Abstract

本实用新型提供的MR16射灯,以三只1W的LED[5]安装在铝制灯杯中,前方有透镜[4],所说铝制灯杯[3]是以纯铝制成的外壁上有以轴线为中心的辐射状齿片,LED基板[6]直接贴在杯底[7]安装。本实用新型提供的MR16射灯,利用铝的良好导热性,以杯底直接将LED工作时发出的热量传导到杯壁上并经齿片向空气散热。与现有技术相比,用封闭和灯杯和大幅增加散热面积的齿片消除了灯杯开孔散热的散热性不良、尘埃容易进入电路等导致射灯工作寿命受损的因素。

本实用新型涉及的是一种MR16射灯,尤其是以LED为光源的MR16射灯,属照明技术领域。
背景技术
通常的MR16型LED射灯,是以三只1W的LED安装在灯杯中,灯杯多用塑料或铝且为散热而作有孔设计,前方安装透镜聚光。这种结构的射灯耗电量小而亮度大,有较大的使用范围,但由于原结构散热效果不好使产品寿命不长。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型就是要提供一种散热性更好的MR16射灯。
本实用新型提供的MR16射灯,以三只1W的LED安装在铝制灯杯中,前方有透镜,所说铝制灯杯是以纯铝制成的外壁上有以轴线为中心的辐射状齿片,LED基板直接贴在杯底安装。
本实用新型提供的MR16射灯,利用铝的良好导热性,以杯底直接将LED工作时发出的热量传导到杯壁上并经齿片向空气散热。与现有技术相比,用封闭和灯杯和大幅增加散热面积的齿片消除了灯杯开孔散热的散热性不良、尘埃容易进入电路等导致射灯工作寿命受损的因素。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型有一纯铝灯杯3,灯杯外壁上有依轴线作辐射状布置的齿片为散热片,灯杯表面作氧化防护处理。三只1W的LED5经基板6直接以轴线为中心等分安装在杯底7前侧面。杯前沿安装透镜4,LED光在其自身透镜和杯上透镜聚光下向外投射。杯底后侧有杯壁向后延伸构成一空腔,内装控制电路板2并随同灯脚1部以螺钉8固定在灯杯上。
