6.一种一体发泡成型的多功能凳子加工方法,所述加工方法使用如权利要求4所述的加工装置,包括以下步骤:
S1,造粒:按比例称取EVA树脂、橡胶、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂和交联剂;将称取后的发泡剂、填充剂、发泡促进剂、润滑剂、交联剂、阻燃剂和抗菌剂放入搅拌机中混拌均匀,加入密炼机中反复搅拌,密炼形成发泡颗粒;
S2,放料:将指定料量的发泡颗粒放入模具;
S3,合模:将上模与下模合模;
S4,模具加温:加热放入原料料粒后的模具,加热温度控制在100-200℃之间,加热时间控制在100-5000s;
S5,发泡:放料完毕后,发泡成型,发泡成型时间控制在100-5000s;
S6,开模取出产品:当达到发泡成型时间后,开模,取出产品定型。
