本发明属于造纸技术领域,公开了一种水刺布的制备方法,进行梳理,梳理的材料为纤维或涤纶或PTA,成型;形成非织造布;放卷;加入木浆或棉花满铺或条铺8g‑100g;绒毛浆或棉花用粗粉碎机处理后再用精粉碎机处理,将绒毛浆或棉花用集纤机定量后,再经过送料风机输送到第成型区;通过成型区中的圆笼网旋转,使处理后的绒毛浆或棉花在负压风机的作用下满铺或条铺在成型网上面二次成型。本发明利用木浆或棉花,降低生产成本;并且容易降解;降低污染。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种水刺布的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:
一种无析出抗菌水刺布的制备和应用,包括如下制备步骤:
第一步、将一种或几种可溶性金属盐、可溶性稀土元素化合物配制成水溶 液,在超声空化过程中,分别滴加至有机络合溶剂体系中,形成稳定的油包水 体系;
第二步、将上述油包水体系在120-170℃反应釜中反应30-90min,冷却,离 心分离,滤去沉淀物,得到纳米抗菌乳液;
第三步、将纳米抗菌乳液按照5-10%质量比注入到水刺布张生产专用交联 剂中,搅拌均匀,形成纳米均相交联体系;
第四步、在水刺布张生产的抄造工序环节,按照一定比例用水稀释纳米均 相交联体系,以喷雾或喷淋方式先后喷洒在水刺布的正反面;
第五步、再将水刺布高温烘干,压光,落卷,最后得到具有抗菌功能的水 刺布。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:

本发明是这样实现的,一种水刺布的制备方法包括:
梳理,梳理的材料为纤维或涤纶或PTA,成型;
纤维或涤纶或PTA经过开包机、开松机、气压棉箱输送过来的团状纤维进 行进一步的混合并加工成束状纤维,再将束状纤维加工成单根纤维状,经梳理 机梳理成型铺网纤维网通过热轧机后,将纤维网进行局部熔融热轧,赋予了纤 维网一定的强力,形成非织造布;
放卷;
加入木浆或棉花满铺或条铺8g-100g;
用粗粉碎机处理后再用精粉碎机处理,将绒毛浆或棉花用集纤机定量后,再 经过送料风机输送到第成型区;通过成型区中的圆笼网旋转,使处理后的绒毛 浆或棉花在负压风机的作用下满铺或条铺在成型网上面二次成型。
进一步,所述二次成型后需进行:

收卷。

本发明产品是用以干法造纸技术和梳理工艺相互结合,发明了新型水刺布 (无尘纸)和PP水刺布(PP无尘纸),可增强拉力,减少粉尘。在卫生材料 领域使用中,可加快液体下渗速度,同时也加速液体扩散面积,大量降低表面 回渗量,保持卫生用品表层干爽舒适等。

纤维网通过热轧机后,将纤维网进行局部熔融热轧,赋予了纤维网一定的强力,形成非织造布;
放卷;
加入木浆或棉花满铺或条铺8g-100g;
绒毛浆或棉花用粗粉碎机处理后再用精粉碎机处理,将绒毛浆或棉花用集纤机定量后,再经过送料风机输送到第成型区;通过成型区中的圆笼网旋转,使处理后的绒毛浆或棉花在负压风机的作用下满铺或条铺洒在成型网上面二次成型。
6.如权利要求5所述PP水刺布的制备方法,其特征在于,二次成型后需进行:
水刺;
烘干;
收卷。
7.一种如权利要求5所述PP水刺布的制备方法制造的PP水刺布,其特征在于,PP水刺布为20g-150g/m2。
8.一种实现权利要求5所述PP水刺布的制备方法的PP水刺布制备装置。
