Abstract

本发明涉及一种灯具,包括PCB板和一体化散热装置,PCB板为两面均适于安设LED灯珠的双面PCB板,PCB板具有相对设置的两个散热边部,一体化散热装置包括散热器以及两个散热臂,散热臂与散热器同介质一体成型,两散热臂分别与两散热边部贴合装配。本发明采用双面PCB板与一体化散热装置装配,提高PCB板与散热器的一体化程度,相较于现有采用两块PCB板与散热器配合方式,本发明能有效地提高散热效率,一体化的散热器能够减少热在不同介质、不同结构之间的切换次数,提高热传导效率,能进一步保证散热效果。相较于现有采用两块PCB板组合的方式,双面PCB板没有额外的中间夹层,厚度较小,正反两面灯珠距离更近,更符合原装卤素灯光型。

技术领域
本发明属于照明技术领域,具体涉及一种灯具,尤其是汽车头灯。
背景技术
目前,LED汽车头灯由于具有节能环保、光衰减低、干扰小等优势,应用逐渐广泛。现有的LED汽车头灯采用两块PCB板,在两块PCB板的正面分别安装LED灯珠,而两块PCB板的背面之间有散热夹层,通过该两块PCB板与散热器接触以及通过散热夹层将PCB板热量导引至散热器,这种散热方式散热效率低,无法充分带走PCB的热量,影响灯具的使用寿命。而且,两块PCB板之间间隔装配在一起之后的厚度过大,不符合卤素灯的尺寸需求,无法得到最优光型。另外,现有采用的分体式散热器结构也严重影响了该灯具的散热效率和效果。
发明内容
本发明实施例涉及一种灯具,至少可解决现有技术的部分缺陷。
本发明实施例涉及一种灯具,包括PCB板和一体化散热装置,所述PCB板为两面均适于安设LED灯珠的双面PCB板,所述PCB板具有相对设置的两个散热边部,所述一体化散热装置包括散热器以及两个散热臂,所述散热臂与所述散热器同介质一体成型,两所述散热臂分别与两所述散热边部贴合装配。
作为实施例之一,两所述散热臂分别与两所述散热边部铆压装配。
作为实施例之一,两所述散热臂均具有嵌装槽,两所述散热边部分别嵌插在两所述嵌装槽内。

