本发明涉及毛条生产工艺领域,具体涉及一种涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着现代科技的进步及人们生活水平的提高,人们对于服装面料的舒适性要求越来越高。其中人们希望服装面料具有良好的蓬松性和高弹性。但是现有的服饰面料由于生产工艺的不完善,导致服装面料无法同时具有良好的蓬松性和高弹性,从而无法满足人们的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种用于面料织造而使面料同时具有良好蓬松性和高弹性要求的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,其特征在于:
(1)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对烘燥后的聚酯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,聚酯切片原料在转速为80~85m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为278~282℃,二区的温度为283~287℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为288~292℃,四区的温度为288~292℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,五区的温度为283~288℃,六区的温度为278~282℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为40~43℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1200~1300m/s,环吹送风温度为38~40℃;
(2)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股涤纶膨体丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为800~900n/min;
(3)丝束后处理工序中:将若干个单股涤纶膨体丝束经过张力辊组并在张力辊组上进行张紧和再集束,从而得到涤纶膨体丝束;然后使涤纶膨体丝束浸入涤纶纺丝油剂进行润滑,再使涤纶膨体丝束经过第一道牵伸辊组,第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度与张力辊组的旋转速度相同,然后将经过第一道牵伸辊组的涤纶膨体丝束进行第一次油浴,第一次油浴温度为70~75℃,油剂浓度配比为2.2~2.8%,油浴使用涤纶纺丝油剂,然后再使油浴后的涤纶膨体丝束经过第二道牵伸辊组,第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使涤纶膨体丝束产生3.4~3.5倍的第一次牵伸,然后将第一次牵伸后的涤纶膨体丝束送入蒸汽箱中喷90~95℃的蒸汽,然后再使涤纶膨体丝束经过第三道牵伸辊组,第三道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使涤纶膨体丝束产生1~1.1倍的第二次牵伸,然后对第二次牵伸后的涤纶膨体丝束进行滚油和预热,预热温度为97~107℃,接着将经过预热后的涤纶膨体丝束在卷曲机上进行卷曲,卷曲主压力为5.8~6.2 Mpa,卷曲背压力为4.8~5.2Mpa,卷曲数为21~22个/25mm,然后对卷曲好的涤纶膨体丝束进行热定型,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为135~145℃、140~150℃、110~120℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为12~15min,完成热定型后得到成品丝束并收于料桶中;
(4)丝束切断制条工序中:首先将两条成品涤纶膨体丝束经过张力架进行张紧,使得两条涤纶膨体丝束的张力达到50~53N,然后两条涤纶膨体丝束分别进入一个分丝辊组进行分丝,接着两条涤纶膨体丝束分别进入一个开松辊组进行开松,然后两条涤纶膨体丝束均进入至离散装置中进行离散,接着两条涤纶膨体丝束均进入至切断辊组中进行不等长切断,并且合并进入至梳箱中进行梳理,然后进入牵伸辊组中进行牵伸,牵伸倍数为4~4.5倍,接着进入圈条器中成条;
(5)一道针梳工序中:在针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,针梳机集束架喂入数为八桶,集束张力为-0.55~-0.45%,牵伸倍数为7.9,输出卷条张力为3.8~4.2%;
(6)二道针梳工序中:在针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,针梳机集束架喂入数为八桶,集束张力为-0.55~-0.45%,牵伸倍数为8,输出卷条张力为3.8~4.2%;
(7)成球针梳工序中:在成球针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,成球针梳机集束架喂入数为七桶,输送和输出张力均为3.8~4.2%,牵伸倍数为5倍。
进一步的,前述的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,其中:螺杆挤压喷丝工序中,各个喷丝工位所用的喷丝板的孔数均为900。
进一步的,前述的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,其中:螺杆挤压喷丝工序中,环吹送风量为1250m/s,环吹送风温度为39℃。
进一步的,前述的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,其中:丝束切断制条工序中,首先将两条成品涤纶膨体丝束经过张力架进行张紧,使得两条涤纶膨体丝束的张力达到52N。
进一步的,前述的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,其中:丝束切断制条工序中,进入牵伸辊组中进行牵伸,牵伸倍数为4.3倍。
