(581) When the current location of the vehicle is not a possible violation location, the vehicle is parked.

(573) Vehicle current data is provided.

Claims (17)

1. Method for generating a guide path for at least one vehicle, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(A) Providing current location information of the vehicle;
(B) Judging whether the current vehicle position is within the range of the violation position;
(C) Providing a solution when the current vehicle location is within the range of the violation location; and
(D) When the current vehicle position is not in the range of the violation position, planning and generating at least one guide path; the planning and generating at least one guide path includes: acquiring personal violation information and destination information, and planning and generating the at least one guide path based on the destination information and the personal violation information; the guide path is as follows: the person may have the fewest violations, shortest travel time, and shortest distance traveled to reach the destination;
further comprising:
receiving a request of a personal violation map, and if the identity information of the user passes verification, generating the personal violation map according to the personal violation information and the map information;
generating a map for predicting the violation behavior based on the map information of the current position of the vehicle and the path of the destination, the violation information of the path of the current position of the vehicle and the destination and the analysis result of the personal violation behavior; the personal violation analysis result comprises: type of violation, time of violation, and location of violation;
and outputting the personal violation map and the predicted violation map so as to display the personal violation map and the predicted violation map on a vehicle machine or a terminal of the user.
2. The method for generating a guidance route according to claim 1, wherein the following step is further included between the step (a) and the step (B): at least one violation map is formed.
3. The generation method of the guidance path according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of: and searching violation information according to the current position information of the vehicle, and acquiring the violation information based on the current position.
4. A method of generating a guide path according to claim 3, further comprising the steps of: and acquiring the map information of the current position of the vehicle.
5. The generation method of the guidance path according to claim 1, wherein the step (C) further comprises the steps of: vehicle state information is provided.
6. The generation method of the guidance path according to claim 1, wherein the step (C) further comprises the steps of: and prompting the violation type.
7. The method for generating a guidance route according to claim 1, wherein the step (D) is followed by the step of: and after the vehicle arrives at the destination, judging whether the parking position is a illegal parking position.
8. The method for generating a guide route according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of: and when the parking position is the illegal parking position, guiding the vehicle to the non-illegal parking position.
9. The method for generating a guide route according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of: and when the parking position is not the illegal parking position, parking.
10. Method for generating a guiding route for at least one vehicle, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(a) According to the current position information and the destination information of the vehicle;
(b) Acquiring the individual driving habits;
(c) Generating at least one travel path;
(d) Respectively acquiring violation information of each driving path according to each driving path;
(e) Acquiring the personal violation information; and
(f) Forming at least one guide path;
further comprising:
receiving a request of a personal violation map, and if the identity information of the user passes verification, generating the personal violation map according to the personal violation information and the map information;
generating a map for predicting the violation behavior based on the map information of the current position of the vehicle and the path of the destination, the violation information of the path of the current position of the vehicle and the destination and the analysis result of the personal violation behavior; the personal violation analysis result comprises: type of violation, time of violation, and location of violation;
and outputting the personal violation map and the predicted violation map so as to display the personal violation map and the predicted violation map on a vehicle machine or a terminal of the user.
11. The method for generating a guidance route according to claim 10, wherein the step (f) is followed by the step of:
(g) Detecting whether the current position of the vehicle is a possible violation position;
(h) Providing a violation solution when the current location of the vehicle is a likely location of a violation; and
(i) When the current location of the vehicle is not a possible violation location, the vehicle is parked.
12. The generation method of the guidance path according to claim 11, wherein the step (h) further comprises the steps of: prompting the type of possible violation; and providing vehicle current data.
13. The method of generating a guide route according to claim 10, wherein the step (d) further comprises the steps of: and acquiring violation information of each running path within a preset time range according to each running path.
14. The method of generating a guide route according to claim 10, wherein the step (d) further comprises the steps of: and acquiring violation information of each running path in a preset range of each running path according to each running path.
15. The method of generating a guide route according to claim 10, wherein the step (f) further comprises the steps of: the violation information for the travel path is compared to the individual violation information for the user.
16. The method of generating a guide route according to claim 10, wherein the step (f) further comprises the steps of: and judging whether the violation information of each driving path contains the personal violation type of the user.

The method of generating a guide route according to claim 16, wherein the step (f) further comprises the steps of: and when the violation information of each driving path contains the personal violation type of the user, judging the occurrence frequency of the personal violation type of the user of each driving path, and providing the driving path with the lowest frequency.
