技术领域
本发明涉及人造革术领域,尤其涉及一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法。
背景技术
在现在的日常生活中,人造革的使用非常普遍,尤其是TPU人造革具有良好的发展前景,被广泛应用于制作服装、家具、运动用品、军用产品、汽车内饰及装饰材料的领域。
但是现有的TPU人造革结构容易剥落脱离,结构稳定性差,而且耐碱性能较弱,容易受到腐蚀而无法长时间使用,同时现有的制造方式不能够保证人造革的多层复合稳定性,并且不利于控制生产流程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,包括TPU基层,所述TPU基层的内部固定镶嵌有无纺布层,所述TPU基层的上表面和下表面均设有第一切割槽,所述TPU基层的上表面和下表面均固定涂布有粘胶层,所述粘胶层的外表面固定粘连有辅助片,所述辅助片的下表面设有第二切割槽,所述第二切割槽固定粘连于粘胶层的外表面,所述辅助片的上表面固定涂布有耐碱层。
优选的,所述耐碱性TPU人造革的制造方法包括如下步骤:
P1、将TPU原料颗粒放置于熔融机中,均匀加热并且进行搅拌,形成熔融TPU;
P2、将无纺布置于压延机内,同时将熔融TPU涂布在无纺布表面,进行压延处理,将无纺布包裹在TPU内部,形成基材,厚度为0.3毫米至0.5毫米;
P3、将压延后的基材进行冷却,得到TPU基层;
P4、将辅助片原料充分混合形成混合原料,再排入混炼机进行混炼,接着排入炼胶机内进行塑炼,再送入压延机进行压延,形成辅助片;
P5、使用切割机对TPU基材的两侧表面进行切割,形成第一切割槽,对辅助片的一侧表面进行切割,形成第二切割槽。
P6、将胶水加入到涂胶机中进行加热,然后均匀涂布在TPU基层的两侧表面,然后抹平形成粘胶层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米;
P7、将辅助片通过贴合机贴合在粘胶层上,贴合压力为7000Pa至9000Pa,得到人造革坯料;
P8、在人造革坯料的两侧表面涂布耐碱涂料,形成耐碱层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米,然后静置15分钟至20分钟,得到半成品人造革;
P9、对半成品人造革进行修整,去除边沿残留物和线条,得到成品人造革。
优选的,所述P1步骤中的TPU原料颗粒包括聚合物多元醇30%-60%、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20%-30%、硅藻土10%-15%、硅烷催化剂1%-3%、芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂5%-8%和硅烷催化剂2%-5%。
优选的,所述TPU原料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称量各种原料,备用;
S2、将聚合物多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和硅藻土加入搅拌机均匀混合,得到混合原料;
S3、将混合原料加入熔融机中加入成熔融状态,然后加入硅烷催化剂和硅烷催化剂,均匀搅拌,持续30分钟至50分钟,得到熔融原料;
S4、将熔融原料中加入芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂,搅拌均匀后,置于螺旋挤出机,基础造粒,即可得到TPU原料颗粒。
优选的,所述P4步骤的辅助片原料包括光固化树脂氨基丙烯酸酯、活性稀释剂丙烯酸异辛酯,且质量比例为1:1.5-2。

优选的,所述P8步骤中耐碱涂料包括环氧丙烯酸酯30%-50%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20%-40%、光固化机单体10%-15%、光引发体5%-12%和辅助剂3%-6%。
优选的,所述碱性涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
Q1、按照质量百分比称量各原料,备用;
Q2、将环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、光固化机单体和辅助剂加入到搅拌机中均匀搅拌5分钟至八分钟,得到混合原料,
Q3、将混合原料投入于溶剂中,然后均匀搅拌融合,加热至60摄氏度至65摄氏度,再投入光引发体,均匀搅拌,即可得到耐碱涂料。
优选的,所述Q3步骤的溶剂为乙酸丁酯,且质量为其他原料质量的2倍至三倍。
本发明提供的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,通过将TPU包裹在无纺布基层上,保证结构强度,同时通过在两侧切割形成第一切割槽,然后粘接带有第二切割槽的辅助片,可以有效提高附着稳定性,减少剥落,同时在外表面涂布形成耐碱层,有效提高耐碱效果,并且采用分层加工后续贴合的工艺方式,有助于生产加工,利于使用和推广。

