Description

本发明涉及一种能够有效地织造不同量的纬纱而不使织机停止的装置,该装置能够由导纬器在任意指定时候根据所选定的纬纱量来连续调整压电纬纱通路传感比较器的探纬针敏感性。
众所周知,在织机中从筒管出来的纬纱在横越压电传感比较器的通道之后穿过导纬器杆的孔眼。所述通道产生一个电流,其值随穿过其中的纬纱量的大小而变化。逻辑单元将该值与探纬针的敏感性相比较,若比较结果为负则停止织机。如前所述,使用这种织机时通常只能织造同样量的或精确地说其量与设定的敏感性相对应的纬纱。这样只能设定一个敏感性值,在整个织机的工作期间该值保持恒定且只有在停下织机的时候才能改变该值并设定新值。这将明显降低织机的效率,且所用的纬纱必须具有一个恒定的量。
本发明的目的在于消除上述缺陷提供一种能够根据在织机处于工作状态的任何指定的时候所用的纬纱量来连续地调整压电传感比较器的探纬针敏感性,所述的纬纱量可以相互不同而不会引起不希望的织机停车。
本发明以下述方式完成上述目的,在各种纬纱已经进入各种导纬器杆的孔眼中并知道与每根杆相对应的纬纱量时,用于选择导纬器杆的电脉冲也被用于根据与所用的纬纱的所述量相对应的探纬针敏感性的预定集群来选择与特定纬纱相关联的敏感值,该值被输入压电传感比较器中用于与在纬纱传感器中所形成的电流值相比较。因此,这种连续调整探纬针敏感性以控制纬纱进入织造机的装置,包括一系列的喂纱筒管,这些筒管用于在横越压电纬纱通路传感比较器之后穿过纬纱导纬器杆的孔眼的纬纱;和一个与所述传感比较器相连的电子控制逻辑单元,根据本发明的装置的特征在于,还包括一个带储存器的选择器,在储存器中为每一个导纬器杆存有与穿过所述杆的孔眼的纬纱量相适应的探纬针敏感值,所述选择器与所述压电传感比较器电连接并由所述逻辑控制单元以与所述纬纱导纬器的所述杆相同的电脉冲予以控制。

附图中,序号1,2,3和4表示分别喂入具有不同量的欲织造的纬纱5,6,7和8的筒管。所述的纬纱5至8在分别横越压电传感比较器34的通道26至33中的通道26,28,30和32之后穿过织机纬纱导纬器25的杆17至24的孔眼9至16中的孔眼9,11,13和15。所述传感比较器34通过电缆36将比较的结果输入逻辑控制器35中,并通过电缆37从选择器38中获得探纬针敏感性的设定值,已经向用于导纬器25的每一根杆17,19,21和23的存储器39中分别输入与对应的纬纱5,6,7和8的量相对应的探纬针敏感值。通过电缆40由所述的逻辑控制单元35控制选择器38,所述的逻辑控制器具有由电缆41传输的用于选择纬纱导纬器25的杆17至24的实际电子脉冲。
下面描述这种装置的工作方式。每一次逻辑控制单元35选择一根纬纱和导纬器25的一根杆,通过选择器38还自动地选择已经预先输入储存器39的探纬针敏感性并用压电传感比较器34将其与由选定的纬纱所产生的电流信号相比较。利用这种方式,探纬针的敏感性总是对应着所用的纬纱量并随其变化,因而可以在不停织机的情况下使用不同量的纬纱。

Claims (1)

1、一种连续调整探纬针敏感性以控制纬纱导入织机的装置,包括一系列的喂纱筒管,这些筒管用于在横越压电纬纱通路传感比较器之后穿过纬纱导纬器杆的孔眼的纬纱;和一个与所述传感比较器相连的电子控制逻辑单元,其特征在于,还包括一个带储存器的选择器,在储存器中为每一个导纬器杆存有与穿过所述杆的孔眼的纬纱量相适应的探纬针敏感值,所述选择器与所述压电传感比较器电连接并由所述逻辑控制单元以与所述纬纱导纬器的所述杆相同的电脉冲予以控制。
