The second fixed shaft wheel carrier comprises a plurality of second gear shafts, the second fixed shaft gear sets comprise second fixed shaft gears which are respectively and rotatably arranged on the second gear shafts, the sun gear is in external engagement transmission with all the second fixed shaft gears, and all the second fixed shaft gears are in internal engagement transmission with the inner gear ring.

the second fixed shaft wheel system comprises a second fixed shaft wheel frame which is fixedly arranged and a second fixed shaft gear set which is rotatably arranged on the second fixed shaft wheel frame;
an output shaft and an output shaft sleeve;
the input shaft transmits power to the first fixed-axis gear train, the power is output to the output shaft after being decelerated by the first fixed-axis gear train, the output shaft simultaneously transmits the power to the second fixed-axis gear train, and the second fixed-axis gear train is transmitted to the output shaft sleeve;
the second fixed-axis gear train comprises an annular gear, a second fixed-axis wheel carrier which is fixedly arranged, a second fixed-axis gear set which is rotatably arranged on the second fixed-axis wheel carrier, a transmission disc, an output shaft sleeve and the annular gear which are respectively and fixedly connected with the transmission disc, and the annular gear drives the output shaft sleeve to synchronously rotate through the transmission disc;
the inner gear ring is a plastic inner gear ring, the driving disc is of a metal disc-shaped structure, and the driving disc, the output shaft sleeve and the inner gear ring are fixedly connected into a whole respectively.

The washing machine decelerating clutch device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decelerating clutch device comprises a brake wheel and a brake wheel shaft, wherein the brake wheel is internally provided with an open inner cavity, the brake wheel is sleeved outside the input shaft, and one end of the brake wheel shaft is fixed at the open end of the brake wheel; the first fixed axle wheel system and the second fixed axle wheel system are respectively arranged in an inner cavity of the brake wheel, the first fixed axle wheel frame is fixed on the brake wheel shaft or the brake wheel, and the second fixed axle wheel frame is fixed on the brake wheel shaft or the brake wheel or the first fixed axle wheel frame.

or the second wheel frame lower cover is fixedly connected to the first wheel frame cover through the connecting piece to realize relatively fixed arrangement.

The washing machine decelerating clutch device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second wheel frame lower cover is provided with a second wheel frame lower cover gear shaping groove at the middle part, the first wheel frame lower cover gear shaping groove is provided at the middle part of the first wheel frame cover and matched with the gear shape of the second wheel frame lower cover gear shaping groove, and the second wheel frame lower cover gear shaping groove is inserted into the first wheel frame cover gear shaping groove to realize a relatively fixed arrangement.
