Controlling the temperature of the mixed solution after heat preservation to be 45 ℃, adding the first plant extract, the oat beta-glucan, the second plant extract and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a transparent liquid, namely the anti-allergy and soothing composition in the embodiment 1.
Example 2 an anti-allergy soothing composition was prepared by: mixing a humectant, a thickener and a solvent at 75 ℃, and homogenizing for 2min at a stirring speed of 1200r/min in the mixing process to obtain a mixed solution; the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled to be 85 ℃, the mixed solution is homogenized for 3min at the stirring speed of 1200r/min, and then the temperature is kept for 25 min. Controlling the temperature of the mixed solution after heat preservation to be 45 ℃, adding the first plant extract, the oat beta-glucan, the second plant extract and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a transparent liquid, namely the anti-allergy and soothing composition in the embodiment 2.
Example 3 an anti-allergy soothing composition is prepared by: mixing a humectant, a thickener and a solvent at 75 ℃, and homogenizing for 3min at a stirring speed of 1200r/min in the mixing process to obtain a mixed solution; the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled to be 85 ℃, the mixed solution is homogenized for 3min at the stirring speed of 1200r/min, and then the temperature is kept for 20 min. Controlling the temperature of the mixed solution after heat preservation to be 45 ℃, adding the first plant extract, the oat beta-glucan, the second plant extract and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a transparent liquid, namely the anti-allergy and soothing composition in the embodiment 3.
Example 4 an anti-allergy soothing composition is prepared by: mixing a humectant, a thickener and a solvent at 72 ℃, and homogenizing for 1min at a stirring speed of 1400r/min in the mixing process to obtain a mixed solution; the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled at 82 ℃, the mixed solution is homogenized for 3min at the stirring speed of 1400r/min, and then the temperature is kept for 30 min. Controlling the temperature of the mixed solution after heat preservation to be 45 ℃, adding the first plant extract, the oat beta-glucan, the second plant extract and the preservative, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a transparent liquid, namely the anti-allergy soothing composition in the embodiment 4.
Example 5 the anti-allergy soothing composition is prepared by: mixing a humectant, a thickener and a solvent at 70 ℃, and homogenizing for 2min at a stirring speed of 1200r/min in the mixing process to obtain a mixed solution; the temperature of the mixed solution is controlled at 82 ℃, the mixed solution is homogenized for 3min at the stirring speed of 1400r/min, and then the temperature is kept for 25 min. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 4 were prepared in the same manner as in example 2.
3. Performance testing of anti-allergy relief compositions.
(1) And testing heat resistance and cold resistance.
The compositions obtained in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were diluted 10-fold with water, respectively. The pH values of the compositions after dilution were:
example 1 to example 6: 5.70, 5.75, 5.72, 5.76, 5.72, 5.68;
comparative examples 1 to 5: 5.45,5.44,5.56,5.37,5.66.
From the pH data, it is clear that the pH values of the diluted compositions in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 are weakly acidic, correspond to the pH environment of human skin, and are mild and non-irritating. It is illustrated that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 all have suitable pH values.
And (3) heat resistance test: the diluted composition was stored at 45. + -. 2 ℃ for 90 days, and then returned to room temperature, and the appearance and odor of the composition were observed. The results showed that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 were free from any abnormal appearance and odor after being stored at 45. + -. 2 ℃ for 90 days. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor. It is shown that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 all have good heat resistance.
Cold resistance test: the diluted composition was stored at-17. + -. 2 ℃ for 90 days, and then returned to room temperature, and the appearance and odor of the composition were observed. The results showed that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 were free from any abnormal appearance and odor after being stored at-17. + -. 2 ℃ for 90 days. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor. It is shown that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 all have good heat resistance.
And (3) cycle testing: placing the diluted composition at 45 + -2 deg.C for 24h, then at room temperature for 24h, then at-17 + -2 deg.C for 24h, circulating for 5 times, then recovering to room temperature, and observing appearance and odor of the composition. The results show that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 had no abnormal appearance and odor after the cycle test. The compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5 were not abnormal in appearance and odor. It is shown that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 all have good cold resistance.
(2) And (4) testing the anti-allergy and relieving effect.
The compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were diluted 10 times with water, respectively, and prepared into facial masks in the same process. 110 volunteers were randomly selected, 10 per group and divided into 11 groups. The facial masks prepared by using the compositions in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-5 are applied for 15min in the morning and evening respectively for 30 days by taking the group as a unit. The test results are shown in table 2, wherein the anti-allergy relieving effect score is in a score mode within a range of 1-10 points, 10 points are the best anti-allergy relieving effect, 1 point is the worst anti-allergy relieving effect, and the test results are the average value of each group.

(3) Skin improvement effect test
The compositions of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were prepared into masks by the same process. 110 volunteers were randomly selected, 10 per group and divided into 11 groups. The facial masks prepared by using the compositions in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-5 are respectively applied for 15min in the morning and evening for 30 days by taking the group as a unit.
The skin improvement effect of the user is tracked and tested, and the skin improvement effect comprises the moisture content lifting rate, the skin elasticity lifting rate, the fineness lifting rate, the wrinkle reduction rate and the like of the skin.
Wherein, the moisture content of the skin is measured by a skin moisture tester; the skin elasticity is measured by adopting a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of CK company, Germany, and using a Revisometer RV600 probe; the fineness and wrinkles are measured by a skin detector, specifically a Visia skin detector.
The test results are the average of each group. The test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the test results of tables 2 and 3, the facial masks of examples 1 to 6 have good anti-allergy soothing effects, repair damaged skin, and maintain skin health, compared to comparative examples 1 to 5. Meanwhile, the facial masks of examples 1 to 6 have good moisturizing effect, are helpful for resisting skin aging, reducing skin wrinkles, improving skin elasticity, improving skin texture and enabling the skin to be tender and smooth.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)

1. An anti-allergy relief composition characterized by: the material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
2 to 24 percent of humectant, 0.1 to 0.8 percent of thickener, 1 to 6 percent of first plant extract, 1 to 10 percent of oat beta-glucan, 1 to 8 percent of second plant extract, 0.3 to 0.9 percent of preservative and 50.3 to 94.6 percent of solvent;
the first plant extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass (1.8-2.4): (0.6-1.1): (1.6-2.4): (2.5-3.5) the peach resin extract, the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the tremella fruiting body extract and the cistanche extract;
the second plant extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass (1.6-2.1): (1-1.5): (0.5-1.2): (1.5-2.5): (2.8-3.4) an extract from the root of Astragalus membranaceus, an extract from the root of Saposhnikovia divaricata, an extract from calendula officinalis, an extract from Albizia julibrissin and an extract from the root of Gastrodia elata.
2. The anti-allergy soothing composition of claim 1, wherein: the humectant is one or more of butanediol, polyglycerol-10 and sodium hyaluronate.
3. The anti-allergy soothing composition of claim 1, wherein: the humectant accounts for 2 to 17 percent of the composition by mass, 100.1 to 5 percent of polyglycerol and 0.01 to 0.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate.
4. The anti-allergy soothing composition of claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is an acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the solvent is water; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the preservative is one or more of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 1, 2-hexanediol and 1, 3-propylene glycol.
5. The anti-allergy soothing composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the first plant extract is prepared from peach resin extract, dendrobium officinale stem extract, tremella fruiting body extract, cistanche extract, water, glycerol, trehalose and sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate.
6. The anti-allergy soothing composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the second plant extract is prepared from radix astragali extract, radix Saposhnikoviae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, flos Albizziae extract, rhizoma Gastrodiae extract, water and butanediol.
7. A process for preparing an anti-allergy soothing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
mixing the humectant, the thickener and the solvent to obtain a mixed solution, controlling the temperature of the mixed solution to 82-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 15-30 min;
controlling the temperature of the mixed solution after heat preservation to be 40-45 ℃, and adding the first plant extract, the oat beta-glucan, the second plant extract and the preservative.
8. Use of an anti-allergy soothing composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 6 in the preparation of a mask.
9. The use of claim 8, wherein: the anti-allergy relieving composition is diluted by 8 to 20 times.
10. Use according to any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein: the anti-allergy soothing composition is adsorbed on a mask base material, wherein the mask base material is any one of cotton cloth, silk and non-woven fabrics.
