Abstract
本发明涉及一种多孔透气可热封的水性涂层胶,所述水性涂层胶由以下重量份的化合物制备而成:异氰酸酯10‑15重量份;二元酸5‑10重量份;二元醇3‑10重量份;二羟甲基丙酸1‑5重量份;乙二胺0.1‑1重量份;月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑5重量份;磺基琥珀酸二辛基钠盐1‑5重量份;碳酸盐5‑20重量份;去离子水50‑70重量份;有机硅乳液0.3‑2重量份。本发明的涂层交用于特卫强涂层后,能够与其他材料(PET、PETG、PVC、APET、PS等)热封合。使涂层具备透气性,医疗器材被包装后能够进行臭氧或环氧乙烷气体灭菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多孔透气可热封的水性涂层胶及涂布工艺。
背景技术
杜邦公司的特卫强本身是一种多孔透气的无纺布结构产品,具有透气、防水、阻菌的性能,其由单一的聚乙烯纤维制成,不具备与多种高分子材料热封合的性能。
在医疗包装领域,特卫强需要与其他材料进行热封合,形成功能性包装,用于包装手术器材,耗材,药品等,为了使特卫强能与其他材料如PET,PETG,PVC,APET,PS等热封合,需要开发一种涂层胶,特卫强涂层后能与上述材料热封封合,并且涂层必须具有透气性,才能使整个包装材料能够进行臭氧或环氧乙烷气体灭菌。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供了一种多孔透气可热封的水性涂层胶,所述水性涂层胶由以下重量份的化合物制备而成:
异氰酸酯10-15重量份
二元酸 5-10重量份
二元醇3-10重量份
二羟甲基丙酸1-5重量份
乙二胺 0.1-1重量份
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-5 重量份
磺基琥珀酸二辛基钠盐1-5重量份
碳酸盐5-20重量份
去离子水 50-70重量份
有机硅乳液 0.3-2重量份。
所述异氰酸酯选自IPDI、MDI、TDI、HMDI、HDI中的一种或几种。
所述二元酸选自己二酸、丁二酸、对苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
所述二元醇选自乙二醇、丁二醇、己二醇、戊二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或几种。
所述碳酸盐选自碳酸镁、碳酸钙、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾中的一种或几种。
所述水性涂层胶通过以下步骤制备得到:
步骤一:聚酯二元醇制备
将二元醇和二元酸投入反应器,温度140度到200度,真空度500Pa,催化剂为乙酸锌好三氧化锑的混合物,添加量100-300ppm, 进行酯化和缩聚反应得到聚酯多元醇,生成的聚酯多元醇分子量为2000-5000, 羟值250-400mg.KOH/g。
步骤二:预聚反应
将步骤一产物聚酯多元醇加入反应器升温至80度,加入异氰酸酯和二羟甲基丙酸及催化剂N-乙基吗啉或N-甲基吗啉,搅拌1-1.5小时,生成聚氨酯预聚体。
步骤三:
反应器加入丙酮,与步骤二产物聚氨酯预聚体混合,丙酮占30-40%,再加入乙二胺,扩链反应10-30分钟,加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺基琥珀酸二辛基钠盐、去离子水,搅拌30-60分钟,用氨水调PH值至7-8,制成聚氨酯乳液
步骤四: 将碳酸盐和有机硅乳液混入聚氨酯乳液中,搅拌30-60分钟,制备成涂层胶。
一种涂布工艺,所述涂布工艺用于特卫强的涂布,包括以下步骤:
在网线辊上胶涂布,将水性涂层胶经由30线网线辊转移至特卫强,上胶量干基10-12克/平方米,烘道温度40-50℃,涂布速度20-50米/分钟,涂布过程:放卷—>上胶—>烘干—>酸洗—>漂洗—>烘干—>收卷。
所述酸洗温度50-60℃,酸浓度1-10wt%,PH值1-5。
所述酸洗的酸组分为硫酸、磷酸、乙酸、乙二酸中一种或几种的混合物。
本发明的涂层交用于特卫强涂层后,能够与其他材料(PET、PETG、PVC、APET、PS等)热封合。使涂层具备透气性,医疗器材被包装后能够进行臭氧或环氧乙烷气体灭菌。

二羟甲基丙酸1-5重量份;
乙二胺 0.1-1重量份;
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-5 重量份;
磺基琥珀酸二辛基钠盐1-5重量份;
碳酸盐5-20重量份;
去离子水 50-70重量份;
有机硅乳液 0.3-2重量份。
