Abstract
本发明提供一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,包括驱动电机、发电机、柴油发动机、储能***、发电机,驱动电机上连接有底盘驱动***,发电机上连接有上装***,柴油发动机与发电机连接,柴油发动机为发电机提动动力;储能***与驱动电机连接,储能***为驱动电机提供动力;发电机与储能***连接,发电机为储能***提供动力。采用柴油发动机为驱动电机提供动力来源;整车响应速度快;车辆重心低,行驶平稳,节能环保,整车续航里程长,上装泵持续工作时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防车辆动力***领域,尤其涉及一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***。
背景技术
当机场发生火灾事故时,急需对事故现场进行火灾扑救,目前采用的6X6机场消防车,其动力***为柴油机;其对火灾的响应时间相对较慢;车辆重心相对较高,容易引起侧翻;动力性能和加速性能有限;专利号CN112109696A公开了一种并联油电混合机场消防车底盘的电控***,采用纯电动动力***,通过驱动电机和发动机驱动底盘行驶,设置发电机进行充电和供电,从而解决发动机启动加速性能较差的问题,但是该装置采用多路并联驱动,需要多个电机进行驱动,结构较为复杂,发生故障时不易确认,同时采用纯电动动力***,整车续航里程短,导致持续使用工作时间短,影响使用,因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,通过采用驱动电机单独驱动底盘驱动***,发电机单独驱动上装***,柴油发动机驱动发电机进行驱动和对储能***进行充电,使储能***持续为驱动电机提供动力,解决了背景技术中多路并联驱动结构复杂和纯电力驱动,驱动时间短的问题。
本发明提供一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,包括驱动电机、发电机、柴油发动机、储能***、发电机,驱动电机上连接有底盘驱动***,发电机上连接有上装***,柴油发动机与发电机连接,柴油发动机为发电机提动动力;储能***与驱动电机连接,储能***为驱动电机提供动力;发电机与储能***连接,发电机为储能***提供动力。
进一步改进在于:所述底盘驱动***包括EMT变速箱、动力分动箱、驱动桥,EMT变速箱连接在驱动电机上,EMT变速箱通过传动轴与动力分动箱输入端相连,动力分动箱输出端通过传动轴与驱动桥相连。
进一步改进在于:驱动桥根据使用需求进行增加或减少,适用于4X4、6X6、8X8型号的车辆。
进一步改进在于:所述驱动桥包括第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥通过传动轴与动力分动箱输出箱连接,第三驱动桥通过传动轴与第二驱动桥连接。
进一步改进在于:动力分动箱上还通过传动轴连接有应急转向泵。
进一步改进在于:所述上装***包括电磁离合器和上装泵,发电机通过电磁离合器和传动轴与上装泵相连接。
本发明的有益效果:通过采用增程式动力***,底盘由驱动电机单独驱动,提高了动力输出的效率,增大了动力的输出;上装泵由柴油发动机及发电机提供动力,满足了上装消防器材的动力需求;实现了车辆的全力驱动行驶,增大了动力输出,也满足了上装消防***大功率的需求。
采用动力分动箱将驱动电机的动力传递至第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥和第三驱动桥,保证了全力驱动状态下有充足的动力输出,整个底盘采用大功率电机驱动,响应速度快,排放更加环保。
柴油发动机和发电机通过控制逻辑实现储能***的充电以及上装取力的功率需求,从而满足消防车工作过程中的动力需求。
连接应急转向泵,对转向进行辅助,在转向***发生故障时,保证转向的安全性,从而提高消防车行驶的安全性。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,包括驱动电机、发电机、柴油发动机、储能***、发电机,驱动电机上连接有底盘驱动***,底盘驱动***包括EMT变速箱、动力分动箱、驱动桥,EMT变速箱连接在驱动电机上,EMT变速箱通过传动轴与动力分动箱输入端相连,动力分动箱输出端通过传动轴与驱动桥相连。动力分动箱连接有连接件,连接件为输入或输出法兰。
驱动桥包括第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,动力分动箱输出端通过传动轴连接有第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥,第二驱动桥通过传动轴与第三驱动桥连接;驱动桥根据使用需求进行增加或减少,适用于4X4、6X6、8X8型号的车辆。
动力分动箱上还通过传动轴连接有应急转向泵,应急转向泵辅助转向***,在转向***发生故障时,保证转向安全性。
发电机上连接有上装***,上装***包括电磁离合器和上装泵,发电机通过电磁离合器和传动轴与上装泵相连接。
柴油发动机与发电机连接,柴油发动机为发电机提动动力;储能***与驱动电机连接,储能***为驱动电机提供动力;发电机与储能***连接,发电机为储能***提供动力。
如图2所示,正常行驶工况,储能***为驱动电机提供动力能源,驱动电机输出动力通过EMT变速箱及传动轴传递至动力分动箱,动力分动箱将动力通过传动轴分别传递给应急转向泵、第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,从而为底盘行驶提供动力。
此种工况下,柴油发动机处于停机状态,不参与发电及上装驱动。
如图3所示,行车充电工况,储能***为驱动电机提供动力能源,驱动电机输出动力通过EMT变速箱及传动轴传递至动力分动箱,动力分动箱将动力通过传动轴分别传递给应急转向泵、第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,从而为底盘行驶提供动力;同时电磁离合器处于断开状态,柴油发动机提供动能给发电机,发电机进行发电为储能***进行充电。
此种工况下,底盘行驶和储能***充电同时进行,互不影响。
如图4所示,驻车充电工况,电磁离合器处于断开状态,柴油发动机提供动能给发电机,发电机进行发电为储能***进行充电,储能***不为驱动电机进行供能。
此种工况下,底盘处于停车状态。
如图5所示,行车消防工况,储能***为驱动电机提供动力能源,驱动电机输出动力通过EMT变速箱及传动轴传递至动力分动箱,动力分动箱将动力通过传动轴分别传递给应急转向泵、第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,从而为底盘行驶提供动力;同时电磁离合器控制接合,柴油发动机的动力通过电磁离合器及传动轴传输至上装泵,上装泵进行消防动作。
此种工况下,底盘行驶和上装消防同时进行,互不影响。
如图6所示,驻车消防工况,电磁离合器控制接合,柴油发动机的动力通过电磁离合器及传动轴传输至上装泵,上装泵进行消防动作。
此种工况下,底盘处于停止状态,仅上装消防运行。

1.一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,包括驱动电机、发电机、柴油发动机、储能***、发电机,其特征在于:驱动电机上连接有底盘驱动***,发电机上连接有上装***,柴油发动机与发电机连接,柴油发动机为发电机提动动力;储能***与驱动电机连接,储能***为驱动电机提供动力;发电机与储能***连接,发电机为储能***提供动力。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,其特征在于:所述底盘驱动***包括EMT变速箱、动力分动箱、驱动桥,EMT变速箱连接在驱动电机上,EMT变速箱通过传动轴与动力分动箱输入端相连,动力分动箱输出端通过传动轴与驱动桥相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,其特征在于:驱动桥根据使用需求进行增加或减少,适用于4X4、6X6、8X8型号的车辆。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,其特征在于:所述驱动桥包括第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥、第三驱动桥,第一转向驱动桥、第二驱动桥通过传动轴与动力分动箱输出箱连接,第三驱动桥通过传动轴与第二驱动桥连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,其特征在于:动力分动箱上还通过传动轴连接有应急转向泵。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种增程式动力机场专用消防车动力***,其特征在于:所述上装***包括电磁离合器和上装泵,发电机通过电磁离合器和传动轴与上装泵相连接。
