举例来说，如图1和图8所示，办公座椅是具有座位表面7和靠背6的可旋转座椅，可旋转座椅也可以具有扶手5。办公座椅抵靠在脚轮2上，脚轮2固定在所谓的星形底座1上，在所示示例中，星形底座1具有五个臂。可用于调整办公座椅的座位高度的气压弹簧3位于星形底座1的中心。固定到靠背6、座位表面7和扶手5的座椅机构4抵靠在气压弹簧3的上端。

发明内容
座椅机构4可设计为所谓的同步机构，例如，将靠背6连接到座位表面7，其中靠背6的倾斜通常会导致座位表面7轻微程度的倾斜。
使用者靠在其上时，办公座椅上的靠背6不仅可以前后转动，还可以绕水平旋转轴横向转动，例如，可通过位于座位表面7后面的接合处实现，这也是众所周知的。在这里，如果靠背6已被例如弹簧或类似物的恢复元件移出直立位置，则靠背6通常保持在直立位置或移回直立位置。因此，恢复元件和靠背6在直立位置都不会承受负载。
为了进一步改进已知的办公座椅，现在建议将靠背6固定到具有相互平行的旋转轴10的两个接合处8上。换言之，靠背6应该枢转地安装在两个相互平行的旋转轴10上。这就产生了靠背6的运动路径，其与已知的具有可横向转动靠背的座椅相比，有所不同。此外，由于所选的安装类型，靠背6在旋转运动期间可能会变形，从而可以实现靠背6的三维运动和产生恢复力。
例如，旋转轴10可连接到公共底板9上，底板9的这一部分可连接到座椅机构4上，例如，座椅机构4将靠背6与座椅表面7可拆卸地连接在一起。这也允许商用座椅机构4的使用，因此，在技术上没有作靠背6与两个接合处的连接的设想。
第一配置可设置旋转轴10具有带有锐角α的水平面。因此，向左或向右的横向偏转也会导致靠背6轻微的向前或向后偏转，这与水平对齐的旋转轴10(即α＝0)不同。
可选地或另外地，也可以为每个与恢复元件12可操作地连接的接合处8提供配置。尽管如上所述，靠背6的弹性变形已经产生了抵消靠背6横向偏转的恢复力，但通过使用此处建议的附加的恢复元件12来帮助或加强该恢复力可能是有益的。在此，还可以设置恢复元件12以相反的方向工作，即一个恢复元件12抵消向左的偏转，另一个恢复元件抵消向右的偏转。
当靠背6处于直立位置时，还可以设置预加载的恢复元件12。因此，抵消靠背6的横向偏转的恢复力得到加强。
根据进一步的配置，设置座椅靠背6具有一个框架，该框架在接合处8之间的区域中具有间隙。这个间隙意味着靠背6能够在横向偏转时更容易地进行弹性变形，这样的变形会对使用者的背部产生额外的按摩效果。这种按摩效果是非常理想的，因为它们可以消除使用者的疲劳和背痛的发展。
在这里，还可以设置定位在间隙中的至少一个弹性元件14。尽管这种弹性元件允许如上所述的弹性变形到有限的程度，但它也会加强恢复力，从而抵消横向偏转。此外，弹性元件一方面可用于产生未破损框架的光学印象，另一方面有助于固定用于靠背6的织物盖。例如，这种弹性元件可以是由不同弹性材料(例如具有不同延展性的塑料)制成的双组分元件。在这里，第一塑料的两条材料带相对较硬且难以变形，可以包围第二塑料的材料带，该第二塑料的材料带相对软并因此容易延展。两条较硬的材料带可用于将弹性元件14例如通过螺钉固定到靠背6的框架中的间隙的左右两侧上。然后，位于它们之间的较软的材料带可以使靠背6变形，同时也可以利用恢复力抵消这种变形。

在该具体示例性实施例中，将固定在单侧的两个旋转轴10的底板9连接到座椅机构4的后端。因此可围绕旋转轴10旋转的固定块11位于每个旋转轴10上。两个固定块11的底部各有凹口，其中每个凹口中都有定位于其中的恢复元件12。恢复元件12作为扭转弹簧设置，每个扭转弹簧在其固定块11上利用第一支腿支撑。扭转弹簧，也称为旋转弹簧，是机械能的储存，该机械能的储存在支腿的角度/旋转运动过程中吸收扭矩，松弛时再释放扭矩。

应理解，接合处8的设计也可能与本文所示的示例性实施例的设计不同。尤其是，底板9、旋转轴10、固定块11和恢复元件12的具体的组件决不是强制性的。例如，接合处8的移动部分也可能是靠背6的一部分。

Claims (3)
