The operation of the displacement recording structure 7 will now be described with reference to the specific structure of the displacement recording structure 7, and during the car washing process, the displacement recording structure 7 records the up-down sliding condition of the horizontal brush 31 and feeds the condition back to the control module; in the drying process, the control module controls the body 331 to slide up and down according to the information of the displacement recording structure 7, the displacement recording structure 7 records the up-down sliding of the body 331 and feeds back the up-down sliding to the control module, and the control module corrects the up-down sliding of the body 331 by combining the re-feedback information of the displacement recording structure 7 and the real-time measurement information of the distance measuring module, so that the drying efficiency of the drying machine 33 is ensured, and the drying time is shortened as much as possible.
Specifically, when the vehicle body is cleaned, the transverse brush 31 slides up and down to clean the top surface of the vehicle body, the rotating shaft 71 is driven by the connecting rope to slide along with the transverse brush 31, the recording disc 72 rotates along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 71, the measuring piece 73 is aligned with the recording disc 72, when the recording disc 72 rotates to enable the measuring piece 73 to be aligned with the recording hole 74, the distance information measured by the measuring piece 73 is different, and therefore the sliding change condition of the transverse brush 31 is determined; when the automobile body weathers, organism 331 slides with displacement recorder's displacement information, and displacement recorder simultaneously records organism 331's slip and compares with displacement information before, realizes accurate control.
In the specific embodiments provided by the present disclosure, the hub brushes 34 may be configured in any suitable configuration. Alternatively, the hub brush 34 includes a hub brush box 341 located on the carwash frame 2 and a second brush body 342 rotatably disposed on the hub brush box 341, and the hub brush box 341 includes a first driving member 341a for driving the second brush body 342 to rotate, a second driving member 341b for driving the second brush body 342 to extend and retract, and an anti-falling structure 8 for ensuring that the second brush body 342 extends and retracts on the same straight line.
The operation of the hub brush 34 will now be described with reference to the specific structure of the hub brush 34, wherein the hub brush 34 slides along the axial direction of the wheel in addition to its rotation during operation, so that the hub brush 34 can contact the wheel to clean the wheel, and due to the weight of the hub brush 34 itself, the hub brush 34 will fall down under the action of gravity when the hub brush 34 extends out and cleans the wheel, which results in incomplete wheel cleaning and deformation of the hub brush 34, which seriously affects the service life of the hub brush 34.
Therefore, the car washer is provided with the hub brush box 341 for balancing the falling of the hub brush 34, ensuring that the hub brush 34 stretches on the same straight line, ensuring that the wheel is thoroughly cleaned, achieving the cleaning effect, avoiding the deformation of the hub brush 34, ensuring the service life of the hub brush 34 and reducing the maintenance cost.
Specifically, the second brush 342 is connected to the hub brush box 341, and the first driving member 341a drives the second brush 342 to rotate, the second driving member 341b drives the second brush 342 to slide, and the falling prevention structure 8 slides along with the sliding of the second driving member 341b and balances the second brush 342, so as to ensure that the second brush 342 slides on the same straight line.

The upper cover 811 comprises a cover body arranged on the box frame 343 in a sliding manner and side plates arranged at two ends of the cover body, wherein the side plates are provided with limiting strips arranged in the limiting grooves 82, and the limiting grooves 82 are divided into a sliding section 821 and a stopping section 822 by the limiting strips.
The limiting groove 82 is segmented by the limiting strip, so that the sliding distance of the pulley 812 is controlled, the sliding distance of the second brush body 342 is effectively controlled, the second brush body 342 is prevented from being excessively extended, and the second brush body 342 is prevented from being damaged.
The pulley 812 includes a movable pulley 812 slidably disposed in the sliding section 821 and a fixed pulley 812 connected to the first driving member 341 a.
The pulleys 812 are grouped, so that the contact points of the pulleys 812 are increased, the stability of the upper cover 811 in the sliding process is ensured, and the abrasion of the upper cover 811 in the sliding process is reduced.
