采用聚乙烯(HDPE)做为面胶层,涂量为25g/m²。
S10烘焙,基布在涂胶完毕后进行烘焙处理,烘焙温度为160℃-190℃,烘焙处理时间为2-5分钟,可使粘合衬粘合强度高、耐久性好。
S11卷取,对产品进行检查,合格的产品以200米/卷,速度为1m/s的进行卷取。
实施例2:
一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布,规格为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/㎡。
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,第一次浸轧压力为2.2-2.8kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次浸轧压力为4.2-4.8kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度范围在92℃-98℃之间。

S5:超喂处理,超喂0.2%-0.8%上针板,减少纵向拉伸量。
S6:热定型,基布进入加热区进行热定型,第一次温度为89℃-111℃,第二次温度为139℃-151℃,第三次温度为189℃-196℃。
S7:冷却,基布在离开加热区后,基布再通过风冷,可保证基布在平整状态下,温度降到81℃以下,可使粘合衬的稳定性更高。
S8:进布,冷却结束后将基布以0.5m/s-0.8m/s的速度进入涂层步骤。

实施案例3
一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布,规格为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/㎡。
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,第一次浸轧压力为2.4-2.6kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次浸轧压力为4.4-4.6kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度范围在94℃-96℃之间。
S3:热处理,浸轧后的基布通过热蒸汽蒸化,第一次温度为64℃-66℃,第二次温度为104℃-110℃,第三次温度为144℃-146℃,结束后碱减量为20%左右,可达到纤维更细、织物较为丰满,而且手感亦佳。
S4:水洗,热处理后必须经水洗、酸洗和水洗处理,以保证除碱干净。
S5:超喂处理,超喂0.45%-0.55%上针板,减少纵向拉伸量。
S6:热定型,基布进入加热区进行热定型,第一次温度为99℃-101℃,第二次温度为143℃-147℃,第三次温度为190℃-194℃。
S7:冷却,基布在离开加热区后,基布再通过风冷,可保证基布在平整状态下,温度降到81℃以下,可使粘合衬的稳定性更高。
S8:进布,冷却结束后将基布以0.6m/s-0.7m/s的速度进入涂层步骤。
S9:涂层,冷却结束后,采用双点涂层,采用聚酰胺(PA)作为底胶层,采用聚乙烯(HDPE)做为面胶层,涂量为25g/m²。
S10:烘焙,基布在涂胶完毕后进行烘焙处理,烘焙温度为173℃-178℃,烘焙处理时间为3.3-3.8分钟,可使粘合衬粘合强度高、耐久性好。
S11:卷取,对产品进行检查,合格的产品以200米/卷,速度为1m/s的进行卷取。
实施例4:
一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布,规格为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/㎡。
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,第一次浸轧压力为2.5kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次浸轧压力为4.5kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度为95℃。
S3:热处理,浸轧后的基布通过热蒸汽蒸化,第一次温度为65℃,第二次温度为105℃,第三次温度为145℃,结束后碱减量为20%左右,可达到纤维更细、织物较为丰满,而且手感亦佳。
S4:水洗,热处理后必须经水洗、酸洗和水洗处理,以保证除碱干净。
S5:超喂处理,超喂0.5%上针板,减少了纵向拉少量。
S6:热定型,基布进入加热区进行热定型,第一次温度为100℃,第二次温度为145℃,第三次温度为193℃。
S7:冷却,基布在离开加热区后,基布再通过风冷,可保证基布在平整状态下,温度降到81℃以下,可使粘合衬的稳定性更高。
S8:进布,冷却结束后将基布以0.65m/s的速度进入涂层步骤。
S9:涂层,冷却结束后,采用双点涂层,采用聚酰胺(PA)作为底胶层,采用聚乙烯(HDPE)做为面胶层,涂量为25g/m²。
S10:烘焙,基布在涂胶完毕后进行烘焙处理,烘焙温度为175℃,烘焙处理时间为3.5分钟,可使粘合衬粘合强度高、耐久性好。
S11:卷取,对产品进行检查,合格的产品以200米/卷,速度为1m/s的进行卷取。

Claims (10)
1.一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制造基布,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为经纱,以75D/36F的低弹涤纶为纬纱,经由喷气织机制造后成为基布;
S2:浸轧,通过浸轧氢氧化钠对基布采取二浸而二轧的碱液减量处理,浸轧压力不同;
S3:热处理,浸轧后的基布通过热蒸汽蒸化;
S4:水洗,热处理后必须经水洗、酸洗和水洗处理,以保证除碱干净;
S5:超喂处理,超喂后进入加热室;
S6:热定型,基布进入加热区且经过三次不同的温度进行加热定型;
S7:冷却,基布在离开加热区后,再通过风冷,降到标准温度以下;
S8:进布,冷却结束后将基布以0.6m/s-0.7m/s的速度进入涂层步骤;
S9:涂层,冷却结束后,采用双点涂层,进行热熔胶涂层,涂量为25g/m²;
S10:烘焙,基布涂胶完毕后进行烘焙处理;
S11:卷取,对产品进行检查,且按照要求进行卷取。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基布的规格为纱织数70s*70s,密度为65*78根/英寸,基布克重为30g/m²。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸轧压力为2.3-2.7kg/cm²,主要轧去基布中的空气,第二次为4.3-4.7kg/cm²,使氢氧化钠均匀分布在基布内,温度范围在93℃-97℃之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热处理的温度为63℃-67℃,第二次温度为103℃-117℃,第三次温度为143℃-147℃,结束后碱减量为20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述超喂处理为0.3%-0.7%上针板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热定型的温度为90℃-110℃,第二次温度为140℃-150℃,第三次温度为190℃-195℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述标准温度为81℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热熔胶涂层采用聚酰胺(PA)作为底胶层,采用聚乙烯(HDPE)做为面胶层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘焙的温度为170℃-180℃,处理时间为3-4分钟。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅处理面料专用粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于,所述卷取为以200米/卷,速度为1m/s的进行卷取。
