The primary authentication module can inquire record information such as the violation operation record of the test user based on the user identity information and the third-party historical record data information. The operation style of the user can be judged based on the information such as the number of violations of the test user, and the operation authority given to different limiting conditions is determined. Therefore, the personalized operation condition is determined according to the actual information of the user, and the aim of protecting and testing the safety of the user and/or other people's lives and properties is further fulfilled. For example, when the reservation equipment is a car, the called user violation data shows that the average year violation deduction of the user is 0-6 points as the primary authority, the year violation deduction is 6-12 points as the secondary authority, the violation deduction appearing in the last two years is 12 points as the tertiary authority, and the serious hit-cause or hit-cause escape appears as the quaternary authority. And the authority limit module of the vehicle corresponding to the primary authority does not perform secondary speed limit control on the vehicle. And the authority limit module of the vehicle corresponding to the secondary authority limits the vehicle for the second time, and controls the vehicle speed to be 90 kilometers per hour at most. According to a preferred embodiment, the permission level assessment step further includes performing secondary authentication on the test object, where the secondary authentication is performed during a waiting time period when the first authentication module queries history information from a history database provided by a third party, the second authentication module sets a natural language according to the identity information of the test object, tests the current state of the test object as a second risk assessment parameter in a voice and/or video interaction manner by using the natural language, and sends the second risk assessment parameter to the permission limitation module. The natural language can be Chinese, English, French and other languages.
Further, when the reservation equipment is an automobile, the second authentication module can test the current psychological state of the user, so that the user is prevented from obtaining high-authority operation qualification under the conditions that the user has an equipment operation qualification certificate or a driving qualification certificate and has good equipment operation record or driving history record, but the current psychological state is not suitable for operating the equipment or driving. The permission restriction module may grant authorization for operating permissions for different restrictions based on the second risk assessment parameter generated by the test. Thereby further protecting the safety of the equipment operation object and/or the lives and properties of third parties. For example, if the result of the second authentication module performing the psychological condition test on the user indicates that the current emotion of the user is positive and optimistic, the risk assessment parameter of the current user is set as one level. And if the psychological condition test result of the user shows that the current emotion of the user is calm, setting the risk assessment parameter of the current user as second level. And if the psychological condition test result of the user shows that the current emotion of the user is negative, determining the risk assessment parameter of the current user to be three levels. And if the psychological condition test result of the user shows that the current emotion of the user is violent, setting the risk assessment parameter of the current user to be four levels. And meanwhile, the authority limit module corresponding to the second risk assessment parameters at each level limits the speed of the vehicle at the level corresponding to the first risk assessment parameters at the corresponding level. That is, for example, the second risk assessment parameter is that the first level corresponds to the first level of authority, that is, the authority limit module of the vehicle corresponding to the first level of authority does not perform secondary speed limit control on the vehicle.

For example, when the test terminal detects that a vehicle approaches at a high speed, the test terminal controls the acceleration unit to accelerate or controls the steering control unit to move on the way to avoid the coming vehicle.

Example 1
Take the test scheme stored in the cloud server as an example. The cloud server stores a plurality of test schemes, wherein the test schemes at least comprise a driving skill test for completing a driving ability test of a user, a physiological test for completing a physiological condition monitoring of the user and a psychological test for completing a psychological state acquisition of the user. The testing end can complete the setting of the driving authority of the user based on the driving skill testing result, the physiological testing result and the psychological testing result of the testing user.
The driving skill test, the physiological test and the psychological test are stored in the cloud server in a grading mode, namely a test scheme with multiple steps with high difficulty is set for high-risk users, and a test scheme with a few steps with low difficulty is set for low-risk users. According to a preferred embodiment, the test scheme is determined based on a large number of test sample data satisfying a normal distribution, thereby ensuring the validity of the test scheme selection.
