Abstract

本发明公开一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料及其加工方法,本发明的技术特征包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,所述闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨酯膜,所述闭气底布层由上到下依次包括0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨酯膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布,加工时遵循先预制备闭气面布层和闭气底布,而后胶合面料上的通道,本发明的优点在于以通道中的空气替代羽绒,轻便不跑毛,成本更低且空气收放自如便于收纳,此外使用的TPU薄膜厚度更小,原材料用量少,更为节约资源,符合环保要求。

环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料加工,具体的说,包括一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料及其加工方法。
背景技术
羽绒服(downcoat)内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润,羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半 以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了,羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所 常用。
羽绒服(down coat)内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半 以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。用于羽绒服的面料是很重要的材料,但是现有的羽绒服面料存在以下 缺陷:不够结实耐用,不易打理,不具备抗皱免烫的特性;不具备驱虫作用,舒适感差; 不能完美呈现字母、logo、图案等,导致不够更时尚和潮流,制备使浪费人力资源;针 对这种缺陷,所以我们设计一种3D四层胶合通道羽绒服面料是很有必要的。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料及其加工方法。
技术方案:本发明所述一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,所述闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和0.02~0.1mm厚 的TPU聚氨脂膜,所述闭气底布层由上到下依次包括0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜、 pu环保胶层和底衬布。
作为优选的,所述0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜上均匀分布设有多道1~3mm宽的褶皱。
作为优选的,所述褶皱底部填充有0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU。
作为优选的,所述面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也 可以是20d、30d、40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤 纶、尼龙、毛呢及其他弹性面料。
作为优选的,所述底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d 单面针织面料。
制备所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)对TPU聚氨脂膜进行热塑折叠定型形成多道均匀分布的1~3mm宽的褶皱;
(2)在褶皱中填充0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU并冷却定型;
(3)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与TPU聚氨脂膜向 粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(4)按照该环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版 工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(5)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经 0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合;
(6)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下 来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合。
作为优选的,所述凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、尖角横条和八字等形状,所述凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下有益效果:(1)以空气代替羽绒作为保暖基材,保暖效果优于羽绒,且质地更轻,产品成本更低,同时也解决了羽绒跑绒这一问题;
(2)使用的TPU薄膜厚度更小,原材料用量少,更为节约资源,符合环保要求, 配合褶皱和填充TPU的结构,在TPU用量大大减少的同时也能够保证其具有相同的结 构强度。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和TPU聚氨脂膜,闭气底布层由上到下依次 包括TPU聚氨脂膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布。
0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜上均匀分布设有多道1~3mm宽的褶皱,褶皱底部填充有0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU。
面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也可以是20d、30d、 40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤纶、尼龙、毛呢及 其他弹性面料。
底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d单面针织面料。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下有益效果:(1)以空气混合羽绒作为保暖基材,保暖效果优于羽绒,且质地更轻,产品成本更低,同时也解决了羽绒跑绒这一问题;
(2)使用的TPU薄膜厚度更小,原材料用量少,更为节约资源,符合环保要求, 配合褶皱和填充TPU的结构,在TPU用量大大减少的同时也能够保证其具有相同的结 构强度。
此外,该环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料中采用的TPU聚氨脂膜本身相比于现有的聚氨脂TPU具有更加优秀的粘合和封闭性能。
制备所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)对TPU聚氨脂膜进行热塑折叠定型形成多道均匀分布的1~3mm宽的褶皱;
(2)在褶皱中填充0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU并冷却定型;
(3)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与TPU聚氨脂膜向 粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(4)按照该环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版 工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(5)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经 0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合;
(6)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下 来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、 尖角横条和八字等形状,凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
采用上述的加工工艺进行加工,实现了自动化生产,生产效率较高,且步骤简便,品控能力好,从而能够有效降低次品率。

1.一种环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,其特征在于:包括闭气面布层和闭气底布层,所述闭气面布层由上到下包括面基布、pu环保胶层和0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜,所述闭气底布层由上到下依次包括0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜、pu环保胶层和底衬布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,其特征在于:所述0.02~0.1mm厚的TPU聚氨脂膜上均匀分布设有多道1~3mm宽的褶皱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,其特征在于:所述褶皱底部填充有0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,其特征在于:所述面基布包括梭织、针织的20d、30d、50d和70d等的双面布,也可以是20d、30d、40d、50d、70d、75d、90d、100d、150d、200d和300d等的梭织涤纶、尼龙、毛呢及其他弹性面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料,其特征在于:所述底衬布包括30d、50d和75d梭织飘柔纱或20d、30d、50d和75d单面针织面料。
6.制备如权利要求1-5所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)对TPU聚氨脂膜进行热塑折叠定型形成多道均匀分布的1~3mm宽的褶皱;
(2)在褶皱中填充0.02~0.1mm深的填充TPU并冷却定型;
(3)通过pu环保胶层分别将面基布与TPU聚氨脂膜、底衬布与TPU聚氨脂膜向粘合压紧,预制得括闭气面布层和闭气底布层;
(4)按照该环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料上的图形要求,采用雕刻凸版工艺,预先制作好配合所需形体的凸版模具;
(5)采用3D胶合机将闭气面布层和闭气底布层分别引导到凸版模具的上下两侧,将3D胶合机电加热至100~200℃,温度足够后3D胶合机施加压力带动凸版模具,经0.1~10s,将闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面相压合;
(6)闭气面布层的膜面和闭气底布层的膜面均为TPU聚氨脂膜,加热加压后会热熔粘结,然后通过自然冷却或冷却辊辅助,将两层TPU聚氨脂膜的热容粘结部冷却下来,从而获得高强度的黏连融合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的环保型3D四层胶合空气保暖通道面料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述凸版模具上的雕刻图案可以是圆点、一字、横条、波浪、尖角横条和八字等形状,所述凸版模具还可以是铝材质平板以及铁或合金圆辊。