本发明提供的灯具,采用双面PCB板与一体化散热装置装配,提高PCB板与散热器的一体化程度,相较于现有采用两块PCB板与散热器配合方式,本发明能有效地提高散热效率,一体化的散热器能够减少热在不同介质、不同结构之间的切换次数,提高热传导效率,能进一步保证散热效果。相较于现有采用两块PCB板组合的方式,双面PCB板没有额外的中间夹层,厚度较小,正反两面灯珠距离更近,更符合原装卤素灯光型。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图7,本发明实施例提供一种灯具,包括PCB板1和一体化散热装置2,所述PCB板1为两面均适于安设LED灯珠的双面PCB板1,所述PCB板1具有相对设置的两个散热边部,所述一体化散热装置2包括散热器22以及两个散热臂21,所述散热臂21与所述散热器22同介质一体成型,两所述散热臂21分别与两所述散热边部贴合装配。
上述的PCB板1优选为采用铜质基板,或者铝质基板,或者复合基板,导热性较好。
双面PCB板1是现有设备,在其两个板面上均设置电路,并且按照明需求均安设LED灯珠。
以上述PCB板1为矩形板为例,其具有四个边部,包括两个长边边部和两个短边边部,则可以其中相对的两个长边边部为上述的散热边部,用于与上述的两个散热臂21装配。
显然地,其中一个散热臂21与其中一个散热边部贴合装配,另一个散热臂21与另一个散热边部贴合装配。则,两个散热臂21也相对设置。
对于散热边部与散热臂21的装配结构,优选为散热臂21与该散热边部处的散热侧壁以及两侧PCB板板面贴合,保证接触面积及热传导效率。
如图5-图7,对于散热臂21与散热边部之间的装配方式,优选二者采用铆压装配方式,散热臂21与散热边部之间的接触较紧密,导热效果较佳。在另外的实施例中,两散热臂21均具有嵌装槽,两散热边部分别嵌插在两所述嵌装槽内;进一步可在散热臂21与散热边部之间涂刷导热胶,保证散热效果。
对于上述的一体化散热装置2,散热臂21与散热器22之间为一体成型结构,并且散热臂21与散热器22所采用的导热介质相同,能够减少热在不同介质、不同结构之间的切换次数,提高热传导效率,能进一步保证散热效果。
本实施例提供的灯具,采用双面PCB板1与一体化散热装置2装配,提高PCB板1与散热器2的一体化程度,相较于现有采用两块PCB板与散热器2配合方式,本实施例能有效地提高散热效率。相较于现有采用两块PCB板组合的方式,双面PCB板1没有额外的中间夹层,厚度较小,正反两面灯珠距离更近,更符合原装卤素灯光型。
常规地,现有采用两块PCB板组合的方式中,二者组合之后的厚度在3~5mm范围内;而本实施例中,上述双面PCB板1的厚度可控制在0.1~3mm范围内,厚度明显减小。
进一步优化上述灯具的结构,如图1-图4,上述述散热器22为中空结构并且其远离散热臂21的一端为贯通端。在其中一个实施例中,如图1,该一体化散热装置2还包括散热风扇23,所述散热风扇23嵌装于所述散热器22上,例如可通过该散热风扇23封堵散热器22的贯通端。通过配置散热风扇23,能进一步地提高散热器2的散热效率。散热风扇23与散热器22之间优选是可拆卸装配,例如散热风扇23通过多个固定螺丝安装在散热器22上,便于拆装及维护。在另外的实施例中,如图2-图4,也可通过纯散热器22进行散热,即不设置散热风扇23,而通过散热器22、散热臂21自身的散热能力,能满足灯具散热需求即可(例如根据灯具功率等选择是否配置散热风扇23),例如,如图2,所述散热器22的贯通端通过散热器尾盖24封堵。
其中,上述散热器22的尾部形态不限,鱼骨型、太阳花、条形等均在应用范围之列。
进一步优选地,如图1-图4,所述PCB板1连接有驱动转接板3,所述驱动转接板3收容于所述散热器22的中空腔内。将驱动转接板3内置于散热器22内,能较好地保护该驱动转接板3,同时,使得灯具结构紧凑化,减小该灯具的体积,适用范围较广。
上述的驱动转接板3用于与电源连接结构连接,例如与输入线51对接。在其中一个所述中,可在散热器22上开设穿线口,用于输入线51的布置。在另外的优选实施例中,如图3和图4,所述电源连接结构直接设置于所述散热器22的尾部,即散热器22的远离散热臂21的一端;该电源连接结构可以为输入线51或一体插座52等。
另外,如图1-图7,该灯具还包括适于可拆卸安装至灯座上的安装结构,在其中一个实施例中,该安装结构包括套装在一体化散热装置2上的卡扣41,该卡扣41用于与灯座卡接,可将该灯具安装至灯座上。卡扣41的卡合部位可设置密封圈42等,这是本领域常规结构,此处不作详述。以及,还可配置遮光板6等,其安装结构此处从略。
本实施例提供的灯具优选为作为汽车头灯使用,同时也适用于摩托、船及其它灯具应用场所。

1.一种灯具,其特征在于:包括PCB板和一体化散热装置,所述PCB板为两面均适于安设LED灯珠的双面PCB板,所述PCB板具有相对设置的两个散热边部,所述一体化散热装置包括散热器以及两个散热臂,所述散热臂与所述散热器同介质一体成型,两所述散热臂分别与两所述散热边部贴合装配。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:两所述散热臂分别与两所述散热边部铆压装配。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:两所述散热臂均具有嵌装槽,两所述散热边部分别嵌插在两所述嵌装槽内。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述一体化散热装置还包括散热风扇,所述散热风扇嵌入安装于所述散热器上。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器为中空结构,所述散热器的贯通端通过散热器尾盖封堵。
6.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器为中空结构,所述PCB板连接有驱动转接板,所述驱动转接板收容于所述散热器的中空腔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述PCB板的基板为铜板、铝板或复合基板。
8.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述PCB板的厚度为0.1~3mm。
9.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括电源连接结构,所述电源连接结构直接设置于所述散热器的尾部。
10.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括适于可拆卸安装至灯座上的安装结构。
