本发明涉及一种厨房空气调节***。
背景技术
厨房是人们进行烹饪的主要场所,厨房空气环境的好坏直接影响着烹饪者的心情,特别是在炎热的夏天,厨房闷热的环境给烹饪者带来很大的不适感,为此,人们发明了各种厨房空调,以对厨房空气进行降温。
现有的厨房空调基本形式和普通空调没有大的区别,一般有两种形式,一种是内外机分体式,即外机位于室外,内机位于室内,内、外机各具有一个电机风扇,内外机分体式的厨房空调连接方式需要通过管路连接,需在墙上开孔,破坏装修,外面需挂一个外机,结构不够紧凑,整体不够美观。另一种是内外机为一体式结构,其可以使用一个双轴电机,也可以使用两个电机,内外机一体机通常包括移动空调和窗机,移动空调使用的时候,需要人工连接散热软管,并将软管放到窗外,使用不方便;窗机则需要在墙上开一个方形的、面积较大的孔,将机器放进去,不用的时候可以搬出来,在墙体上留下一个方孔,虽然可以用其它东西堵上,但既麻烦又破坏装修。
另外,厨房空间通常较为有限,使得厨房空调的体积不能过大,由此会导致厨房空调的散热存在较大问题,厨房空调使用过程中若不能及时有效散热,则会大大降低空调的能效。然而,现有的厨房空调与吸油烟机相互独立工作,两者无法联动,厨房空调产生的热量无法通过吸油烟机的风机向室外排出,因此,如何通过吸油烟机排出厨房空调产生的热量成为人们亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,提供一种能够利用吸油烟机对空调的换热器进行散热的厨房空气调节***。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该厨房空气调节***,包括空气调节组件和吸油烟组件,所述空气调节组件包括压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器,所述压缩机、第一换热器和第二换热器之间通过冷媒管路相连通,其特征在于:所述空气调节组件包括有外壳,在所述外壳上设有进风口、第一出风口和第二出风口,所述第一出风口与厨房室内相连通,所述第二出风口通过出风通道与吸油烟组件的进风区域相流体连通,所述第一换热器设于所述外壳内部并位于进风口与第一出风口之间的风道内,所述第二换热器设于所述出风通道内。
优选地,所述吸油烟组件包括风机外罩和设于风机外罩下方的集烟罩,在风机外罩和集烟罩的外壁环绕有与出风通道相连通的油烟引射通道,所述第二出风口依次通过出风通道、油烟引射通道与集烟罩进风口下方的集烟区域相流体连通。这样,从第二出风口吹出的风可以形成引射气流,带动油烟进入吸油烟机内部,并进而从排烟通道排出。
优选地,所述第二换热器集成在所述吸油烟组件上。
为了将空调工作时产生的冷凝水排出,在所述外壳内部安装有用来承接形成于第一换热器上的冷凝水的储水盒,在外壳内部还安装有用来将储水盒内的冷凝水排出至外壳外部的排水泵。
为了给室内提供新风,所述进风口为与室外相连通的新风进口。
为了对新风进行净化,在所述外壳内安装有新风净化单元,所述新风净化单元位于所述第一换热器的前端。
优选地,所述外壳安装在厨房吊顶上方,在厨房吊顶上开有与所述第一出风口相连通的通风口,所述第一出风口通过出风管与所述通风口相连通。
为了使第一出风口和第二出风口能够顺利出风,所述外壳内安装有往第一出风口、第二出风口送风的送风风机。

具体地,空气调节组件1包括压缩机11、第一换热器12、第二换热器13,压缩机11、第一换热器12和第二换热器13之间通过冷媒管路(图中未示)相连通,在冷媒管路上安装有四通阀(图中未示)。空气调节组件1的工作原理与现有空调相同,在此不再展开描述。
空气调节组件1具有外壳10,在外壳10上开有进风口14、第一出风口15和第二出风口16,进风口14为与室外相连通的新风进口,外壳10内安装有往第一出风口15、第二出风口16送风的送风风机17,第一换热器12安装在外壳10内部并位于进风口14与第一出风口15之间的风道内。外壳10安装在厨房吊顶7上方,在厨房吊顶7上开有与第一出风口15相连通的通风口71,第一出风口15通过出风管8与通风口71相连通。为了净化新风,在外壳10内安装有新风净化单元6,且新风净化单元6位于第一换热器12的前端,使室外新风经过新风净化单元6净化后再进入第一换热器12,并进而从第一出风口15流出,使进入厨房室内的空气更为清洁。
吸油烟组件2包括有排烟通道21、风机外罩22和设于风机外罩下方的集烟罩23,在风机外罩22和集烟罩23的外壁环绕有油烟引射通道32。空气调节组件1的第二出风口16依次通过出风通道31、油烟引射通道32与集烟罩23进风口下方的集烟区域24相流体连通,即第二出风口16与吸油烟组件2的进风区域相流体连通,第二换热器13设于出风通道31内并集成在吸油烟组件2上。另外,本实施例的压缩机11也集成在吸油烟组件2上。
通过切换四通阀,可以在制冷模式和制热模式下切换,制冷模式下,第一换热器12为蒸发器,第二换热器13为冷凝器,第一出风口15吹出冷风,给厨房降温;制热模式下,第一换热器12为冷凝器,第二换热器13为蒸发器,第一出风口15吹出暖风。通常,为了给厨房降温,采用制冷模式。在外壳10内部安装有储水盒4和排水泵5,第一换热器12作为蒸发器使用时,储水盒4用来承接形成于第一换热器12上的冷凝水,排水泵5用来将储水盒4内的冷凝水排出至外壳10外部。
***工作时,室外新风通过进风口14进入空气调节组件1的外壳10内,一部分新风流经第一换热器12后从第一出风口15出风,最终从厨房吊顶7上的通风口71吹向厨房内部,另一部分新风从第二出风口16出风,并依次流经出风通道31内的第二换热器13和油烟引射通道32进入吸油烟机内部,最终从排烟通道21排出。由于第二出风口16吹出的风可以起到引射油烟的作用,若在引射动力足够的情况下,吸油烟组件2还可以省去风机,结构更为简洁。
