技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨房空调***。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。
现有的厨房空调基本形式和普通空调没有大的区别,一般有两种形式,一种是内外机分体式,即外机位于室外,内机位于室内,内、外机各具有一个电机风扇,内外机分体式的厨房空调连接方式需要通过管路连接,需在墙上开孔,破坏装修,外面需挂一个外机,结构不够紧凑,整体不够美观。另一种是内外机为一体式结构,其可以使用一个双轴电机,也可以使用两个电机,内外机一体机通常包括移动空调和窗机,移动空调使用的时候,需要人工连接散热软管,并将软管放到窗外,使用不方便;窗机则需要在墙上开一个方形的、面积较大的孔,将机器放进去,不用的时候可以搬出来,在墙体上留下一个方孔,虽然可以用其它东西堵上,但既麻烦又破坏装修。
由于厨房空间有限,厨房空调的体积不能过大,因此,厨房空调的散热存在较大问题,厨房空调使用过程中若不能及时散热,则会大大降低空调的能效。然而,现有的厨房空调与吸油烟机相互独立工作,两者无法联动,厨房空调产生的热量无法通过吸油烟机的风机向室外排出,因此,如何通过吸油烟机排出厨房空调产生的热量成为人们亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种空气调节组件工作时产生的热量能够通过吸油烟组件的风机叶轮散发的厨房空调***。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空调***,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,所述压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,所述吸油烟组件包括风机,所述风机具有叶轮,其特征在于:在所述叶轮上安装有换热器,所述冷凝器与所述换热器之间通过载冷通道相连通,所述载冷通道内流经有载冷剂,所述载冷通道的两头分别与所述冷凝器和换热器相换热。
为了增大换热器与叶轮之间的换热面积,所述换热器安装在所述叶轮的底盘上,换热器外壁与叶轮底盘之间形成凹凸配合结构,且所述凹凸配合结构的凹部与凸部之间形成有间隙。并且,间隙越小则热阻越小,换热器的热量更易传导到叶轮上。
为了提高换热效果,优选地,所述风机具有同轴设置的两个叶轮,所述换热器安装在该两个叶轮之间。
为了进一步提高换热效果,所述风机有两个,所述载冷通道与换热器相换热的一头分成两路并分别与对应叶轮上的换热器相换热。
换热器可以有多种结构,优选地,所述的换热器包括有外壳,所述外壳上开有用来连通所述载冷通道的进液口和出液口,在所述外壳内设有冷却液和浸在所述冷却液中的换热管,所述换热管通过所述进液口和出液口与所述载冷通道相连通。
作为一种优选方案,所述换热管包括多根依次串联的U型管,所述U型管的进口与所述进液口相连通,所述U型管的出口与所述出液口相连通。
为了提高换热器的换热效果,所述U型管分为两组,且两组的U型管之间通过分隔筋相隔离,两组U型管的进口均与所述进液口相连通,两组U型管的出口均与所述出液口相连通。
作为另一种优选方案,所述的换热管为盘管,所述盘管的进口与所述进液口相连通,盘管的出口与所述出液口相连通。
为了提高换热效果,所述盘管至少有两组并相互并联,每组盘管的进口均与所述进液口相连通,每组盘管的出口均与所述出液口相连通。
作为上述任一方案的优选,所述载冷剂为水,在所述载冷通道上安装有用来驱动水在载冷通道内循环流动的水泵。当然,载冷剂除了采用水以外,还可以采用乙二醇或者丙三醇等其他载冷剂。
空气调节组件可以有多种结构,优选地,所述的空气调节组件包括机壳,所述机壳内部分隔有第一腔室和第二腔室,在所述第一腔室内安装有所述压缩机和冷凝器,在所述第二腔室内安装有所述蒸发器和配合蒸发器使用的风机,所述第二腔室上开有与蒸发器相对应的出风口,在所述冷凝器上流经有所述载冷通道。
为了通过空调的出风口给厨房室内提供新风,在第二腔室上开有新风入口,所述第二腔室内安装有新风净化组件。
新风入口与出风口可以有多种布置方式,优选地,所述新风入口和所述出风口分别设于所述机壳的两相对侧,所述新风净化组件靠近所述新风入口,所述蒸发器靠近所述出风口。
为了将新风顺利导向蒸发器,优选地,在所述第二腔室内安装有能将经新风净化组件净化后的新风导向蒸发器的导流组件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该厨房空调***包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,空气调节组件的冷凝器与安装在吸油烟组件的风机叶轮的换热器之间通过载冷通道相连,且载冷通道的两头分别与所述冷凝器和换热器相换热,***工作时,冷凝器产生的热量能通过载冷通道将热量换热至换热器上,进而通过风机叶轮散发,有利于提高空调的能效。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图6所示,本实施例中的厨房空调***包括空气调节组件1和吸油烟组件2。空气调节组件1包括压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13,压缩机11、蒸发器12和冷凝器13之间通过冷媒管路14相连通,空气调节组件1的具体结构可以参考现有的空调结构,在此不展开描述。
吸油烟组件2包括风机21,风机具有叶轮211,在叶轮211上安装有换热器22,换热器22通过载冷通道3与冷凝器13相连通。
本实施例中,风机21具有同轴设置的两个叶轮211,换热器22安装在两个叶轮211之间。具体地,换热器22安装在叶轮211的底盘212上,换热器22外壁与叶轮底盘212之间形成凹凸配合结构,且凹凸配合结构的凹部与凸部之间形成有间隙23。采用凹凸配合结构可以增大换热器22与叶轮211之间的换热面积,间隙23越小则热阻越小,换热器的热量更易传导到叶轮211上。
换热器22包括有外壳221,外壳221上开有用来连通载冷通道3的进液口222和出液口223,在外壳221内设有冷却液和浸在冷却液中的换热管,换热管通过进液口222和出液口223与载冷通道3相连通,载冷通道3的两头分别与冷凝器13和换热器22相换热。本实施例中,载冷剂为水,在载冷通道3上安装有用来驱动水在载冷通道内循环流动的水泵(图中未示),此外,载冷剂还可以采用乙二醇和丙三醇等物质。
本实施例的换热管包括多根依次串联的U型管224,U型管224的进口与进液口222相连通,U型管224的出口与出液口223相连通。并且,U型管224分为两组,且两组的U型管224之间通过分隔筋225相隔离,两组U型管224的进口均与进液口222相连通,两组U型管224的出口均与出液口223相连通。
此外,本实施例的吸油烟组件2具有两个风机21,两个风机21左右向设置,载冷通道3与换热器22相换热的一头分成两路,并分别与对应叶轮上的换热器22相换热,由此可以加大风量,且两个风机21上的换热器22都具有较好的换热效果。
实施例二:
如图7和图8所示,本实施例的换热管为盘管226,盘管226的进口与进液口222相连通,盘管226的出口与出液口223相连通,盘管226与冷却液接触面积较大,换热效果好。此外,为进一步提高换热效果,本实施例的盘管226至少有两组并相互并联,每组盘管226的进口均与进液口222相连通,每组盘管226的出口均与出液口223相连通。本实施例的其余结构与实施例一相同,在此不再展开描述。
