Abstract
本发明公开了一种微生物发酵饲料,由以下重量份的原料混合发酵而成:复合菌剂3~5份,发酵原料680~730份,能量原料275~325份,水350~400份,红糖1~2份;所述复合菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸糞肠球菌、植物乳酸菌、短小芽胞杆菌、丁酸梭菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌或干酪乳酸菌中的5~6种混合。通过复合发酵菌种对发酵原料及能量原料的发酵处理,使发酵原料中的粗纤维发生酶解,将发酵原料中动物难以利用的有机氮、无机氮转化成菌体蛋白质,将能量原料中动物不能吸收的高分子碳水化合物转化成可吸收的低分子碳水化合物。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料领域,具体涉及一种发酵饲料,特别涉及一种微生物发酵饲料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,长期以来,畜牧业发展主要是依靠粮食和牧草,这已成为广大农民根深蒂固的传统认识,特别是近几年来,以粮食为主要饲料的猪禽养殖业迅速发展,人畜争粮的矛盾日益尖锐,难以协调。然而,我国每年生产的6亿多吨农作物秸秆仅有20%左右被用作草食家畜的饲料,其余大部分被作为能源燃料或白白地焚烧掉弃之不用。自20世纪50年代以来,我国开始应用青贮和氨化处理技术,把作物秸秆作为牛、羊等大家畜的饲料,加大了秸秆的利用率。在广大农村除大力推广秸秆的氨化、碱化、青贮等技术外,还研究和开发应用了许多新技术,如利用新型高效秸秆生物饲料转化剂能将玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、稻草等秸秆所含的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素降解转化成家畜极喜欢吃的蛋白生物饲料,从而取代了部分粮食,有效地降低了饲料成本。
秸秆饲料粗纤维含量高,尤其是含有相当数量的木质素和硅酸盐,蛋白质含量很少,各种秸秆饲料的粗蛋白质含量均较低,粗灰分含量较高,秸秆中粗灰分含量一般均较高,秸秆不经任何处理,只是铡短饲喂家畜,虽然采食量有所提高,但消化率并不能提高,秸秆潜在的营养物质得不到充分利用,而且适口性较差,采食量也不很高,家畜的维持需要也难以满足。
发酵饲料是在人为控制条件下,以植物副产物为主要原料,通过有益菌的代谢作用,降解部分大分子蛋白质、脂肪和多糖等,生成活性小肽类氨基酸、有机酸等小分子营养物质和有益菌的混合产物。发酵饲料具有改善饲料适口性、提高饲料营养价值、营养更合理、生产成本较低和充分利用多种饲料原料的特点,研究开发潜力巨大,是当今安全无抗健康饲料发展的重要方向。发酵饲料的pH值一般在4 .5以下,含有大量的乳酸等有机酸、乳酸菌以及其他有益微生物,而发酵饲料中的有害微生物会被酸性环境以及其他抑菌物质抑制。
目前,生物发酵饲料的应用情况并不理想,应用效果欠佳,主要由于菌种落后,菌种选择不佳造成的,因此,选择合适的菌种,适用于更多种类原料的发酵,发酵后的饲料适口性更高,营养成分更丰富更易吸收,具有重要的应用意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种微生物发酵饲料,通过复合发酵菌种对发酵原料及能量原料的发酵处理,使发酵原料中的粗纤维发生酶解,将发酵原料中动物难以利用的有机氮、无机氮转化成菌体蛋白质,将能量原料中动物不能吸收的高分子碳水化合物转化成可吸收的低分子碳水化合物;本发明的另一目的在于提供该微生物发酵饲料的制备方法以及应用方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种微生物发酵饲料,由以下重量份的原料混合发酵而成:复合菌剂3~5份,发酵原料680~730份,能量原料275~325份,水350~400份,红糖1~2份;
所述复合菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸糞肠球菌、植物乳酸菌、短小芽胞杆菌、丁酸梭菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌或干酪乳酸菌中的5~6种混合。