The driving skill test comprises the step of finishing the processing of the randomly selected driving event based on the current user risk level to simulate driving within a preset time period. The driving events comprise driving events such as lane changing and overtaking, passing through a crossroad, passing through a school road section, encountering rain and snow weather and the like. According to a preferred embodiment, when the user risk level is a higher risk, the driving skill testing scheme will pick more complex driving events within a preset time for achieving the current user's simulated driving. When the user risk level is a low risk level user, the driving skill testing scheme randomly selects preset driving events in preset time to realize the current used simulated driving, and meanwhile, when the low risk user has operation errors or mistakes exceeding a preset number in the process of completing the test, the risk level of the user is automatically set to be a high risk level, the current testing scheme is switched, the testing scheme is switched to be a high risk testing scheme, and the driving ability test is continuously completed.
The physiological test protocol may include a visual retention test item, an attention diversion test item, a hearing test item, a reaction test item, a spatial perception test item, an attention allocation test item, a motion perception test item, and the like. Wherein, each test item comprises a plurality of small tests such as mental arithmetic, direction selection, vehicle speed induction and the like. According to a preferred embodiment, when an emergency occurs, the driver's physiology may change significantly, such as accelerated heart rate, increased blood pressure, vasodilation and contraction, increased sweat glands. In this case, the driver is in a highly stressed state, and due to the consideration of a very short time, it is easy to cause a non-operation or a misoperation, resulting in a serious accident. Therefore, the emergency response capability should be used as one of the indexes for evaluating the driving suitability of the automobile driver, and the emergency response capability of the driver can be detected by simulating the emergency situation through different signal stimuli, for example, the stimulus signals include three series of shape stimulus signals, color stimulus signals and sound stimulus signals. Each type of signal comprises three forms, wherein the shape stimulation signals are respectively circular, forked and triangular, the color stimulation signals are respectively red, yellow and green, and the sound stimulation signals are respectively short treble, long treble and long bass. Wherein the shape stimulus signal and the color stimulus signal will randomly appear at six locations of the display unit and the sound stimulus signal is transmitted to the test user through the headphones. There are 9 buttons corresponding to 9 kinds of stimulus signals on the operation response keyboard. After receiving the stimulation signal, the test user presses the key corresponding to the stimulation signal as quickly and accurately as possible, if the examinee cannot make an operation reaction within a fixed time limit after the stimulation signal appears, the lower left corner of the display screen will display a 'key press' information prompt, and meanwhile, the earphone will transmit a 'key press' sound prompt. If the test user makes an incorrect operation response, the test end will not transmit the next stimulation signal until the test user makes a correct operation response. During the test, if the test user has no operation beyond the fixed limit time, the test user applies time pressure to the visual or sound stimulation to force the test user to operate, and the test user is required to enter the next test after the operation response is correct. And the types of the stimulation signals and the types of each type are increased, the difficulty of operation selection of a test user is increased, a nervous atmosphere is created, and an emergency situation is simulated.
According to a preferred embodiment, the speed sensing is measured by displaying a car running at a constant speed on the testing end, after a few seconds, the car is hidden behind a gray graph, a terminal point two character is marked at a position not far in front of the car, and a tester needs to estimate when the hidden car is overlapped with the terminal point position and confirms according to own judgment, so that the speed sensing test is completed.
The psychological test comprises the step of completing the tests of emotional intensity, tension, quick sensitivity and complexity of the user through an objective question selection mode, so that the current psychological state of the user is evaluated.