一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,包括TPU基层1,TPU基层1的内部固定镶嵌有无纺布层2,通过将TPU基层1包覆在无纺布层2上,可以保证内部结构强度,提高耐拉性能,保证稳定性,而且利于压延复合,方便加工生产,TPU基层1的上表面和下表面均设有第一切割槽3,通过切割处第一切割槽3,涂布粘胶层4时,可以流入到内部,增加接触面积,保证粘接复合的稳定性,避免剥落,提高使用稳定性,延长使用寿命,TPU基层1的上表面和下表面均固定涂布有粘胶层4,粘胶层4的外表面固定粘连有辅助片5,辅助片5的下表面设有第二切割槽6,第二切割槽6固定粘连于粘胶层4的外表面,辅助片5的上表面固定涂布有耐碱层7,通过粘贴辅助片5,利于复合定位,而且涂布形成耐碱层7,可以隔离内部结构,有效提高耐碱性,减少腐蚀,保证使用的安全稳定性。
作为优选的,所述耐碱性TPU人造革的制造方法包括如下步骤:
P1、将TPU原料颗粒放置于熔融机中,均匀加热并且进行搅拌,形成熔融TPU;
P2、将无纺布置于压延机内,同时将熔融TPU涂布在无纺布表面,进行压延处理,将无纺布包裹在TPU内部,形成基材,厚度为0.3毫米至0.5毫米;
P3、将压延后的基材进行冷却,得到TPU基层;
P4、将辅助片原料充分混合形成混合原料,再排入混炼机进行混炼,接着排入炼胶机内进行塑炼,再送入压延机进行压延,形成辅助片;
P5、使用切割机对TPU基材的两侧表面进行切割,形成第一切割槽,对辅助片的一侧表面进行切割,形成第二切割槽。
P6、将胶水加入到涂胶机中进行加热,然后均匀涂布在TPU基层的两侧表面,然后抹平形成粘胶层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米;
P7、将辅助片通过贴合机贴合在粘胶层上,贴合压力为7000Pa至9000Pa,得到人造革坯料;
P8、在人造革坯料的两侧表面涂布耐碱涂料,形成耐碱层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米,然后静置15分钟至20分钟,得到半成品人造革;
P9、对半成品人造革进行修整,去除边沿残留物和线条,得到成品人造革。
作为优选的,所述P1步骤中的TPU原料颗粒包括聚合物多元醇52%、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯25%、硅藻土10%、硅烷催化剂2%、芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂7%和硅烷催化剂3%。
作为优选的,所述TPU原料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称量各种原料,备用;
S2、将聚合物多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和硅藻土加入搅拌机均匀混合,得到混合原料;
S3、将混合原料加入熔融机中加入成熔融状态,然后加入硅烷催化剂和硅烷催化剂,均匀搅拌,持续30分钟至50分钟,得到熔融原料;
S4、将熔融原料中加入芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂,搅拌均匀后,置于螺旋挤出机,基础造粒,即可得到TPU原料颗粒。
作为优选的,所述P4步骤的辅助片原料包括光固化树脂氨基丙烯酸酯、活性稀释剂丙烯酸异辛酯,且质量比例为1:1.5-2。
作为优选的,所述P5步骤中第一切割槽和第二切割槽的宽度均为0.5毫米至0.8毫米,间隔为3厘米至5厘米
作为优选的,所述P8步骤中耐碱涂料包括环氧丙烯酸酯45%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯30%、光固化机单体12%、光引发体8%和辅助剂5%。
作为优选的,所述碱性涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
Q1、按照质量百分比称量各原料,备用;
Q2、将环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、光固化机单体和辅助剂加入到搅拌机中均匀搅拌5分钟至八分钟,得到混合原料,
Q3、将混合原料投入于溶剂中,然后均匀搅拌融合,加热至60摄氏度至65摄氏度,再投入光引发体,均匀搅拌,即可得到耐碱涂料。
作为优选的,所述Q3步骤的溶剂为乙酸丁酯,且质量为其他原料质量的2倍至三倍。
本发明提供的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,通过将TPU包裹在无纺布基层上,保证结构强度,同时通过在两侧切割形成第一切割槽,然后粘接带有第二切割槽的辅助片,可以有效提高附着稳定性,减少剥落,同时在外表面涂布形成耐碱层,有效提高耐碱效果,并且采用分层加工后续贴合的工艺方式,有助于生产加工,利于使用和推广。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,包括TPU基层(1),其特征在于:所述TPU基层(1)的内部固定镶嵌有无纺布层(2),所述TPU基层(1)的上表面和下表面均设有第一切割槽(3),所述TPU基层(1)的上表面和下表面均固定涂布有粘胶层(4),所述粘胶层(4)的外表面固定粘连有辅助片(5),所述辅助片(5)的下表面设有第二切割槽(6),所述第二切割槽(6)固定粘连于粘胶层(4)的外表面,所述辅助片(5)的上表面固定涂布有耐碱层(7)。
2.根据所述权利要求1的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述耐碱性TPU人造革的制造方法包括如下步骤:
P1、将TPU原料颗粒放置于熔融机中,均匀加热并且进行搅拌,形成熔融TPU;
P2、将无纺布置于压延机内,同时将熔融TPU涂布在无纺布表面,进行压延处理,将无纺布包裹在TPU内部,形成基材,厚度为0.3毫米至0.5毫米;
P3、将压延后的基材进行冷却,得到TPU基层;
P4、将辅助片原料充分混合形成混合原料,再排入混炼机进行混炼,接着排入炼胶机内进行塑炼,再送入压延机进行压延,形成辅助片;
P5、使用切割机对TPU基材的两侧表面进行切割,形成第一切割槽,对辅助片的一侧表面进行切割,形成第二切割槽;
P6、将胶水加入到涂胶机中进行加热,然后均匀涂布在TPU基层的两侧表面,然后抹平形成粘胶层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米;
P7、将辅助片通过贴合机贴合在粘胶层上,贴合压力为7000Pa至9000Pa,得到人造革坯料;
P8、在人造革坯料的两侧表面涂布耐碱涂料,形成耐碱层,保持厚度为0.1毫米至0.15毫米,然后静置15分钟至20分钟,得到半成品人造革;
P9、对半成品人造革进行修整,去除边沿残留物和线条,得到成品人造革。
3.根据所述权利要求2的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述P1步骤中的TPU原料颗粒包括聚合物多元醇30%-60%、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20%-30%、硅藻土10%-15%、硅烷催化剂1%-3%、芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂5%-8%和硅烷催化剂2%-5%。
4.根据所述权利要求3的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述TPU原料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1、按照质量百分比称量各种原料,备用;
S2、将聚合物多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和硅藻土加入搅拌机均匀混合,得到混合原料;
S3、将混合原料加入熔融机中加入成熔融状态,然后加入硅烷催化剂和硅烷催化剂,均匀搅拌,持续30分钟至50分钟,得到熔融原料;
S4、将熔融原料中加入芳烷改性聚硅氧烷耐磨剂,搅拌均匀后,置于螺旋挤出机,基础造粒,即可得到TPU原料颗粒。
5.根据所述权利要求2的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述P4步骤的辅助片原料包括光固化树脂氨基丙烯酸酯、活性稀释剂丙烯酸异辛酯,且质量比例为1:1.5-2。
6.根据所述权利要求2的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述P5步骤中第一切割槽和第二切割槽的宽度均为0.5毫米至0.8毫米,间隔为3厘米至5厘米。
7.根据所述权利要求2的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述P8步骤中耐碱涂料包括环氧丙烯酸酯30%-50%、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20%-40%、光固化机单体10%-15%、光引发体5%-12%和辅助剂3%-6%。
8.根据所述权利要求7的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述碱性涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
Q1、按照质量百分比称量各原料,备用;
Q2、将环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、光固化机单体和辅助剂加入到搅拌机中均匀搅拌5分钟至八分钟,得到混合原料,
Q3、将混合原料投入于溶剂中,然后均匀搅拌融合,加热至60摄氏度至65摄氏度,再投入光引发体,均匀搅拌,即可得到耐碱涂料。
9.根据所述权利要求8的一种耐碱性TPU人造革及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述Q3步骤的溶剂为乙酸丁酯,且质量为其他原料质量的2倍至三倍。
