本发明涉及用于增强有塑料涂层帆布的结构件和条形件。
发明背景
例如在纤维织物上有塑料涂层的帆布可以用作帐篷材料和用作覆盖材料,用来保护运输车辆上或集装箱内的货物或运载的东西。对这种帆布有许多要求。第一个要求是帆布必须具有充分的防破坏和防盗窃能力。因而要求,合用的帆布至少应当能够延迟可能的盗贼用刀子、切割具或用剪刀剪开帆布的操作时间。这种延迟至少应当持续数分钟。
第二个要求是帆布必须能制止货物的不可控的水平移动而不撕裂。
第三个要求是必须能防止原来的裂口继续增大。
第四个要求是,帆布与其增强件一起其重量必须要尽可能小。
现有技术已提出一种解决方法,该方法满足了上述要求中的三项要求,这种现有技术帆布利用不锈钢丝的织物或钢索来增强。
然而这种现有技术帆布具有以下缺点。
首先,由于不锈钢织物的价格贵以及制造这种帆布的方法成本高,所以这种帆布的成本很高。
其次,不锈钢织物增加了帆布的重量,达到不能接受的程度,因而上面第四个要求不能满足。
第三,不锈钢织物负面影响帆布的外观和形象,结果在帆布上不能清楚地显示宣传材料和商标名称。应用芳族聚酰胺增强件是解决第一和第三缺点的方案,但是仍然成本高,不能充分地阻止切割具或刀的作用。
发明概要
本发明总的目的是避免现有技术的缺点。
本发明的第一目的是为帆布提供低价的增强件。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种增强件,使帆布具有可接受的重量。
本发明的第三目的是提供一种帆布的增强件,该增强件可以尽可能减小对帆布的外观和形态的影响。
按照本发明的一个方面,提供了一种增强有塑料涂层的帆布所用的结构件。该结构件包括经条和纬条,该经条和纬条形成网格。这些网格的最大尺寸为5~30cm,最好为5~25cm。这些最大尺寸最好适合于所保护的那种货物。这些网格的最适合尺寸约7~15cm比较好,例如约8~12cm,以便尽量减缓盗贼第一次穿过这种网格盗走货物的动作。
至少经条或纬条中的一种条(但是最好为经条和纬条两种条)由条形件构成,该条形件包括热塑性材料基体,该基体可粘接在帆布的塑料涂层上。
该条形件还包括两个或多个最好平行于条形件平面配置的细长金属件,以便充分地阻止刀子或剪刀的剪切作用。许多细长金属件既可使条形件达到要求的强度,又能同时使条形件保持薄的柔性特性。该条形件的横截面具有至少一个平的侧面,平均厚度从0.50~3.0mm,最好为0.50~2.00mm,横截面宽度为3~25mm,例如为5~25mm。这种平的横截面使得条形件仍然很薄,但同时又提供足够大的表面,以便于在帆布和结构件之间进行粘接。
可以利用粘合剂或焊接方法将构成经条的条形件连接于构成纬条的条形件上,在不需要将细长金属件彼此焊接在一起时,只用热塑性材料便可以进行充分连接。然而不排除将经条的一个或多个金属件焊接在纬条的一个或多个金属件上,或至少与其接触。焊接有成本高的缺点,但其优点是最后的结构件更牢固,而且可以用作附加安全装置的电路。
按照结构件的一个实施例,将构成纬线的条形件放置在构成经线的条形件的上面(或相反)。将这种结构件粘接在帆布上便形成这样一种帆布,这种帆布在整个长度粘接于帆布的那种条形件(纬条或经条)的方向具有相当柔性,而在与其它条形件的交点处不粘接在帆布上的那种条形件(纬条或经条)的方向则具有相当的刚性。
按照结构件的另一实施例,构成纬条的条形件交替地配置在构成经条的下面和上面。将这种结构件粘接在帆布上形成一种在经条和纬条方向均具有同等柔性的帆布。
用来增强条形件的金属件的种类也影响结构件的功能和柔性。高碳钢索(含碳量高于0.7%)的优点是具有相当的柔性,强度高,由于其波纹状的外表面而容易机械地粘接在条形件的基体材料上。这种钢索对刀子或切割具的作用造成很大的阻力。
钢索在断裂时具有很大的延伸性,例如在断裂时的延伸性超过5%,因而在钢索断开时必须吸收更大的能量。
在本发明的特定实施例中,钢索具有两个或多个彼此不同的扭转角。扭转角显著不同的优点是可以提高防戳穿的阻力。
钢索最好没有剩余扭力或其它张力,以便在将条形件加热焊接到帆布上时可以避免钢索发乱。
然而本发明人已经体验到,延性比高碳钢索大的金属件可以提高对剪刀或剪具作用的阻力,如果有延性的部件不粘接在基体材料上,该阻力还进一步增加。延性部件的例子是铜丝或低碳钢丝(碳含量低于0.4%),前者的优点是很适于用在电路上,后者经过热处理可进一步增加其延性。钢丝可以是圆钢丝或扁钢丝。
与钢索相比较,丝的表面更光滑,在机械上不太容易粘接在基体材料上。在对剪刀剪切作用的阻力方面,这种不粘接更多地是一种优点,而不是一种缺点。
与钢索相比,铜丝或钢丝的柔性较差,但对于相同的强度,钢丝较便宜,但柔性差。
货车用帆布可以分成两种类型,即帘式帆布和卷裹式帆布。帘式帆布可滑动地悬挂在水平轨道上,可以水平地滑到一侧,以打开帆布。帘式帆布要求在水平方向上有柔性。
卷裹式帆布可以垂直地卷裹起来以揭开帆布。卷裹式帆布要求在垂直方向有柔性。
可以在一个方向(帘式帆布的水平方向和卷裹式帆布的垂直方向)用柔性的金属件例如钢索增强条形件,而在另一个方向用有延性的但柔性较差的金属件例如金属丝增强条形件,由此可以获得本发明的结构件。
如上所述的本发明的结构件,其中构成纬条的条形件分别包括两个或多个细长的圆金属件,构成经条的条形件分别包括扁平的细长金属件。
也可以在一个条形件中合用各种金属件,从而使此条形件对刀子或切割具的切割作用形成很大的阻力,同时也对剪刀的剪切作用形成很好的阻力。
按照本发明的第二方面,提供一种用于增强有塑料涂层帆布的条形件。该条形件包括热塑性材料基体,该基体可以粘接在帆布的塑料涂层上。该条形件还包括两个或多个细长金属件。该条形件的横截面具有至少一个扁平侧面,其平均厚度为0.50~3.0mm(最好为2.0mm),横截面宽度为3~25mm。
热塑性材料最好与帆布的塑料涂层具有相同特性或最好具有同样的成分。帆布通常用柔性聚氯乙烯制作,但也可以用柔性的聚丙烯或聚乙烯,或甚至聚酯制作。
最好用4~20个金属件增强一个单一的条形件。
为了获得扁平的或保持在扁平形状的条形件,可以用单一的绞合索作金属件,在条形件中沿条形件横截面的宽度使Z形绞合索和S形绞合索交替排列,反之也一样。
在一个单一条形件中所有金属部件的断裂力最好大于2000N。

发明的优选实施例的说明
图1示出本发明第二方面的条形件10。条形件10包括聚氯乙烯基体材料12和10个4×0.175式的平行钢索14,即由四根钢丝,各钢丝直径为0.175mm组成的钢索。钢索的扭转节距是10mm。条形件的宽度W等于9.0mm,条形件的厚度T仅为0.80mm。
外侧左手和外侧右手钢索14可以省去,以便在条形件彼此焊接后有足够量的基体留在边缘上,或者外左手侧和外右手侧的金属件可以变成不受约束的,即在焊接操作之后不再由基体材料包围。
很明显,可以采用其它形式的钢索,例如,2×0.30、3×0.20、3×0.25、(2+2)×0.175、5×0.150或3×2×0.22钢索。
单一的金属丝例如直径约为0.50mm的圆钢丝或尺寸约0.70mm×0.30mm或约1.90mm×0.58mm的扁钢丝也适合作增强件。钢索最好不残存扭力和张力。钢索在绞合操作之后进行应力释放处理便可以实现这一点。
图2示出稍厚一点的另一种条形件10。其平均厚度是1.20mm,宽度是10mm。增强索14′和14″是2×0.30钢索,这种钢索由两根直径为0.3mm的单钢丝构成。Z形绞合的钢索14′和S形绞合的钢索14″沿条形件10的宽度交替排列。在挤压条形件期间已经施加较高的压力,这在钢索14′、14″之间的范围内造成凹部或厚部16。
很明显,可以装上适当的模具或梳具以避免这种凹部,或使得这种凹部正好位于钢索14′、14″的范围内而不是位于钢索14′和14″之间的范围。

将构成经条的条形件22沿其整个长度焊接在帆布上,使得构成纬条的同样增强条形件24只焊接在交叉点之间的部分帆布上,这导致帆布在形成经条的条形件22的方向上具有相当柔性,而在形成纬条的条形件24的方向上则具有相当的刚性。
这种具有柔性方向和刚性方向的增强帆布适合于作增强的帘式帆布和卷裹式帆布。
图4示出结构件20的实施例,该结构件在帆布的两个方向(在条形件22和24同样增强的条件下)上具有同等柔性。将构成经条的条形件22一上一下交替地穿过构成纬条的条形件24便可以达到这一点。这种增强的帆布适合于用作帐篷帆布。

将由此挤压的条形件焊接在一起,形成本发明第一方面的增强结构件。实验已经证明,如果在20~30帕压力和125℃的温度下焊接3min,则聚氯乙烯将流走而离开边缘,金属件将变得不受约束,即聚氯乙烯不再包围金属件。将焊接时间减少到1min,便可以得到很好的焊接,在边缘上便不再损失聚氯乙烯材料。
与现有技术的不锈钢织品比较,本发明第一方面的构件具有以下优点:
(a)构件成本低,因为组成的条形件可以用挤压法制造,该条形件容易彼此粘接;避免了复杂的编织操作;
(b)容易粘接在帆布上;还可以粘接在现有的帆布上;
(c)重量轻;作为一个例子,网格宽度10cm的结构件对于一个运输车的帆布仅增加30~60kg的重量(取决于条形件的厚度和宽度);
(d)如果结构件粘接在帆布的内侧,则不负面影响帆布的外观和样子;帆布的外侧仍可以漆成任何颜色,或加上任何宣传材料。

4.如权利要求1或2所述的结构件,其特征在于,构成纬条的条形件交替地位于构成经条的条形件的下面和上面。
5.如权利要求1所述的结构件,其特征在于,构成纬条的条形件分别包括两个或多个细长的圆金属件,构成经条的条形件分别包括扁平的细长金属件。
6.一种增强有塑料涂层帆布的条形件(10),上述条形件包括可粘接于帆布塑料涂层上的热塑性材料基体(16),上述条形件还包括两个或多个细长金属件(14),上述条形件的横截面平均厚度为0.50~3.0mm,横截面宽度为5~25mm。
7.如权利要求6所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述热塑性材料是聚氯乙烯。
8.如权利要求6所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述热塑性材料是柔性聚氯乙烯化合物。
9.如权利要求6~8中任一项所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述金属件是钢索(14)。
10.如权利要求9所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述钢索的延伸率在断裂时至少为5%。
11.如权利要求9或10所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述钢索是单丝绞合钢索;Z形绞合的钢索沿条形件横截面的宽度与S形绞合钢索交替地排列。
12.如权利要求9所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述钢索不存在残余扭力。
13.如权利要求6所述的条形件,其特征在于,所有上述金属件的断裂力至少为2000N。
14.如权利要求6~8中任一项所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述金属件是比高碳钢索更易于变形的部件。
15.如权利要求14所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述延性部件是铜丝或钢索。
16.如权利要求14所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述延性部件是低碳钢丝。
17.如权利要求6所述的条形件,其特征在于,上述条形件具有横向横截面,该横截面在金属件之间的区域表现为凹部。
18.如权利要求6所述的条形件,其特征在于,金属件的数目为4~20。
19.应用如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的结构件(20)作帆布的增强件。
20.应用如权利要求6~18中任一项所述的条形件(10)作帆布的增强件。