According to a preferred embodiment, after the test user boards the vehicle, the test user firstly classifies the identity and past driving record query, and then the test end requests a matched test scheme from the cloud server. Meanwhile, in the process of completing the test, if the test user shows the characteristics obviously not conforming to the low risk level, the test is upgraded.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art can devise various solutions in light of the present disclosure, which fall within the scope of the present disclosure and the protection scope of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and figures are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A method for secure management of a shared device, the method comprising at least:
an operation authority level assessment step, wherein the operation authority level assessment step at least comprises primary authentication aiming at a test object and completes the operation authority level assessment of the test object based on an authentication result;
the primary authentication is that the first authentication module sends a query request to a history record database remotely accessed by at least one independent third party based on the identity information of the test object, the query request is used for acquiring the history data of the test object to serve as a first risk assessment parameter of the reserved equipment, and the first risk assessment parameter and the identity information of the test object are sent to an authority limit module integrated in the reserved equipment;
the permission limiting module is used for realizing the risk level evaluation of the test object based on the first risk evaluation parameter and the identity information of the test object and determining the driving permission range of the test object during the use of the reservation equipment based on the risk level;
the method further comprises at least a testing step,
the testing step comprises the steps that a class of users finish the simulated driving of the automobile based on the road condition information displayed by the testing terminal, so as to finish the driving capability test and the vehicle condition test;
the testing step comprises the steps that three types of users finish the simulated driving of the automobile based on the road condition information displayed by the testing terminal, so that the vehicle condition testing is finished;
the first class of users are users whose current vehicle operators are consistent with registered users, and the third class of users are users whose current vehicle operators are inconsistent with registered users and belong to wanted objects of the ministry of public security.
2. The method for security management of a shared device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s105: the method comprises the steps of identity confirmation, wherein the identity confirmation step is to acquire face information and/or fingerprint information of a user through a vehicle-mounted test terminal and complete comparison with user registration information; when the comparison result shows that the registered user and the current vehicle operator are the same person, identity information confirmation is completed and the registered user and the current vehicle operator are set as a class of users; when the comparison result shows that the registered user and the current vehicle operator are different objects, the user identity confirmation is completed based on the collected face information and/or fingerprint information of the current operating user and the called third-party data information, the user identity confirmation is set as a second-class or third-class user, the test terminal sends out warning information to the second-class user to prompt the second-class user to be in violation operation, and the driving is finished;
s106: and testing, namely testing an operator of which the identity confirmation result is a first-class user or a third-class user aiming at the identity confirmation result, wherein the testing step comprises the steps that the testing terminal calls a testing scheme based on the user type and controls the reserved automobile to enter a testing mode, the testing terminal is connected with an OBD interface of the reserved automobile in a wired connection mode so as to intervene, the CAN bus of the reserved automobile realizes the reading of the control data and/or the state information of each control unit of the reserved automobile, so that the simulated driving based on the testing scheme is realized, and the testing and the driving qualification authorization are completed.
3. The security management method of a sharing device according to claim 2, wherein the second class of users are current vehicle operators who are inconsistent with registered users and do not belong to wanted objects of the ministry of public security;
the testing terminal locks the door and window switches of the three types of users operating vehicles under the condition that the operating personnel are confirmed to be the three types of users, completes the alarm operation to the public security department through the cloud server, and sends the personal information of the three types of users, the brand numbers, the body colors and the current position information of the vehicles of the three types of users to the public security department.
4. The security management method of a shared device according to claim 3,
in the test step, the reserved automobile enters a test mode, and the test terminal is connected with a brake control unit, an acceleration control unit and a direction control unit of the reserved automobile, so that a vehicle operation signal generated in the vehicle test process is acquired by the test terminal, and the actual driving action of the vehicle is not generated;
the one-class user or the three-class user controls the vehicle to perform operations including acceleration, deceleration and direction change based on the road condition information played by the test terminal, the test terminal actively or passively acquires control data and/or state information of the brake control unit, the acceleration control unit and the direction control unit through a CAN bus and an OBD interface, and the test terminal completes driving qualification authorization based on timeliness and/or correctness of a reaction action of a test object.
5. The method for security management of a shared device according to claim 4,
in the test process, a tester completes the vehicle condition test of the reserved vehicle based on the sensitivity and the correctness of the reaction action of the reserved vehicle in the test process and selects to accept the driving qualification authorization or reject the driving qualification authorization based on the vehicle condition test result;
the test terminal collects vehicle condition test result information fed back by the tester, sends the test result information and data generated in the test process as abnormal records to the cloud server, and the cloud server and/or a third party object finish judgment of the reserved vehicle condition information.