所述能量原料为玉米粉、麦麸或米糠中的一种或者两种以上混合。
所述发酵原料为农作物秸秆粉、树叶杂草粉、瓜藤粉、水果渣、干蔗渣、谷壳粉、统糠、酒糟、啤酒糟、糖渣、醋渣、淀粉渣、木薯渣、柠檬酸渣、酱油渣、味精渣、食用菌渣、粉渣、***、药渣、油渣、油饼粕、糠麸、棉菜粕、霉变饲料、屠宰下脚料、泔水、剩饭菜或鸡粪中的一种或者两种以上混合。
本发明的更进一步改进方案为:
一种微生物发酵饲料的制备方法,按照上述重量份配比称取各原料备用;将发酵原料与能量原料混匀后粉碎,过1mm孔筛制成预发酵原料待用;将红糖与复合菌剂倒入水中,搅匀后活化1~6h,制得活化发酵液;将预发酵原料与活化发酵液混匀、压实、密封后厌氧发酵5~7天,即得微生物发酵饲料。
本发明的再进一步改进方案为:
一种微生物发酵饲料的应用,所述微生物发酵饲料部分或全部代替粗饲料用于猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡、肉鸭、蛋鸭、水产四大家鱼、鹅、牛或羊的直接饲喂。
本发明使用的枯草芽孢杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用。枯草芽孢杆菌迅速消耗肠道中的游离氧,造成肠道低氧,促进有益厌氧菌生长,间接抑制其它致病菌生长。刺激动物免疫器官的生长发育,激活T、B淋巴细胞,提高免疫球蛋白和抗体水平,增强细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高群体免疫力。枯草芽孢杆菌菌体自身合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等酶类,在消化道中与动物体内的消化酶类一同发挥作用。能合成维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸等多种B族维生素,提高动物体内干扰素和巨噬细胞的活性。枯草芽孢杆菌对特殊菌体进行促芽孢和微胶囊包被处理,在芽孢状态下稳定性好,能耐氧化;耐挤压;耐高温,能长期耐60°C高温,在120°C温度下能存活20分钟;耐酸碱,在酸性胃环境中能保持活性,可以耐唾液和胆汁的攻击,是微生物中可100%直达大小肠的活菌。
本发明使用的乳酸粪链球菌属于肠球菌中的一种,是兼性厌氧的乳酸菌,它不仅是人和动物肠道中常见的正常菌种,还用于改善食品、饲料的质量。乳酸粪链球菌相对于严格厌氧、培养保存条件苛刻的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌来说,它是便于生产和使用的首选菌种。1989年美国FDA就公布它为可直接用于动物的菌种之一。大量实验证明,由乳酸粪链球菌组成的益生素可提高幼年畜禽的体增重,改善饲料报酬,减少腹泻率,降低死亡率。另外,乳酸粪链球菌代谢产生有机酸、双乙酰、过氧化氢、细菌素等物质,这些物质具有抑制病原菌和腐败菌、提高免疫力、改善畜产品品质等生理功效。
本发明使用的植物乳杆菌具有很多的保健作用,如下:①有一定的免疫调节作用;②对致病菌有抑制作用;③降低血清胆固醇含量和预防心血管疾病;④维持肠道内菌群平衡;⑤促进营养物质吸收;⑥缓解乳糖不耐症;⑦抑制肿瘤细胞的形成等。
本发明使用的短小芽孢杆菌降解非淀粉多糖,提高饲料利用率,促进饲料中营养物质的消化吸收;增强动物的免疫功能,提高动物的抗应激能力;提高日增重,降低料肉比;无污染,无残留,生物环保。
本发明使用的丁酸梭菌做为饲料添加剂在饲料中应用,在动物肠道内可体现五大生物特性:一是促进动物肠道有益菌群(双歧杆菌, 乳酸杆菌)的增殖和发育,抑制肠道内有害菌和腐败菌的生长、繁殖,纠正肠道菌群紊乱,减少肠毒素的发生;二是在动物肠道内能产生B 族维生素、维生素K、淀粉酶等物质,具有保健作用;三是丁酸梭菌的主要代谢产物丁酸是肠道上皮组织细胞的再生和修复主要营养物质;四是厌氧或者兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌,不受胃酸、胆汁酸等影响;五是对多种饲用抗生素有较强的耐受性, 可配伍使用。丁酸梭菌作为新饲料添加剂的使用,对于减少当前饲料中抗生素产品的滥用、减少药物在肉品中的残留、降低动物细菌的耐药性和保障动物健康方面有着重要的意义。
