A method of rapid carding processing of textile yarns, as in claim 1, characterized in that: the impurity removing device (5) comprises an adjusting motor (51), a cam column (52), an impurity removing claw (53), an auxiliary plate (54), an auxiliary spring (55), a limiting shaft lever (56) and an auxiliary shaft lever (57); the adjusting motor (51) is arranged on the U-shaped frame (1) through a motor base, an output shaft of the adjusting motor (51) is connected with a shaft head at one end of the cam column (52) through a coupler, and a shaft head at the other end of the cam column (52) is arranged on the U-shaped frame (1) through a bearing; the cam column (52) is matched with the outer wall of the impurity removing claw (53), the auxiliary shaft lever (57) is arranged on the U-shaped frame (1) through a bearing, and the impurity removing claws (53) are uniformly arranged on the auxiliary shaft lever (57); the impurity removing claws (53) are connected through a limiting shaft rod (56); the outer wall of the lower end of the impurity removing clamping jaw is connected with an auxiliary spring (55); the auxiliary spring (55) is arranged on an auxiliary plate (54), and the auxiliary plate (54) is arranged on the U-shaped frame (1).

A method of rapid carding processing of textile yarns, as in claim 1, characterized in that: the limiting device (4) comprises an electric adjusting slide block (41), a limiting cover (42), an actuating spring (43) and a limiting clamping plate (44); the electric adjusting slide block (41) is arranged on the inner wall of the U-shaped frame (1) in a sliding fit mode; a limiting cover (42) is connected between the electric adjusting sliding blocks (41); an actuating spring (43) is arranged on the inner wall of the limiting cover (42), the lower end of the actuating spring (43) is connected to a limiting clamping plate (44), and the limiting clamping plate (44) is arranged inside the limiting cover (42) in a sliding fit manner; the lower end of the limiting clamping plate (44) is uniformly provided with arc-shaped grooves, rubber balls are arranged on the inner wall of each arc-shaped groove in a movable connection mode, and the arc-shaped grooves formed in the lower end of the limiting clamping plate (44) correspond to the longitudinally arranged comb teeth (38).
