本申请公开了一种环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,所述环保发泡垫体使用的原料包括PVC粉、可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂,原料的质量配比为:PVC粉70‑90份;可塑剂50‑80份;轻质碳酸钙15‑35份;竹粉5‑25粉;稳定剂2‑4份;发泡剂2‑5份;原料混料后发泡形成整片式发泡垫体,再以模具热压成型和裁切得成品环保发泡垫体。该环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,加入竹粉,使得制成的环保发泡垫体自带竹香,提升产品品质,同时,竹粉兼具活性炭之功效,使得环保发泡垫体具有防腐、吸湿、防霉菌及祛除异味等优点。

一种环保发泡垫体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及发泡垫领域,特别是涉及一种环保发泡垫体及其制造方法。
背景技术
泡沫塑料是由大量气体微孔分散于固体塑料中而形成的一类高分子材料,具有质轻、隔热、吸音、减震等特性。用途十分广泛,例如瑜伽垫等,瑜伽垫表面颗粒均匀,气泡饱满,手感柔软,具有很强的抗撕拉能力,是瑜伽练习者的理想选择,大多PVC发泡的垫子因为工艺和成本的原因还是有些味道的,影响使用者的感受;另外,瑜伽垫长期与人体接触,容易被汗水等污染,造成后续发霉等情况的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种成本低,生产效率高的环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,解决传统工艺所生产的发泡垫有异味等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请公开了一种环保发泡垫体,所述环保发泡垫体使用的原料包括PVC粉、可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂,原料的质量配比为:
PVC粉70-90份;
可塑剂50-80份;
轻质碳酸钙15-35份;
竹粉5-25粉;
稳定剂2-4份;
发泡剂2-5份。
优选的,在上述的环保发泡垫体中,所述PVC粉为PVC树脂、PVC乳化粉、PVC共聚树脂中一种或几种。
优选的,在上述的环保发泡垫体中,所述可塑剂为DOTP。
优选的,在上述的环保发泡垫体中,所述稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合稳定剂。
本申请还公开了一种环保发泡垫体的制造方法,
所述的制造方法包括以下步骤:
1)、混料
将按照重量份配比的PVC粉、可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂注入混合装置,并搅拌均匀,形成液态浆料;
2)、静置
将所述液态浆料投入料桶内,并在常温下静置6-10H;
3)、涂布
将静置后的液态浆料均匀涂布于输送皮带上,并形成预定厚度的浆料层;
4)、发泡
浆料层先通过第一温度区域预热3-10min,预热后的浆料层通过第二温度区域加热20-30min,完成发泡,并生成整片式发泡垫体;
5)成型
利用成型模具热压整片式发泡垫体,在整片式发泡垫体表面成型出所需的轮廓造型与表面纹路,而后裁切成型即可。
优选的,在上述的环保发泡垫体的制造方法中,第一温度区域的温度范围为80~90℃,所述第二温度区域的温度范围为185~200℃。
与现有技术相比,该环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,在原料中加入竹粉,使得制成的环保发泡垫体自带竹香,提升产品品质,改善使用体验效果,同时,竹粉兼具活性炭之功效,使得环保发泡垫体具有防腐、吸湿、防霉菌及祛除异味等优点。

本发明通过下列实施例作进一步说明:根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的具体的物料比、工艺条件及其结果仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例一
原料的质量配比为:PVC树脂70份;DOTP可塑剂50份;轻质碳酸钙15份;竹粉5粉;稳定剂2份;发泡剂2份。
实施例二
原料的质量配比为:PVC树脂80份;DOTP可塑剂70份;轻质碳酸钙25份;竹粉15粉;稳定剂3份;发泡剂3份。
实施例三
原料的质量配比为:PVC树脂90份;DOTP可塑剂80份;轻质碳酸钙35份;竹粉25粉;稳定剂4份;发泡剂5份。
对应环保发泡垫体的制造方法包括以下步骤:
1)、混料
将按照重量份配比的聚氯乙烯(简称PVC)粉、DOTP可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂注入混合装置,并搅拌均匀,形成液态浆料,混合装置可选用现有带搅拌功能的反应釜;
2)、静置
将所述液态浆料投入料桶内,并在常温下静置8H,使得该液态浆料产生预发泡作用,利于后续气泡可持续成长,改善发泡效果;
3)、涂布
将静置后的液态浆料均匀涂布于输送皮带上,并形成预定厚度的浆料层,涂布机和输送皮带利用现有技术中的常规结构即可;
4)、发泡
浆料层先通过80~90℃的第一温度区域预热3-10min,预热后的浆料层通过185~200℃第二温度区域加热20-30min,完成发泡,并生成整片式发泡垫体,分段式加热,改善发泡效果,第一温度区域和第二温度区域通过不同的烘箱实现,亦可通过同一烘箱分时控制或分区域控制实现;
5)成型
利用成型模具热压整片式发泡垫体,在整片式发泡垫体表面成型出所需的轮廓造型与表面纹路,而后裁切成型即可。
综上所述,该环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,在原料中加入竹粉,使得制成的环保发泡垫体自带竹香,提升产品品质,同时,竹粉兼具活性炭之功效,使得环保发泡垫体具有防腐、吸湿、防霉菌及祛除异味等优点。

1.一种环保发泡垫体,其特征在于,所述环保发泡垫体使用的原料包括PVC粉、可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂,原料的质量配比为:
PVC粉70-90份;
可塑剂50-80份;
轻质碳酸钙15-35份;
竹粉5-25粉;
稳定剂2-4份;
发泡剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述PVC粉为PVC树脂、PVC乳化粉、PVC共聚树脂中一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述可塑剂为DOTP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保发泡垫体及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为粉体钙锌复合稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的环保发泡垫体的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的制造方法包括以下步骤:
1)、混料
将按照重量份配比的PVC粉、可塑剂、轻质碳酸钙、竹粉、稳定剂及发泡剂注入混合装置,并搅拌均匀,形成液态浆料;
2)、静置
将所述液态浆料投入料桶内,并在常温下静置6-10H;
3)、涂布
将静置后的液态浆料均匀涂布于输送皮带上,并形成预定厚度的浆料层;
4)、发泡
浆料层先通过第一温度区域预热3-10min,预热后的浆料层通过第二温度区域加热20-30min,完成发泡,并生成整片式发泡垫体;
5)成型
利用成型模具热压整片式发泡垫体,在整片式发泡垫体表面成型出所需的轮廓造型与表面纹路,而后裁切成型即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保发泡垫体的制造方法,其特征在于:第一温度区域的温度范围为80~90℃,所述第二温度区域的温度范围为185~200℃。
