本发明提供一种集中供料装置,包括上料管道,所述上料管道由一根横向管道和两根位于横向管道两侧的竖向管道组成,横向管道下端分布设置有出料管,出料管下端均对应连接有储料箱,储料箱右侧内壁的上端设置有除湿机,储料箱的底端前侧壁上设置有下料管,储料箱均设置在两根竖向管道之间的放置板上,竖向管道的下端均设置有料仓,料仓之间通过回料管道相连接,回料管道和右侧的料仓连接处设置有过滤网,过滤网设置在回料管道内且位于与右侧料仓连接处。从而本发明在大大提高了生产效率的同时也提高了产品生产的质量。

一种集中供料装置
技术领域
本发明提供涉及折弯机技术领域,尤其涉及一种集中供料装置。
背景技术
随着注塑车间的现代化发展,注塑技术和设备日新月异的进步,在生产中,对供料的要求也越来越高。不同产品需要用到不同规格的物料,但是现有的供料装置都是采用人工分类的,效率低下。因此,需要提供一种集中供料装置,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种集中供料装置,通过将物料放入到左侧的料仓内,并设置气泵将其由左侧的竖向管道带入到横向管道内,设置出料管将横向管道内的物料进行分类,并由出料管掉入到储料箱内,并通过重量检测传感器对其进行称重,设置除湿机对储料箱内的物料进行称重,并通过下料管进行下料,未进入到出料管内的物料,通过气泵由右侧的竖向管道带入到右侧的料仓内,通过破碎辊旋转带动破碎刀对物料进行破碎,破碎完成后通过气泵将物料由过滤网和回料管道进入到左侧的料仓内;从而本发明在大大提高了生产效率的同时也提高了产品生产的质量。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种集中供料装置,包括上料管道,所述上料管道由一根横向管道和两根位于横向管道两侧的竖向管道组成,横向管道下端分布设置有出料管,出料管下端均对应连接有储料箱,储料箱右侧内壁的上端设置有除湿机,储料箱的底端前侧壁上设置有下料管,储料箱均设置在两根竖向管道之间的放置板上,竖向管道的下端均设置有料仓,料仓之间通过回料管道相连接,回料管道和右侧的料仓连接处设置有过滤网,过滤网设置在回料管道内且位于与右侧料仓连接处。
进一步改进在于:所述储料箱的下端对应设置有位于放置板表面的称重器,所述储料箱的前端表面设置有标识贴。
进一步改进在于:所述料仓内设置有破碎辊,所述破碎辊上分布有破碎刀。
进一步改进在于:所述出料管的内部直径大小从左到右依次增大,所述过滤网上的过滤孔直径大小与最右侧的出料管内部大小一致。
进一步改进在于:所述上料管道和回料管道上均设置有气泵。
本发明的有益效果:通过将物料放入到左侧的料仓内,并设置气泵将其由左侧的竖向管道带入到横向管道内,设置出料管将横向管道内的物料进行分类,并由出料管掉入到储料箱内,并通过重量检测传感器对其进行称重,设置除湿机对储料箱内的物料进行称重,并通过下料管进行下料,未进入到出料管内的物料,通过气泵由右侧的竖向管道带入到右侧的料仓内,通过破碎辊旋转带动破碎刀对物料进行破碎,破碎完成后通过气泵将物料由过滤网和回料管道进入到左侧的料仓内;从而本发明在大大提高了生产效率的同时也提高了产品生产的质量。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种集中供料装置,包括上料管道,所述上料管道由一根横向管道1和两根位于横向管道1两侧的竖向管道2组成,横向管道1下端分布设置有出料管3,出料管3下端均对应连接有储料箱4,储料箱4右侧内壁的上端设置有除湿机5,储料箱4的底端前侧壁上设置有下料管6,储料箱4均设置在两根竖向管道2之间的放置板7上,竖向管道2的下端均设置有料仓8,料仓8之间通过回料管道9相连接,回料管道9和右侧的料仓8连接处设置有过滤网10,过滤网10设置在回料管道9内且位于与右侧料仓8连接处。所述储料箱4的下端对应设置有位于放置板7表面的称重器11,所述储料箱4的前端表面设置有标识贴12。所述料仓8内设置有破碎辊13,所述破碎辊13上分布有破碎刀14。所述出料管3的内部直径大小从左到右依次增大,所述过滤网10上的过滤孔直径大小与最右侧的出料管3内部直径大小一致。所述上料管道和回料管道9上均设置有气泵15。
通过将物料放入到左侧的料仓8内,并设置气泵15将其由左侧的竖向管道2带入到横向管道1内,设置出料管3将横向管道1内的物料进行分类,并由出料管3掉入到储料箱4内,并通过重量检测传感器对其进行称重,设置除湿机5对储料箱4内的物料进行称重,并通过下料管6进行下料,未进入到出料管3内的物料,通过气泵15由右侧的竖向管道2带入到右侧的料仓8内,通过破碎辊13旋转带动破碎刀14对物料进行破碎,破碎完成后通过气泵15将物料由过滤网10和回料管道9进入到左侧的料仓8内;从而本发明在大大提高了生产效率的同时也提高了产品生产的质量。

1.一种集中供料装置,包括上料管道,其特征在于,所述上料管道由一根横向管道(1)和两根位于横向管道(1)两侧的竖向管道(2)组成,横向管道(1)下端分布设置有出料管(3),出料管(3)下端均对应连接有储料箱(4),储料箱(4)右侧内壁的上端设置有除湿机(5),储料箱(4)的底端前侧壁上设置有下料管(6),储料箱(4)均设置在两根竖向管道(2)之间的放置板(7)上,竖向管道(2)的下端均设置有料仓(8),料仓(8)之间通过回料管道(9)相连接,回料管道(9)和右侧的料仓(8)连接处设置有过滤网(10),过滤网(10)设置在回料管道(9)内且位于与右侧料仓(8)连接处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集中供料装置,其特征在于,所述储料箱(4)的下端对应设置有位于放置板(7)表面的称重器(11),所述储料箱(4)的前端表面设置有标识贴(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集中供料装置,其特征在于,所述料仓(8)内设置有破碎辊(13),所述破碎辊(13)上分布有破碎刀(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集中供料装置,其特征在于,所述出料管(3)的内部直径大小从左到右依次增大,所述过滤网(10)上的过滤孔直径大小与最右侧的出料管(3)内部直径大小一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集中供料装置,其特征在于,所述上料管道和回料管道(9)上均设置有气泵(15)。