本发明使用的巨大芽孢杆菌可以用来解磷固钾,巨大芽孢杆菌具有很好的降解土壤中有机磷的功效,是生产发酵饲料及生物有机肥的常用菌种,也是制作水体处理剂的常用菌种,将它用于饲料中上对提高饲料发酵增香效果独特。
本发明使用的解淀粉芽孢对饲料中的霉菌、农药残留等有很好的降解作用。
本发明使用的干酪乳杆菌作为益生菌的一种,能够耐受有机体的防御机制,其中包括口腔中的酶、胃液中低PH值和小肠的胆汁酸等。所以干酪乳杆菌进入动物体后可以在肠道内大量存活,起到调节肠内菌群平衡、促进人体消化吸收等作用。同时,干酪乳杆菌具有高效降血压、降胆固醇,促进细胞***,产生抗体免疫,增强免疫及预防疾病等功能;还具有缓解乳糖不耐症、过敏等益生保健作用。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明使用复合活菌对发酵原料及能量原料的发酵处理,使发酵原料中的粗纤维发生酶解,将发酵原料中动物难以利用的有机氮、无机氮转化成菌体蛋白质,将能量原料中动物不能吸收的高分子碳水化合物转化成可吸收的低分子碳水化合物,多种微生物活菌在发酵中能产生大量蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、纤维素分解酶,B族维生素和A、D维生素;多种微生物活菌在动物体内建立微生态平衡,增强了免疫力。
本发明发酵过程中分泌与合成的大量活菌、蛋白质、氨基酸、各种生化酶、促生长因子等营养与激素类物质,能调整和提高动物机体各器官功能,提高饲料转化率,对动物产生免疫、营养、生长刺激等多种作用,达到防病治病、提高成活率、促进生长和繁殖、降低成本、消除粪尿臭味、净化环境、增产增收等效果。

将发酵原料与能量原料混匀后粉碎,过1mm孔筛制成预发酵原料待用;将红糖与复合菌剂倒入水中,搅匀后活化1~6h,制得活化发酵液;将预发酵原料与活化发酵液混匀、压实、密封后厌氧发酵5~7天,即得微生物发酵饲料。

水产四大家鱼:10-30%;
鹅、牛、羊:部分或全部代替粗饲料。
综上,发酵过程中分泌与合成的大量活菌、蛋白质、氨基酸、各种生化酶、促生长因子等营养与激素类物质,能调整和提高动物机体各器官功能,提高饲料转化率,对动物产生免疫、营养、生长刺激等多种作用,达到防病治病、提高成活率、促进生长和繁殖、降低成本、消除粪尿臭味、净化环境、增产增收等效果。饲喂三天肉眼可见明显效果。

其特征在于,所述复合菌剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸糞肠球菌、植物乳酸菌、短小芽胞杆菌、丁酸梭菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌或干酪乳酸菌中的5~6种混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物发酵饲料,其特征在于:所述能量原料为玉米粉、麦麸或米糠中的一种或者两种以上混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物发酵饲料,其特征在于:所述发酵原料为农作物秸秆粉、树叶杂草粉、瓜藤粉、水果渣、干蔗渣、谷壳粉、统糠、酒糟、啤酒糟、糖渣、醋渣、淀粉渣、木薯渣、柠檬酸渣、酱油渣、味精渣、食用菌渣、粉渣、***、药渣、油渣、油饼粕、糠麸、棉菜粕、霉变饲料、屠宰下脚料、泔水、剩饭菜或鸡粪中的一种或者两种以上混合。
4.制备权利要求1所述一种微生物发酵饲料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按照权利要求1所述重量份配比称取各原料备用;将发酵原料与能量原料混匀后粉碎,过1mm孔筛制成预发酵原料待用;将红糖与复合菌剂倒入水中,搅匀后活化1~6h,制得活化发酵液;将预发酵原料与活化发酵液混匀、压实、密封后厌氧发酵5~7天,即得微生物发酵饲料。
5.权利要求4制得的一种微生物发酵饲料的应用,其特征在于,所述微生物发酵饲料部分或全部代替粗饲料用于猪、肉鸡、蛋鸡、肉鸭、蛋鸭、水产四大家鱼、鹅、牛或羊的直接饲喂。
