技术领域
本发明涉及车辆座椅下方的空间的可接近性,尤其是用于布置针对全电动或部分电动运行的车辆的储能器,因此该空间被用作存储空间。
背景技术
机动车座椅下方的空间在所公知的汽车中对于在那里存储或取出物体是难于接近到的。通常能水平移动的座椅遮挡了各自的座椅下方的空间的大部分,或仅部分地释放空间。
在DE 10 2011 122 101 A1中建议了能从底板的下侧接近前座椅下方的存储空间。此类解决方案的前提条件例如是为了更换例如储能器而能接近底板。
为了在电池更换站处的人工快速替换储能器,此类解决方案是不合适的。
WO2016/082 818 A1建议的是,将布置在座椅框架上的座椅构造为与此座椅框架一起能水平移动并且能相对于座椅框架倾斜,以便使座椅下方的储能器可接近,并且因此能从上方进行替换。
但是,这种非常有利的解决方法将不在下文中详细论述。这是本发明的任务。
发明内容
根据本发明建议了一种用于改进车辆座椅下方的空间的可接近性并由此将其作为存储空间使用的设备,借助该设备,座椅或具有布置在其上的座椅的座椅引导件能朝车辆前部的方向进行一定程度的位置改变,从而确保形式为收纳容器或存放部的存储空间的可接近性。
存放部在此处所使用的意义中例如是用于对容器进行收纳的底板入口或扁平的围框。存放在存放部内的物品例如可以通过橡胶带固定。
收纳容器在此处所使用的意义中尤其是具有底板和侧壁的容器,底板和侧壁将待收纳的货物同时侧向保持。收纳容器可以通过盖被封闭。底板也可以通过车辆底板形成,并且侧壁与车辆底板连接。
在第一实施方案中设置的是,座椅或具有布置在其上的座椅的座椅引导件经由伸缩式引导件或剪刀式引导件(例如被公知为纽伦堡剪)与车辆底板或与车辆座椅下方的收纳容器连接,其中,通过伸缩式引导件或剪刀式引导件确保座椅或具有布置在其上的座椅的座椅引导件朝车辆前部的方向以及返回方向的水平可移动性。
第二实施方案设置的是,座椅或座椅引导件经由平行摇臂与车辆底板或收纳容器连接,其中,通过平行摇臂确保座椅或座椅连同座椅引导件朝车辆前部的方向以及返回方向的偏移。
优选地,偏移从相对车辆底板的一个平行位置到另一平行位置以及返回来地进行。
使用座椅引导件具有的优点是:座椅能由车辆乘客以常规方式调节到其所期望的就座定位。由此不提及与存放部或车辆座椅下方的收纳容器的可接近性相关的传动技术上的措施。
伸缩式引导件或剪刀式引导件或平行摇臂的规格优选被确定为:在移动或偏移之后,使得车辆座椅下方的收纳容器或存放部从上方完全被释放。
因此,能方便地将电池单独单元或其他的物体置入到座椅下方的收纳容器或存放部内并且能方便地从其中取出。因此,能在任意的电池更换站进行电池更换,并且可以继续行驶。
优选地,本发明涉及前排座椅下方的空间的利用,但并不是强制性的。
在一个优选实施方案中,在车辆座椅的两侧上分别布置有伸缩式引导件或剪刀式引导件或分别布置有平行摇臂。
为了最佳地使用收纳容器的空间,一个设计方案设置的是,伸缩式引导件或剪刀式引导件或平行摇臂布置在收纳容器之外。
为了消除座椅或座椅引导件自行从就座定位运动出来,有利的设计方案设置的是,座椅或座椅引导件能通过锁定设备固定在针对车辆乘客的就座定位中。
如前文已提到,存放部或收纳容器优选应被用于布置彼此电联接的储能器。在一个优选实施方案中,这些储能器在底部侧具有插塞接触件,插塞接触件接合到车辆底板上的或收纳容器的底部上的相应的收纳部内,以便建立能量联接。
此外,为了也确保后座上的乘客的腿部自由度,一个优选实施方案设置的是,用于联接储能器的控制电子装置布置在车辆前排座椅下方的前部区域内。
如果使用提及的平行摇臂,则平行摇臂有利地被设定为,使得平行摇臂在就座定位中以及在偏移定位中叠置,并且因此阻止进一步的摆动运动。

叠置的摇臂的敲击噪声能够通过(也仅逐点地布置的)摇臂的隔音覆层来避免。也可能的是,两个摇臂彼此间安设弹簧件。这具有的优点是:锁止在弹簧顶紧力下进行。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有座椅引导件2的座椅1,座椅引导件与座椅1一起移动,从而使在处于就座定位中的座椅1下方的收纳容器6现在完全可接近。
座椅引导件2有间距地包围收纳容器6的侧壁,在该间距中布置有伸缩式引导件3。替选地,伸缩式引导件也可以支撑在车辆底板上,在此也优选支撑在两侧。当未设置分开的容器6时,则这尤其具有意义。
伸缩式引导件3的规格被确定为:在完全朝车辆前部7的方向移动的座椅1的情况下,使收纳容器6的指向上的开口完全打开。因此,可以毫无问题地将处在收纳容器6内的物体(在此是储能器9)向上取出,并且可以将例如已充电的储能器9的其他的物体置入。如所示,储能器9具有上部手柄11和插塞接触件10。与针对插塞接触件10的收纳部13一起,在底部侧在储能器9或收纳容器6上进行能量获取。
在以此构成的储能器9中,甚至可以取消收纳容器6,这是因为插塞接触件10防止了侧向移动。作用于储能器9的顶紧橡胶件防止插塞接触件10松开。
此外示出的是,座椅引导件2能借助锁定设备8固定在就座定位中,由此消除了在行驶时、尤其是在制动时伸缩式设备进而是座椅1的自行移动。
为了确保后排座位上的人员的尽可能大的腿部自由度,将控制传感器12布置在收纳容器6的前部区域中并布置在该收纳容器外部。
图2在前视图中示出了伸缩式引导件3。座椅引导件2有间距地包围收纳容器6的侧壁,在两侧处在间距中布置有伸缩式引导件3。

对平行摇臂4的紧固一方面在座椅引导件2上实现,一方面在收纳容器6或车辆底板5上实现。在此,平行摇臂4在座椅引导部2上的紧固也可以在收纳容器6与包围收纳容器6的座椅引导件2的侧壁之间的间距内实现。

平行摇臂4的使用提供了如下可能性,即,该平行摇臂定被设定为使其在最终定位内被阻止,也就是说使平行摇臂4的两个摇臂在这些定位中叠置。这能够以简单方式通过扩宽各个摇臂来实现。

Claims (11)

所述座椅(1)或具有布置在其上的座椅(1)的座椅引导件(2)经由伸缩式引导件(3)或剪刀式引导件与车辆底板(5)或与所述座椅(1)下方的收纳容器(6)连接,并且通过所述伸缩式引导件(3)或所述剪刀式引导件确保所述座椅(1)朝车辆前部(7)的方向以及返回方向的水平可移动性,或者
所述座椅(1)或所述座椅引导件(2)经由平行摇臂(4)与所述车辆底板(5)或所述收纳容器(6)连接,并且通过所述平行摇臂(4)确保所述座椅(1)或所述座椅(1)连同所述座椅引导件(2)朝车辆前部(7)的方向以及返回方向的偏移。