6. The method for security management of a shared device according to claim 5, further comprising the steps of:
s101: user registration, wherein the user registration comprises the uploading of user personal information and the confirmation of a personal account;
s102: the vehicle reservation, wherein the vehicle reservation process comprises real-time vehicle reservation and scheduled vehicle reservation, and the vehicle reservation step is that the user completes vehicle reservation through a personal client based on time factors and/or geographic factors and/or information factors of the vehicle to be reserved;
s103: identity initial checking; the identity initial check means that the user reaches the corresponding vehicle position based on the appointed vehicle information displayed on the client side and the matching between the user and the vehicle is completed through the client side and the two-dimensional code information on the vehicle body, so that the identity initial check process is realized; the user can also quickly find the reserved vehicle based on the model information, the color information and the license plate information of the reserved vehicle displayed by the client;
s104: the method comprises the steps of vehicle starting, wherein a client side sends a vehicle unlocking command to a cloud server based on user identity initial verification success information, the vehicle completes starting key unlocking based on the vehicle unlocking command of the cloud server, and the user controls a vehicle starting key to start the vehicle;
s107: the driving maneuver step, the test terminal completes mode switching from the test mode to the driving mode based on the driving qualification authorization information of the first class of users, and simultaneously starts the real-time monitoring mode until the driving is finished when the first class of users reach the destination;
the real-time monitoring mode comprises the steps that the test terminal acquires data information of a steering control unit, a braking control unit and an acceleration control unit through an OBD interface, so that the driving state of a user is monitored, and warning feedback is carried out on illegal operation of the user;
in the driving maneuvering step, the test terminal monitors scenes inside and outside the vehicle in real time based on the imaging device, and when the current driving vehicle is in a preset scene, the driving authority is taken over or a driving user is assisted to brake, accelerate and stop at the side.
7. The security management method of the sharing device according to claim 6, wherein the user registration process is that the user uploads user identity document information and driving document information to a cloud server based on a client, the cloud server completes authentication of the user identity document and driving document information based on the called third-party data, and determines that the user personal account is simultaneously fed back to the user based on an authentication result.

The safety management method for the sharing device according to claim 7, wherein the real-time car booking in the vehicle booking step comprises the step that the user completes the real-time car booking based on a vehicle to be booked displayed on a map on a personal client, or the user completes the real-time car booking based on two-dimension code information on a client scanning idle vehicle;
and in the vehicle reservation step, the vehicle reservation is realized by completing information retrieval of the vehicle to be reserved for the user based on time factors and/or geographic factors and realizing the vehicle reservation based on the retrieval result.
9. A security management system for shared devices, the system at least comprises a first authentication module, an authority limit module and a test terminal,
the first authentication module and the permission limiting module are configured to execute an operation permission level assessment step, wherein the operation permission level assessment step at least comprises primary authentication on a test object, and the operation permission level assessment of the test object is completed based on an authentication result;
the primary authentication is that the first authentication module sends a query request to a history record database remotely accessed by at least one independent third party based on the identity information of the test object, the query request is used for acquiring the history data of the test object to serve as a first risk assessment parameter of the reserved equipment, and the first risk assessment parameter and the identity information of the test object are sent to an authority limit module integrated in the reserved equipment;
the permission limiting module is used for realizing the risk level evaluation of the test object based on the first risk evaluation parameter and the identity information of the test object and determining the driving permission range of the test object during the use of the reservation equipment based on the risk level;
the test terminal is configured to perform the following test steps:
the testing step comprises:
one class of users completes the simulated driving of the automobile based on the road condition information displayed by the test terminal, thereby completing the driving capability test and the vehicle condition test;
the three types of users finish the simulated driving of the automobile based on the road condition information displayed by the test terminal, so as to finish the vehicle condition test;
the first class of users are users whose current vehicle operators are consistent with registered users, and the third class of users are users whose current vehicle operators are inconsistent with registered users and belong to wanted objects of the ministry of public security.
10. The security management system of a shared device according to claim 9,
the testing step further comprises:
