本发明提供一种用于空气过滤器的双组份快固聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,所述用于空气过滤器的双组份快固聚氨酯胶粘剂通过对不同分子量聚醚多元醇的选择,保证了较快的固化速度和较高的粘接强度;加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,明显改善固化后胶体的弹性恢复率,抗振动性能更好,粘接强度也进一步提升。并通过选择脂肪族胺类或脂环族胺类催化剂与有机金属催化剂搭配使用,保证合适的5‑10分钟开放时间,同时加快了胶体的凝胶速度,可方便的在流水线上利用自动注胶机进行操作,相比人工或半自动注胶的效率提高2‑5倍。本发明工艺简单,抗振动性能好,固化速度快,非常适合自动化生产线的操作,很好的满足了空气过滤器行业的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气过滤器用聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,属于胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
空气过滤器是指空气过滤装置,一般用于洁净车间、洁净厂房、实验室或医用洁净室等,也用于电子、机械、精密仪器、通讯、医疗器械等行业对防尘和除尘有较高要求的领域。
空气过滤器一般由超细玻璃纤维滤芯、铝箔隔板和不锈钢边框组成,其中需要用到密封胶或胶粘剂,将滤芯与边框粘接和密封起来,保证无漏点,能够抗振动不脱落,要求胶粘剂具有较好的操作便利性,并且可以满足自动化生产线的快速固化要求。
但在操作使用胶粘剂过程中,由于需要对四个边进行注胶,每次注胶后要等待胶粘剂凝胶初步固化后才能进行下一次注胶,若胶粘剂固化时间较长,则打完四个边所消耗的时间非常长,不利于自动化操作。
目前市场上的密封胶或胶粘剂均是针对手工操作来设计的,开放时间较长,达到30分钟以上,固化时间需要2-4h。另外,有的密封胶或胶粘剂固化后的弹性差,长时间振动后容易脱落,有的密封胶或胶粘剂固化较快,但粘接强度不高,因此需要对现有的胶粘剂进行改进提升。
发明内容
本发明为了解决传统空气过滤器用密封胶或胶粘剂粘弹性差、固化速度慢、粘接强度不高的问题,提供一种双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法和应用。
本发明提供一种双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂,所述双组份以组分A和组分B指代;
A组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
聚醚多元醇 35~55份,
植物油多元醇 10~25份,
端羟基液体聚丁二烯 5~10份,
无机填料 20~40份,
阻燃剂 5~10 份,
消泡剂 0.01~0.05份,
催化剂 0.01~0.08份;
有机硅促进剂 0.1~0.5份
除水剂 0.1~0.5份
所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇,其分子量为1000~3000(均为重均分子量,下同),官能度为2或3,羟值为50-500mgKOH/g,均为市售商购产品;
所述植物油多元醇为蓖麻油多元醇或大豆油多元醇,其官能度2~3,羟值为30-300mgKOH/g,为市售商购产品;
端羟基液体聚丁二烯为商购。
所述无机填料由重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、纳米碳酸钙中任意一种或两种组合而成;
所用的阻燃剂为无卤含磷类阻燃剂,磷的含量为5-35%,分解温度大于180℃,为市售商购产品;
所用的消泡剂是硅氧烷类消泡剂,其中优选BYK公司的BYK-141、BYK-067和Tego公司的805、825。
所用的催化剂包括:脂肪族胺类催化剂或脂环族胺类催化剂与有机金属催化剂以1:1~3(重量比)配合使用;
所用的有机硅促进剂包括:KH-550、KH-560、KH572中任一种;
所述除水剂为对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯(Ti)、原甲酸三乙酯中任一种。
B组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
二异氰酸酯 40~65份,
聚合物二元醇 25~50份,
增塑剂 10~20份
所述二异氰酸酯包括:4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)、2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物(MDI-50),碳化二亚胺改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(液化MDI)中的任意一种;
所述聚合物二元醇为聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二元醇中任意一种,其分子量为1000-3000,羟值为100-500mgKOH/g,为市售商购产品;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、烷基磺酸苯酯(T-50)、己二酸二异壬酯(DINA)中任一种。
所述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,为A组分和B组分别制作,其中A组分的制备方法为将上述聚醚多元醇、植物油多元醇多元醇加入反应釜中,升温到110-120℃,边搅拌边抽真空脱水2-3h,水分指标控制在200ppm以下;降温至40-50℃,加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,再加入无机粉料,以600-1500r/min的速度高速分散搅拌1-2h,然后加入阻燃剂、消泡剂、催化剂和促进剂、除水剂,继续搅拌均匀,检测粘度合格出料。即制得该双组分的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的A组分;
所述B组分的制备方法为:向聚合釜中快速加入40~65份多异氰酸酯、25~50份聚合物二元醇、10~20份增塑剂,缓慢升温至80℃,并在通干燥氮气状态下搅拌反应2-3小时,测定-NCO值,合格后降温到室温下出料,得到B组份;
所述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用方法,用于各种金属、塑料、无纺布及复合材料之间的粘结,常温30min可固化,其剪切强度可达6-10MPa,弹性恢复率可达70-80%。
所述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用,用于空气过滤器行业。
前述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用方法,将制备的A组分和B组分按质量比1~3∶1混合使用。
本发明所述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂通过对不同分子量聚醚多元醇的选择,保证了较快的固化速度和较高的粘接强度;加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,明显改善固化后胶体的弹性恢复率,抗振动性能更好,粘接强度也进一步提升。
本发明通过选择脂肪族胺类或脂环族胺类催化剂与有机金属催化剂搭配使用,调节A、B组分混合后的凝胶速度,保证合适的开放时间(5-10分钟),同时加快了胶体的凝胶速度(30-50分钟),可以很方便的在流水线上利用自动注胶机进行操作,相比人工或半自动注胶的效率提高2-5倍。
本发明工艺简单,易于操作,原材料均为市售商品,成本较低;以聚醚多元醇和植物油多元醇作为主料,配合固化剂B组分,其对空气过滤器玻璃纤维滤芯和不锈钢边框粘接性能优异;加入端羟基聚丁二烯,抗振动性能好,固化速度快,非常适合自动化生产线的操作,很好的满足了空气过滤器行业的使用要求。

实施例1
一种双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,所述双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法包括下述步骤:
制备A组分:
制备A组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
聚醚多元醇(分子量1000,官能度2) 36份,
蓖麻油多元醇 22份,
端羟基液体聚丁二烯 6份,
重质碳酸钙 40份,
阻燃剂TCEP 6 份,
TEGO 805 0.05份,
三乙烯二胺 0.02份,
二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.03份,
KH-550 0.5份,
除水剂Ti 0.2份;
将上述聚醚多元醇、植物油多元醇多元醇加入反应釜中,升温到110-120℃,边搅拌边抽真空脱水2-3h,水分指标控制在200ppm以下;降温至40-50℃,加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,再加入无机粉料,以600-1500r/min的速度高速分散搅拌1-2h,然后加入阻燃剂、消泡剂、催化剂和促进剂、除水剂,继续搅拌均匀,检测粘度合格出料。即制得该双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的A组分;

辛酸亚锡 0.03份,
KH-560 0.5份,
除水剂Ti 0.1份;

端羟基液体聚丁二烯 9份,
纳米碳酸钙 25份,
阻燃剂DMPP 6份,
BYK-067 0.03份,
双(二甲氨基乙基)醚 0.01份,
异辛酸锌 0.03份,
KH-560 0.5份,
原甲酸三乙酯 0.4份;
将上述聚醚多元醇、植物油多元醇多元醇加入反应釜中,升温到110-120℃,边搅拌边抽真空脱水2-3h,水分指标控制在200ppm以下;降温至40-50℃,加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,再加入无机粉料,以600-1500r/min的速度高速分散搅拌1-2h,然后加入阻燃剂、消泡剂、催化剂和促进剂、除水剂,继续搅拌均匀,检测粘度合格出料。即制得该双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的A组分;
制备B组分:
制备B组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
液化MDI 60份,
聚己内酯二元醇(分子量2000) 30份,
增塑剂DINP 10份;
向聚合釜中快速加入60份二异氰酸酯、30份聚合物二元醇、10份增塑剂,缓慢升温至80℃,并在通干燥氮气状态下搅拌反应2-3小时,测定-NCO值,合格后降温到室温下出料,得到B组份;
所述双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用方法,将制备的A组分和B组分按质量比1.2∶1混合使用,用于空气过滤器行业中的各种金属、塑料、无纺布及复合材料之间的粘结,常温30min可固化,其剪切强度可达8MPa,弹性恢复率可达72%。

Claims (5)

1.一种双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂,所述双组份以组分A和组分B指代;其特征在于:
A组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
聚醚多元醇 35~55份,
植物油多元醇 10~25份,
端羟基液体聚丁二烯 5~10份,
无机填料 20~40份,
阻燃剂 5~10 份,
消泡剂 0.01~0.05份,
催化剂 0.01~0.08份,
有机硅促进剂 0.1~0.5份,
除水剂 0.1~0.5份;
所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇,其重均分子量为1000~3000,官能度为2或3,羟值为50-500mgKOH/g,均为市售商购产品;
所述植物油多元醇为蓖麻油多元醇或大豆油多元醇,其官能度2~3,羟值为30-300mgKOH/g,为市售商购产品;
端羟基液体聚丁二烯为商购;
所述无机填料由重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、纳米碳酸钙中任意一种或两种组合而成;
所用的阻燃剂为无卤含磷类阻燃剂,磷的含量为5-35%,分解温度大于180℃,为市售商购产品;
所用的消泡剂是硅氧烷类消泡剂,为市售商购产品;
所用的催化剂包括:脂肪族胺类催化剂或脂环族胺类催化剂与有机金属催化剂以重量比1:1~3配合使用;
所用的有机硅促进剂包括:KH-550、KH-560、KH572中任一种;
所述除水剂为对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、原甲酸三乙酯中任一种;
B组分的原料,按质量份计,如下所述:
二异氰酸酯 40~65份,
聚合物二元醇 25~50份,
增塑剂 10~20份,
所述二异氰酸酯包括:4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI-100、2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物MDI-50,碳化二亚胺改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的任意一种;
所述聚合物二元醇为聚己内酯二元醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二元醇中任意一种,其重均分子量为1000-3000,羟值为100-500mgKOH/g,为市售商购产品;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、烷基磺酸苯酯(T-50)、己二酸二异壬酯(DINA)中任一种。
2.权利要求1所述的双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,为A组分和B组分别制作;
其中A组分的制备方法为将上述聚醚多元醇、植物油多元醇加入反应釜中,升温到110-120℃,边搅拌边抽真空脱水2-3h,水分指标控制在200ppm以下;降温至40-50℃,加入端羟基液体聚丁二烯,再加入无机填料,以600-1500r/min的速度高速分散搅拌1-2h,然后加入阻燃剂、消泡剂、催化剂和有机硅促进剂、除水剂,继续搅拌均匀,检测粘度合格出料;即制得该双组分的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的A组分;
所述B组分的制备方法为:向聚合釜中快速加入40~65份二异氰酸酯、25~50份聚合物二元醇、10~20份增塑剂,缓慢升温至80℃,并在通干燥氮气状态下搅拌反应2-3小时,测定-NCO值,合格后降温到室温下出料,得到B组份。
3.权利要求1所述的双组份的快固聚氨酯胶粘剂的应用,其特征在于,用于各种金属、塑料、无纺布及复合材料之间的粘结,常温30min内固化,其剪切强度达6-10MPa,弹性恢复率达70-80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,用于空气过滤器行业。
5.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,将制备的A组分和B组分按质量比1~3∶1混合使用。
