Abstract

Description

热轧设备
本发明涉及一种利用至少两台连铸机生产扁平产品的热轧设备,这两台连铸机各与一台剪切机、一个车底式隧道炉相连;这两台连铸机还与一个公用粗轧机列、一个精轧机列、一个冷却段、至少一个卷取装置相连。
类似这样的热轧设备已为人们所知。热轧设备在粗轧机列和精轧机列之间设有卷取装置如卷箱或有时是卷炉。在卷炉内,将与理想卷重相应的粗轧带钢卷成带卷并有时将带卷保持在轧制温度上或加热到轧制温度,以便随后在卷炉中将带卷打开并供给精轧机列。如果在精轧机列中将带钢轧薄,则实践表明,只能很费力地将后续待轧带钢穿入精轧机列的终轧机架,这是因为薄带钢难于控制且易产生纵向弯曲。在后续冷却段内,薄带钢在高速情况下很容易从冷床上翘起而导致带钢开裂、卡住或有时导致整个流程中断。
为此早有人建议:在卷取装置或卷箱或卷炉后切去粗轧带钢两端并将前行粗轧带钢末端与同样经过切头处理的后行粗轧带钢前端结合在一起,从而就可以在精轧机列中进行无端轧制并由此取消了总是连续穿带的工序。
这种装置的缺点是,为了达到完美无缺地连接,粗轧带钢的首尾都必须被切掉,由此有规律地堆积了大量切头废料。另外,在精轧机列和粗轧机列之间设有高成本的且至少带一个卷取机和两个开卷机的卷取装置,这明显增加了总设备成本。
本发明的目的是改造同类热轧设备的结构以便能够在没有切头废料堆积的情况下低成本地无端轧制粗轧带钢。
为达到上述目的而特此建议,在隧道式炉和粗轧机列之间设置一个用于连接被切分成理想卷重的连铸板坯的板坯结合装置。
和连铸机相连的切断式剪切机切出许多尺寸准确的扁平坯段,从而各横切板坯的首尾端都能毫无问题地与由连铸机铸出的其它经过相应横切的板坯连接,从而无需切头。横切开的板坯分别由台车交替地送入轧制线,通过设置在粗轧机列前的板坯结合装置将这些板坯段连在一起,从而在这种情况下未堆积切头废料。另外,板坯在粗轧机列前的前进速率高于其在精轧机列前的前进速率。这样就能使与轧制速率同步地驱动的且与轧件同步运行的板坯结合装置长时间处理板坯。由此实现了板坯结合装置的结构长度短于已知的设置在精轧机列前的板坯结合装置的长度,于是热轧设备的整体长度会缩短并同时降低了成本。另外,可以取消设置在粗轧机列后的、其作用是平衡精轧机列和粗轧机列的轧制速率差而为此使中断粗轧机列中的轧制与精轧机列中的轧制无关的卷取装置,由此进一步降低了热轧设备成本。
在板坯结合装置和粗轧机列之间或在粗轧机列和精轧机列之间装有加热装置,这已被证明是有利的。这样可以将在结合过程中过冷的板坯加热到粗轧机列开轧道次所需的温度。一个设置在精轧机列前的加热装置的作用是:如果需要,就将带钢加热到精轧机列开轧道次所需的温度。
本发明的其它实质特点在权利要求3-6中给出了。
结合附图进一步描述本发明。在这里图中所示为:
图1以侧视图示意地示出了本发明的热轧设备;
图2是图1的俯视图。
附图示出了两台平行布置的连铸机1、1’,其后是用于横切连铸薄板坯的剪切机2、2’如摆动飞剪。连铸机1、1’在隧道式炉3、3’上方工作,在隧道式炉中设有未画出的炉车,炉车可以根据理想卷重和带钢长度将切分出薄板坯送入轧制线。
与隧道式炉3、3’相连的是一个板坯结合装置4,此结合装置由一辆车5构成,经剪切机2、2’切过的前行薄板坯末端与同样被剪切机2、2’切过的后续薄板坯的前端在此车中对接在一起。此车5装有一个在此未示出的焊接装置,以便将上述薄板坯焊接在一起。
附图还示出了一个加热装置6,借助此加热装置可以将相连的薄板坯加热到后续粗轧工序所需的最佳温度。要着重指出的是,在对材料进行连铸、横向剪切、结合、粗轧加工时,所述材料可能不需要一个设置在粗轧机列10前的加热装置6。
加热装置6的后面跟有一台剪切机7、一个氧化皮清洗装置8、一台轧边机9和粗轧机列10。与粗轧机列10相连的是另一个加热装置11,无端运行的粗轧带钢有时可以在此加热装置11中被加热到后续精轧机列12所需的最佳温度。在加热装置11和精轧机列12之间设有另一台剪切机13以及氧化皮清洗装置14。
带钢在精轧机列12中被轧成较薄的成品带材。在精轧机列出口处设有一个冷却段15。借助剪切机16将无端轧成的带钢切分成与卷重相应的长度并利用卷取装置17、18卷取带钢。
由于对带钢进行无端轧制,所以只需要在轧制过程开始时将带钢穿入精轧机列中,从而就在其它轧制过程中避免了在精轧机列12中出现故障。

Claims (6)

1.一种利用至少两台连铸机(1,1’)生产扁平成品的热轧设备,在这两台连铸机后分别接有一台剪切机(2,2’)、一个车底式隧道炉(3,3’)、一个公用粗轧机列(10)、一个精轧机列(12)和一个冷却段(15)以及至少一个卷取装置(17,18),其特征在于,在隧道式炉(3,3’)和粗轧机列(10)之间设有一个紧接隧道式炉并用于结合被分成所需卷重的连铸板坯的板坯结合装置(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的热轧设备,其特征在于,在板坯结合装置(4)和粗轧机列(10)之间和/或在粗轧机列(10)和精轧机列(12)之间设有加热装置(6,11)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的热轧设备,其特征在于,板坯结合装置(4)被设计成焊接装置。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的热轧设备,其特征在于,板坯结合装置(4)被设计成机械连接装置或锻压机。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的热轧设备,其特征在于,板坯结合装置被设计成一辆车(5),由其中一台连铸机(1,1’)生产出来的前行连铸板坯的末端与由另一台连铸机(1,1’)生产出来的后续连铸板坯的前端被对接在一起。
6.一种热轧扁平成品的方法,它包括连铸工序、在隧道式炉中的均热工序、粗轧工序、精轧工序以及随后的冷却工序和卷取工序,其特征在于,在紧接隧道式炉后,将被切分成理想卷重的连铸薄板坯对接在一起,以便能将这些薄板坯无端地供给用于轧制工序的粗轧机列(10)和精轧机列(12)。
