本发明提供了一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方及其生产方法,配方包括添加剂载体、酶成分和微生物成分,所述添加剂载体包括小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕、玉米和糖蜜,所述酶成分木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶,所述微生物成分包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和嗜酸乳杆菌。生产时是将添加剂载体置于高压灭菌罐灭菌,灭菌后与酶成分和微生物成分混合发酵包装。本发明能够提高饲料利用率,节省精料,促进禽畜的生长,维护畜禽肠道健康,使饲料除毒脱毒,改善饲料适口性。

本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提升,禽畜产品的需求不断增加,养殖业正向规模化、标准化方向发展。饲料的好坏以及成本直接影响到禽畜产品的质量以及养殖业的规模。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方及其生产方法,能够提高饲料利用率,节省精料,促进禽畜的生长,维护畜禽肠道健康,使饲料除毒脱毒,改善饲料适口性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的:一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方及其生产方法,配方包括添加剂载体、酶成分和微生物成分,所述添加剂载体包括小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕、玉米和糖蜜,所述酶成分木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶,所述微生物成分包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和嗜酸乳杆菌。
进一步地,添加剂载体中小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕和玉米的重量比例为小麦麸皮200份,玉米胚芽粕200份,黄粉虫砂200份,豆粕50份,玉米50份,糖蜜50份。
进一步地,酶成分中木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶的重量比例为木聚糖酶2份,纤维素酶1份,蛋白酶1份。
进一步地,所述微生物成分中枯草芽孢杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,酿酒酵母,嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的浓度及重量比例为地衣芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1份,酿酒酵母(200亿/克)2份,嗜酸乳杆菌(30亿/ml)30份。
新型微生物饲料添加剂的生产方法:称取小麦麸皮200kg,玉米胚芽粕200kg,黄粉虫砂200kg,豆粕50kg,玉米50kg,糖蜜50kg,进入高压灭菌罐灭菌;
物料冷却后称取枯草芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,地衣芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,酿酒酵母(200亿/克)2kg,嗜酸乳杆菌(30亿/ml)30L;木聚糖酶2kg,纤维素酶1kg,蛋白酶1kg,水212L,将灭菌物料与上述原料在混合罐中充分混合;
将充分混合好的物料经过自动称量机、自动包装机进行分装;
分装好的产品进入发酵房发酵,夏天5-7天发酵完毕或者冬季7-10天发酵完毕。

为保证发酵效果良好,产品进行多次发酵,经过多次发酵提高有效活菌数的同时,产品含有有机酸、生物酶、维生素、促生长因子等大量代谢产物。在生产方法中,使用对应重量的配方,两次发酵即可满足需要。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
提高饲料利用率。微生物菌群能生成多种有机酸、微生素、生物酶以及多种生长因子,大大提高所发酵物料的营养水平和消化利用率。
节省精料,促进禽畜的生长。经过微生物的作用,难以消化吸收的物质变成了简单容易消化吸收的物质,提高了饲料的营养价值;发酵时大量繁殖起来的微生物本身就含有蛋白质、脂肪等丰富的营养物质,所以禽畜吃了以后不仅生长快,同时还能节省精料。
维护畜禽肠道健康。添加的微生物菌群能迅速建立畜禽肠道的微生态体系,构建肠道菌膜屏障,促进粘膜免疫***的发育,抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等有害菌在肠道上的定植。
使饲料除毒脱毒。有益微生物经过自身代谢及产物,使饲料内所含有毒、有害物质被降解而脱除,从而大大提高了饲料的安全性。
改善饲料适口性。生物菌发酵后的饲料气味清香,口感极佳,动物喜吃而且多吃,大大节省燃料及人工成本,可以提高饲料利用率,节省精料,促进禽畜生长,有效降低饲养成本等好处。
具体实施方式
实施例:一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方,配方包括添加剂载体、酶成分和微生物成分,所述添加剂载体包括小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕、玉米和糖蜜,所述酶成分木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶,所述微生物成分包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和嗜酸乳杆菌。
生产上述配方的一种新型微生物饲料添加剂的生产方法:称取小麦麸皮200kg,玉米胚芽粕200kg,黄粉虫砂200kg,豆粕50kg,玉米50kg,糖蜜50kg,进入高压灭菌罐灭菌;
物料冷却后称取枯草芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,地衣芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,酿酒酵母(200亿/克)2kg,嗜酸乳杆菌(30亿/ml)30L;木聚糖酶2kg,纤维素酶1kg,蛋白酶1kg,水212L,将灭菌物料与上述原料在混合罐中充分混合;
将充分混合好的物料经过自动称量机、自动包装机进行分装;
分装好的产品进入发酵房发酵,夏天5-7天发酵完毕或者冬季7-10天发酵完毕。
物料充分灭菌避免杂菌繁殖对产品效果的影响。经过二次发酵提高有效活菌数的同时,产品含有有机酸、生物酶、维生素、促生长因子等大量代谢产物。通过添加酶制剂对物料进行酶解处理提高益生菌繁殖数量和代谢产物的积累量,提升产品质量。利用黄粉虫砂作为发酵原料,提升废物利用价值。

1.一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方,其特征在于:包括添加剂载体、酶成分和微生物成分,所述添加剂载体包括小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕、玉米和糖蜜,所述酶成分木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶,所述微生物成分包括枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和嗜酸乳杆菌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方,其特征在于:添加剂载体中小麦麸皮、玉米胚芽粕、黄粉虫砂、豆粕和玉米的重量比例为小麦麸皮200份,玉米胚芽粕200份,黄粉虫砂200份,豆粕50份,玉米50份,糖蜜50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方,其特征在于:酶成分中木聚糖酶、纤维素酶和蛋白酶的重量比例为木聚糖酶2份,纤维素酶1份,蛋白酶1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微生物饲料添加剂配方,其特征在于:所述微生物成分中枯草芽孢杆菌,地衣芽孢杆菌,酿酒酵母,嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的浓度及重量比例为地衣芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1份,酿酒酵母(200亿/克)2份,嗜酸乳杆菌(30亿/ml)30份。
5.生产权利要求1-4任一项所述配方的一种新型农用微生物饲料添加剂的生产方法,其特征在于:称取小麦麸皮200kg,玉米胚芽粕200kg,黄粉虫砂200kg,豆粕50kg,玉米50kg,糖蜜50kg,进入高压灭菌罐灭菌;
物料冷却后称取枯草芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,地衣芽孢杆菌(1000亿/克)1kg,酿酒酵母(200亿/克)2kg,嗜酸乳杆菌(30亿/ml)30L;木聚糖酶2kg,纤维素酶1kg,蛋白酶1kg,水212L,将灭菌物料与上述原料在混合罐中充分混合;
将充分混合好的物料经过自动称量机、自动包装机进行分装;
