背景技术
水陆两栖车是一种特殊交通平台,既可以在陆地上高适应灵活机动,又可以在水中快速隐蔽推进,还可以在水陆交界环境中可靠通行,具有特殊的军事应用价值和广阔的民用前景。在军事上可作为岛礁争夺与守卫、边防界江管控与建设、内河紧急通过与抢险救灾等应用,在民用上可作为洪涝灾难、地质灾害、水上重大安全事故的应急救灾装备。水陆两栖车均发挥着不可替代的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对传统水陆两栖车动力及传动机构复杂、传动效率相对过低、***集成度低、陆地通过能力较差的问题,提出一种能够提高了整车***集成度、解决了部分***轻量化设计一种4×4两栖车动力传动***结构。
本发明所涉及的一种4×4两栖车动力传动***,包括发动机总成1、发电机总成2、电磁离合器总成3、主传动轴4、集成式喷水推进器总成5、右前轮边传动轴6、右前轮边电机7、右后轮边传动轴8、右后轮边电机9、左前轮边传动轴10、左前轮边电机11、左后轮边传动轴12、左后轮边电机13、动力电池总成14,其特征是:发动机总成1、发电机总成2、电磁离合器总成3相互之间通过螺栓连接,安装在车架与车体总成中部,并通过主传动轴4与集成式喷水推进器总成5连接,动力电池总成8安装在车首位置;右前轮边电机7通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,右前轮边传动轴6两端通过螺栓分别连接右前轮边电机7输出端和右前轮输入端;左前轮边电机11通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,左前轮边传动轴10两端通过螺栓分别连接左前轮边电机11输出端和左前轮输入端;左后轮边电机13通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,左后轮边传动轴12两端通过螺栓分别连接左后轮边电机13输出端和左后轮输入端;右后轮边电机9通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,右后轮边传动轴8两端通过螺栓分别连接右后轮边电机9输出端和右后轮输入端。
动力传动***在水上模式时,使用扭转减震器将发动机飞轮与发电机相连,发电机转轴采用空心设计,电磁离合器3的外花键输入轴***发电机空心转轴内花键孔;发动机的动力通过扭转减震器、发电机转轴直接传输到齿轮箱,电磁离合器3输出轴将发动机动力通过传动轴传输到带减速功能的水上推进器;动力传动***在陆上模式时,发动机和发电机组成辅助发电单元APU与动力电池为轮边电机提供电能,并驱动四轮运动。
本发明有效解决了传统水陆两栖车动力及传动机构复杂、传动效率相对过低、***集成度低,解决了部分***轻量化设计等问题。

本实施例所涉及的一种4×4两栖车动力传动***,其结构如图1、图2所示;该***包括发动机总成1、发电机总成2、电磁离合器总成3、主传动轴4、集成式喷水推进器总成5、右前轮边传动轴6、右前轮边电机7、右后轮边传动轴8、右后轮边电机9、左前轮边传动轴10、左前轮边电机11、左后轮边传动轴12、左后轮边电机13、动力电池总成14,其特征是:发动机总成1、发电机总成2、电磁离合器总成3相互之间通过螺栓连接,安装在车架与车体总成中部,并通过主传动轴4与集成式喷水推进器总成5连接,动力电池总成8安装在车首位置;右前轮边电机7通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,右前轮边传动轴6两端通过螺栓分别连接右前轮边电机7输出端和右前轮输入端;左前轮边电机11通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,左前轮边传动轴10两端通过螺栓分别连接左前轮边电机11输出端和左前轮输入端;左后轮边电机13通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,左后轮边传动轴12两端通过螺栓分别连接左后轮边电机13输出端和左后轮输入端;右后轮边电机9通过螺栓装配在前轴车体上,右后轮边传动轴8两端通过螺栓分别连接右后轮边电机9输出端和右后轮输入端。
动力传动***在水上模式时,使用扭转减震器将发动机飞轮与发电机相连,发电机转轴采用空心设计,电磁离合器3的外花键输入轴***发电机空心转轴内花键孔;发动机的动力通过扭转减震器、发电机转轴直接传输到齿轮箱,电磁离合器3输出轴将发动机动力通过传动轴传输到带减速功能的水上推进器。
动力传动***在陆上模式时,发动机和发电机组成辅助发电单元APU与动力电池为轮边电机提供电能,并驱动四轮运动。
本发明有效解决了传统水陆两栖车动力及传动机构复杂、传动效率相对过低、***集成度低,解决了部分***轻量化设计等问题。
