Experimental testing
1. Appearance observation and physical and chemical test
Appearance observation and cold and heat resistance tests are carried out on the no-clean disinfection gel prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5, and the appearance state and corresponding performance test results of the no-clean disinfection gel prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5 are shown in the table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the wash-free disinfection gel prepared in the embodiments 1-5 has good cold resistance and heat resistance, and can still keep a stable gel state in an extreme environment, which indicates that the wash-free disinfection gel provided by the invention has good physical and chemical stability, and high use safety and use convenience.
2. Disinfection and sterilization test
The washing-free disinfecting gel of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 and the disinfecting alcohol of comparative example 6 were subjected to a sterilization experiment. In the experiment, staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), escherichia coli (8099), staphylococcus albus (8032) and pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442) are selected as experimental strains, and bacterial suspensions are prepared for sterilization experiments, wherein the specific experiment operation refers to QB/T2738-. The results of the sterilization test after 30 seconds and 3 minutes are shown in tables 2 and 3, respectively.

As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the no-wash disinfection gel of the embodiment 1-5 has excellent disinfection and sterilization effects, has good killing effect on pathogenic bacteria commonly existing in the environment, has wide killing application range on bacteria, and has good disinfection and sterilization effect durability. The washing-free disinfection composition can enhance the retention of ethanol active substances and prolong the time of contacting with germs or bacteria when being used in a jelly state, thereby exerting the efficacy as much as possible, having good disinfection and sterilization effects and good durability.
3. Test of use effect
And randomly drawing 50 volunteers, taking 5 volunteers as a group, and respectively carrying out hand disinfection and sterilization on the disinfection products of the trial examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-6. In the disinfection and sterilization experiments of the no-clean disinfection gel in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5, 5g of sample is taken in the palm, and then the sample is kneaded in a hand washing state by two hands; the disinfecting alcohol of comparative example 6, the spray nozzle for disinfection and sterilization experiments was spray sterilized at the palms and backs of both hands according to the conventional alcohol disinfection method. After every 30 minutes of use and 5 hours of continuous use, the effects of use including the feeling of use and irritation were recorded and scored (10 points were used and averaged) and the results are shown in table 4.

Before use and after sterilization for 20 minutes, the moisture content of the hand skin was measured by a skin moisture meter, and the test results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, and by combining the disinfection and sterilization experimental results, the disinfection and sterilization gel of embodiments 1 to 5 has good and durable disinfection and sterilization effects, and simultaneously has good nourishing and caring effects on skin, and can effectively improve skin dryness and reduce and moisturize skin, so that dryness and irritation caused by ethanol can be effectively relieved, and irritation of the product can be reduced. Therefore, the washing-free disinfection gel of the invention can effectively care both hands while realizing disinfection and sterilization and protecting human health.
Various technical features of the above embodiments may be combined arbitrarily, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiments are not described in this specification. However, as long as there is no contradiction between combinations of these technical features, the scope of the present specification should be considered as being described.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (9)

1. The no-clean disinfection composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.6% of neutralizing agent, 60-75% of ethanol, 1.29-11.70% of humectant, 0.5-3.0% of first plant extract, 0.3-2.0% of second plant extract and the balance of water;
the first plant extract comprises a peach resin extract; the second plant extract comprises an astragalus membranaceus root extract, a saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, a calendula officinalis flower extract, an albizia julibrissin flower extract and a gastrodia elata root extract in a mass ratio of 1-3: 2-7: 1-4: 2-5: 1-5.
2. The no-clean disinfection composition as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components by mass percent:
0.1-0.3% of thickening agent, 0.1-0.3% of neutralizing agent, 70-75% of ethanol, 2.0-5.0% of humectant, 1.0-2.0% of first plant extract, 0.3-1.0% of second plant extract and the balance of water;
the first plant extract comprises a peach resin extract; the second plant extract comprises an astragalus membranaceus root extract, a saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, a calendula officinalis flower extract, an albizia julibrissin flower extract and a gastrodia elata root extract in a mass ratio of 2-3: 3-5: 2-3: 3: 2-4.
3. The no-clean disinfection composition as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components by mass percent:
0.2% of thickening agent, 0.2% of neutralizing agent, 75% of ethanol, 4.6% of humectant, 1.0% of first plant extract, 0.8% of second plant extract and the balance of water;
the first plant extract comprises a peach resin extract; the second plant extract comprises an astragalus membranaceus root extract, a saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, a calendula officinalis flower extract, an albizia julibrissin flower extract and a gastrodia elata root extract in a mass ratio of 2:4:3:3: 3.
4. A leave-on disinfecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the thickening agent comprises carbomer, xanthan or carrageenan.
5. A leave-on disinfecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the neutralizing agent comprises triethanolamine or sodium hydroxide.
6. A leave-on disinfecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the humectant comprises one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, trehalose and butylene glycol, by mass percentage of the composition.
7. A leave-on disinfecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the humectant comprises, in mass percent of the composition, 1.0 to 10.0% of propylene glycol, 0.15 to 1.00% of glycerin, 0.05 to 0.10% of trehalose, and 0.09 to 0.60% of butylene glycol.
8. A process for preparing a leave-on disinfecting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 comprising the steps of:
s1, taking part of water, and dissolving and dispersing the neutralizer uniformly for later use;
s2, taking the residual water, and uniformly dispersing the thickening agent for later use;
s3, starting stirring, slowly adding the uniformly dispersed component S2 into the uniformly dispersed component S1, stirring until the mixture is completely transparent and uniform, and defoaming;
s4, adding the ethanol in batches and slowly, and stirring until the mixture is completely transparent and uniform;
s5, sequentially adding the humectant, the first plant extract and the second plant extract, and fully stirring until the mixture is completely transparent and uniform to obtain the no-clean disinfection composition.
9. A no-clean disinfecting gel, which is characterized in that the effective component of the no-clean disinfecting gel comprises the no-clean disinfecting composition of any one of claims 1 to 7.
