背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平在不断提高,饮食***衡,酸碱不平衡的状态,这些问题不容忽视。

目前,市场上代餐粉的种类繁多,很多情况下是针对减肥人群,不能对人体的各种亚健康状态进行双向调节作用,其主要原因是在于原料的选择及配比达不到调节人体内阴阳及酸碱平衡所需的元素和标准。因此需要研发适合身体处于亚健康状态的中老年人食用的具有双向调节红细胞、白细胞、血小板,调节血糖、血脂、血压、高尿酸、心肝脾肺肾功能等代餐粉是很有必要的。

1)原料预处理:
将荞麦、红米、玉米、薏米、黑米、糯米、豌豆、红豆、黄豆、白扁豆、黑豆、西瓜子、黄瓜籽、南瓜子、葵花籽、核桃仁、酸枣仁、松子仁、榛子仁、枸杞子、紫菜、黑芝麻、百合、黑木耳、燕麦、茯苓、葛根、白莲子、金银花、砂仁、菠菜籽烘焙后,分别粉碎,分别得到各种组份的粉末;
将青梗菜、小金瓜、白菜、紫菜、平菇、麦苗、圣女果、苹果、无花果、黄桃、雪梨、桑椹、桑叶分别晒干后(较大的需要切开晒干),进行进一步烘焙,然后分别粉碎,分别得到各种组份的粉末;
2)粉末过筛:将步骤1)中得到的各组分粉末,分别进行过筛,去除大颗粒物质,得到各组分过筛后的物料;
3)配料、混合:按照上述配方,将步骤2)各组分过筛后的物料进行混合,并用搅拌机混匀后,得到代餐份,将其包装并灭菌后,得到成品。
所述步骤1)中,烘焙温度为40~50℃,烘焙至各组分水分含量低于5%。
所述步骤2)中,筛子的目数为50~200目。
