Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于汽车外后视镜的背光单元,可包括:光源部,具备至少一个光源;以及光处理部,所述光处理部具备至少一个光路和反射面,所述光路供从所述光源照射的光分散并通过,所述反射面对通过所述光路的光进行反射。

背光单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车外后视镜的背光单元。
背景技术
盲区检测(Blind Spot Detection,BSD)***是车辆行驶时检测位于车辆后侧方盲点的汽车并将该信息提供给驾驶员的警报***。这种BSD***具备设置在车辆的外后视镜内部的背光单元,这种背光单元粘贴在蚀刻(Etching)指示图标(Indicator Icon)的玻璃的背面。
关于这种背光单元的现有技术,以韩国授权专利第10-1526792号(2015年6月5日公告)为例,其内容如下。
图1是现有技术的背光单元的剖视图。参照图1,现有技术的背光单元100包括:底壳110;发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)121,安装在印刷电路板(PrintedCircuit Board,PCB)上;光源部120,配置在底壳110的内侧下部;导光板130,配置在底壳110的内侧上部;反射板150,配置在导光板130的后方;棱镜板140,配置在导光板130的前方;散射片160,配置在棱镜板140的前方;以及顶壳180,紧固于底壳110。
根据这种现有的背光单元100,来自LED121的光在导光板130的整个区域散射后,朝向前表面均匀地射出。然而,当来自LED121的光经过由固体介质构成的导光板130的整个区域散射时,发生的光损失大,因此从背光单元100照射到前表面的光的亮度(luminance)非常低,其结果,指示图标的能见度大大降低,导致不能充分发挥背光单元100原由的功能。
另外,韩国公开实用新型第20-2014-0001114号(2014年2月20日公开)公开了一种直接向指示图标照射光的与无反射直射方式相关的技术,韩国授权专利第10-1637331号(2016年7月7日公告)公开了一种通过将光照射到背面的反射面并对光进行反射,从而向指示图标提供照明的与背面反射方式相关的技术,根据这种现有技术的背光单元,因光的会聚现象,导致很难实现良好的光均匀度。
因此,急需开发一种能够同时实现向指示图标射出的光的均匀度和良好的亮度的背光单元。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,为了解决上述现有技术的问题,提供一种背光单元,其能够同时实现向前表面射出的光的均匀度和良好的亮度。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的一方式的背光单元,可包括:光源部,至少具备一个光源;以及光处理部,所述光处理部具备至少一个光路和反射面,所述光路供从所述光源照射的光分散并通过,所述反射面对通过所述光路的光进行反射。
所述反射面可与所述光路的长度方向呈钝角。
所述反射面可由平面、凸曲面及凹曲面中的至少一个构成。
在所述光路的表面可形成有反射涂层。
本发明的另一方式的用于汽车的外后视镜包括所述背光单元,且所述反射面朝向所述汽车的驾驶座倾斜。
发明效果
根据本发明的背光单元,具有能够同时实现向前表面射出的光的均匀度和良好的亮度的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的、特征及优点可通过以下参照附图进行的详细说明更加明确,由此,本发明所属领域的普通技术人员能够容易地实施本发明的技术思想。另外,在说明本发明时,判断对与本发明相关的公知技术的具体说明可能不必要地混淆本发明的主旨的情况下,将省略其详细说明。
另外,在整个说明书中,记载为某一部分与另一部分“连接”时,这不仅包括直接连接的情况,还包括中间隔着其他部件连接的情况。另外,记载为某一部分“包括”或“具备”某一部件时,除非另有明确说明,还可包括其他部件,而不是排除其他部件。另外,在整个说明书的记载中,不能因为一部分部件以单数形式记载,而视为由此限定本发明,但是应理解,可包括该部件。