进一步的,前述的涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,其中:丝束后处理工序中,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为140℃、145℃、115℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为13min。
本发明的优点为:利用本发明所述方法制得的涤纶膨体毛条的缩率能达到18~20%,蓬松性能好,高弹性,涤纶膨体毛条的粗度也比普通毛条粗一倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,
(1)原料烘燥工序中:以聚酯切片为原料,在真空转鼓装置中进行烘燥;
(2)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对烘燥后的聚酯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,聚酯切片原料在转速为83m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为280℃,二区的温度为285℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为290℃,四区的温度为290℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,各个喷丝工位所用的喷丝板的孔数均为900,五区的温度为285℃,六区的温度为280℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为42℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1250m/s,环吹送风温度为39℃;
(3)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股涤纶膨体丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为850n/min;
(4)丝束后处理工序中:将若干个单股涤纶膨体丝束经过张力辊组并在张力辊组上进行张紧和再集束,从而得到涤纶膨体丝束;然后使涤纶膨体丝束浸入涤纶纺丝油剂进行润滑,再使涤纶膨体丝束经过第一道牵伸辊组,第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度与张力辊组的旋转速度相同,然后将经过第一道牵伸辊组的涤纶膨体丝束进行第一次油浴,第一次油浴温度为73℃,油剂浓度配比为2.6%,油浴使用涤纶纺丝油剂,然后再使油浴后的涤纶膨体丝束经过第二道牵伸辊组,第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第一道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使涤纶膨体丝束产生3.46倍的第一次牵伸,然后将第一次牵伸后的涤纶膨体丝束送入蒸汽箱中喷94℃的蒸汽,然后再使涤纶膨体丝束经过第三道牵伸辊组,第三道牵伸辊组的旋转速度比第二道牵伸辊组的旋转速度快,从而使涤纶膨体丝束产生1.04倍的第二次牵伸,然后对第二次牵伸后的涤纶膨体丝束进行滚油和预热,预热温度为100℃,接着将经过预热后的涤纶膨体丝束在卷曲机上进行卷曲,卷曲主压力为6Mpa,卷曲背压力为5Mpa,卷曲数为21~22个/25mm,然后对卷曲好的涤纶膨体丝束进行热定型,热定型依次分为三个温度段,三个温度段的温度依次分别为140℃、145℃、115℃,每个温度段的热定型时间均为14min,完成热定型后得到成品丝束并收于料桶中;
(5)丝束切断制条工序中:首先将两条成品涤纶膨体丝束经过张力架进行张紧,使得两条涤纶膨体丝束的张力达到52N,然后两条涤纶膨体丝束分别进入一个分丝辊组进行分丝,接着两条涤纶膨体丝束分别进入一个开松辊组进行开松,然后两条涤纶膨体丝束均进入至离散装置中进行离散,接着两条涤纶膨体丝束均进入至切断辊组中进行不等长切断,并且合并进入至梳箱中进行梳理,然后进入牵伸辊组中进行牵伸,牵伸倍数为4.3倍,接着进入圈条器中成条;
(6)一道针梳工序中:在GC14针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,针梳机集束架喂入数为八桶,集束张力为-0.5%,牵伸倍数为7.9,输出卷条张力为4%;
(7)二道针梳工序中:在GC14针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,针梳机集束架喂入数为八桶,集束张力为-0.5%,牵伸倍数为8,输出卷条张力为4%;
(8)成球针梳工序中:在成球针梳机上对半成品毛条进行针梳,成球针梳机集束架喂入数为七桶,输送和输出张力均为4%,牵伸倍数为5倍,最后就能制得成品的涤纶膨体毛条。

1.涤纶膨体毛条的生产工艺,工艺步骤如下:原料烘燥→螺杆挤压喷丝→卷绕集束→丝束后处理→丝束切断制条→一道针梳→二道针梳→成球针梳,其特征在于:
(1)螺杆挤压喷丝工序中:在螺杆挤压机中对烘燥后的聚酯切片原料进行熔融挤压喷丝,聚酯切片原料在转速为80~85m/s的螺杆的推动下,首先依次通过螺杆挤压机的一区和二区进行预热,一区的温度为278~282℃,二区的温度为283~287℃;然后依次通过三区和四区进行熔融,三区的温度为288~292℃,四区的温度为288~292℃;接着依次通过五区和六区后在被定量分配至各个喷丝工位进行挤压喷丝,五区的温度为283~288℃,六区的温度为278~282℃,各个喷丝工位喷丝所得的长丝束会分别进入至一个温度为40~43℃的丝室中进行环吹固化,环吹送风量为1200~1300m/s,环吹送风温度为38~40℃;
(2)卷绕集束工序中:将各个喷丝工位所得的长丝束依次经过喂入轮和牵引辊组进行集束,从而来得到单股涤纶膨体丝束,集束时,牵引辊组和喂入轮的速度均为800~900n/min;