以下,参照图2至图7,对本发明的背光单元进行说明。图2是本发明的背光单元的立体图,图3是本发明的背光单元的分解立体图,图4是本发明的背光单元的外壳,图5是图4所示的外壳的一实施例的侧视图,图6是图4所示的外壳的另一实施例的侧视图,图7是图4所示的外壳的又一实施例的侧视图。
参照图2及图3,本发明一实施例的背光单元10可包括壳体20、光源部30及光处理部40。
具体而言,壳体20是大致为长方体形状的部件,其内部形成有用于收纳各结构部件的内部空间22,在壳体20的前表面可以以双重注塑方式一体注塑形成有由透明色或白色构成的窗21,在壳体20的一侧面可形成有用于***各结构部件的侧面开口23。
光源部30包括安装在PCB上的至少一个LED(以下,称为“光源”)31,且可搭载到壳体20,并且可在被供电时发光,向与后述的光处理部40的光路41平行的方向照射光。然而,本发明的光源31不限于LED,还可利用能够发挥与LED等同功能的其他种类的光源。
参照图4及图5,光处理部40可包括至少一个光路41和至少一个反射面42。具体而言,光路41是供从光源31照射的光通过且具有预定长度的通道,其截面可以以包括四边形和圆形等在内的各种形状实现。从光源31照射的光通过光路41时均匀分散,从而经过光路41的整个截面,能够大幅提高光的均匀度。另外,为最大限度地减少光损失,在光路41的表面上可形成有反射涂层44。
反射面42是对通过光路41的光进行反射,从而使光通过光处理部40的至少一个前表面开口43射出的部件,反射面42可与光路41的长度方向呈钝角。另外,图5中示出反射面42的表面由平面构成,但本发明不限定于此,如图6及图7所示,还可由凸曲面(参照图6)或凹曲面(参照图7)构成。为了使从搭载在汽车外后视镜的背光单元10射出的光能够朝向驾驶员的视野范围***出,反射面42的表面可以朝向汽车驾驶座的方向倾斜。
扩散板50是位于光处理部40的形成有前表面开口42的前表面上的部件,可通过扩散板50实现更均匀的亮度和色彩。然而,这种扩散板50并非是构成背光单元10的必要部件。
根据本发明的背光单元10,能够同时实现向前表面射出的光的均匀度和良好的亮度。尤其,与现有的背光单元100中经过由固体介质构成的导光板130的整个区域散射而发生大量光损失进而导致亮度明显降低的情况相比,本发明的背光单元10通过由空气等气体介质构成的光路41,能够均匀地分散光,因而光的亮度明显高,因此黑夜和白天的指示图标的能见度均大幅提高。
另外,根据现有背光单元的直接向指示图标照射光的无反射直射方式或将光照射到背面反射面并反射以照亮指示图标的背面反射方式,由于光的会聚现象,难以实现良好的光均匀度,相反,根据本发明的背光单元10,具备光处理部40,所述光处理部40上形成有能够均匀分散光的光路41,因此能够确保良好的光均匀度,由此能够大幅提高指示图标的能见度。
以上,参照附图对本发明的优选实施例进行了说明,但本发明不限定于此,本发明所属领域的普通技术人员可通过这种说明在不脱离本发明的技术思想的范围内进行置换、变形及/或变更。因此,本发明的范围不应由上述实施例来确定,而应由权利要求及其等同物来确定。

Claims (6)

1.一种背光单元(10),其包括:
光源部(30),具备至少一个光源(31);以及
光处理部(40),所述光处理部(40)具备至少一个光路(41)和反射面(42),所述光路(41)供从所述光源(31)照射出的光分散并通过,所述反射面(42)对通过所述光路(41)的光进行反射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光单元(10),其中,
所述反射面(42)与所述光路(41)的长度方向呈钝角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光单元(10),其中,
所述反射面(42)由平面、凸曲面及凹曲面中的至少一种构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的背光单元(10),其中,
在所述光路(41)的表面形成有反射涂层(44)。
5.一种用于汽车的外后视镜,其包括权利要求1或2所述的背光单元(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于汽车的外后视镜,其中,
所述反射面(42)朝向所述汽车的驾驶座倾斜。
