Abstract
本发明涉及一种冷轧带状轧件的设备,此设备有
一个设在两个卷取或展开的卷取机之间的可逆式轧
机机架。这类单轧机机架的可逆式轧机机列每年可
将约450000吨热轧带轧制为冷轧带。为了能每年
轧制出约700000吨冷轧带,本发明建议在可逆式轧
机机架的轧制线上设第二个可逆式轧机机架,并为了
进行轧制过程,这两个轧机机架可相应于前后相继的
道次进行调整。
Description
本发明涉及一种冷轧带状轧件的设备,它有一个设在两个可逆式卷取机之间的可逆式轧机机架,并有一个从其上放出料带的卷料机。
众所周知,这类单轧机机架的可逆式轧机机列用于冷轧带状轧件。利用这种单轧机式可逆轧机机列可冷轧热轧带每年约450000吨。若钢厂有较大的热轧带产量,则迄今冷轧不能超过每年约450000吨热轧带,或必须配备第二个单轧机式可逆轧机机列。
还已知另一种可能性,即装设多轧机式串列轧机机列,例如四轧机式或五轧机式,但只有产量大于每年1百万吨时才是经济的。
在产量约为700000吨/年的所谓“小型钢厂中”,从经济性考虑,采用四轧机式串列轧机机列来冷轧钢带是不值得的。然而用于冷轧钢带的单轧机式可逆轧机机列,又不足以将“小型钢厂”的全部产量轧制成冷轧带。
在“小型钢厂”中采用两个单轧机式可逆轧机机列的方案使成本提高,因为这两个机列工作量不饱满,而且必须要有较高的设备运行费用,这两个机列所需占用的场地亦较大。
与多轧机式设备相比,单轧机式可逆轧机机列的另一个缺点是,在最后一个道次中看来不可能使用拉毛的轧辊。
本发明的目的是提出一种冷轧轧机机列,用于轧制多品种的带状轧件,它具有年设计生产能力约为700000吨的冷轧带,因此用于“小型钢厂”是最理想的,也就是说其生产能力介于一个可逆式轧机机列与一个串列式轧机机列之间。
上述目的是这样实现的:冷轧带状轧件的设备具有一个设在两个可逆式卷取机之间的可逆式轧机机架,以及有一个可由其展开带材的开卷机,其特征为:在可逆式轧机机架(2)的轧制线中设有第二个可逆式轧机机架(3);为了进行轧制过程,这两个可逆式轧机机架(2、3)可相应于前后相继的道次来调整。热轧带通常要在多个通次中进行冷轧。在多轧机式串列轧机机列中,这些道次在一个连续的过程中完成,而在单轧机式可逆轧机机列中必须进行3至7个过程。
然而在本发明的双轧机式可逆轧机机列中只需2至3个过程,因此,与单轧机式可逆轧机机列相比,在同样的时间内有较高的产量。本文所推荐的设备与两台单轧机式可逆轧机机列相比成本要低得多。而且,所推荐的双轧机式可逆轧机机列所占用的场地,亦比两个例如互相平行排列的单轧机式可逆轧机机列要小。此外,双轧机式可逆轧机机列可与设在轧机机列前面的带材加工装置排成一直线,相反,对产量约700000吨所需的两个单轧机式可逆轧机机列,则必须通过转辙器或带有带材的移动装置来供应成卷的热轧带。重要之点还有,与单轧机式可逆轧机机列相比,带钢的拉力达到了相当高的水平,所以可以达到四轧机式至六轧机式串列轧机机列的缩减比。
权利要求2和3的特征保证可以使用不同直径的工作轧辊,从而保证最合理地减少轧制道数。因此,最后一个道次同样可以使用拉毛的工作辊。
如权利要求6所建议的,对于从动的工作辊,工作辊的更换非常容易和快速,这一点也有利于产量较大的情况。
权利要求4和5以及7至9的特征,一方面可加速轧制过程,从而保证在使用本发明的设备下产量达到700000吨/年,另一方面,冷轧带的品种中可包括大量不同的质量和性能。
下面借助于附图详细介绍本发明的实施例。其中:

图3接在酸洗机后面的双轧机式可逆轧机机列。
图1表示冷轧的轧机机列1,它由两个可逆式轧机机架2、3组成。这里涉及的是四辊式轧机机架,包括工作轧辊4、4′;5、5′以及支承辊6、6′;7、7′。这两个可逆式轧机机架2、3设在两个卷取机8、9之间,它们可以为在可逆式工作中卷取和开卷带来必要的张力。
卷取机10作为热轧带进行第一道次轧制的开卷机,并必要时卷取从前面的加工线来的热轧带。卷取机10可相对于卷取机8、9以较低的张力工作。在利用卷取机8和9时的反向工作过程中,在卷取机10上准备好要展开的带材,从而可紧接着轧制过程无过多延迟地轧制下一条带材。
图2表示工作轧辊4、4′(5、5′)设计为从动辊。驱动装置11、11′通过减速器12和转轴13、13′使支承辊6、6′(7、7′)进入工作。在更换工作辊时,换辊设备14将准备好的新的工作轧辊组从更换工作台推入轧机机架2(3)。此时在轧机机架2中的工作轧辊被推入存放工作台16。因此可以快速更换工作辊。一个工作轧辊组可例如进行3个或5个道次的轧制,而最后一个道次(例如道次4或道次6)在进行快速更换工作辊后用另一种粗糙度的工作轧辊组来进行。
图3a和3b表示接在酸洗机17之后的双轧机机架的可逆式冷轧机机列。图3a中可见卷取机10,在冷轧的轧机机列1中反向地轧制先前的带材时,此卷取机10卷取来自酸洗机17的带材。随后,卷取机10将带材放出,使之进入冷轧机机列。
图3b表示这里的卷取机10作为转换式卷取机10′,它可以同时卷取和展开一方面来自酸洗机另一方面送入冷轧机机列1的带材。

Claims (9)
1、冷轧带状轧件的设备具有一个设在两个可逆式卷取机之间的可逆式轧机机架,以及有一个可由其展开带材的开卷机,其特征为:在可逆式轧机机架(2)的轧制线中设有第二个可逆式轧机机架(3);为了进行轧制过程,这两个可逆式轧机机架(2、3)可相应于前后相继的道次来调整。
2、按照权利要求1所述设备,其特征为:可逆式轧机机架(2、3)是四辊式轧机机架,它的支承辊(6、6′;7、7′)被驱动,为保证水平稳定性,它的工作辊(4、4′;5、5′)或支承辊可从由一个工作辊组(4、4′或5、5′)或支承辊组(6、6′或7、7′)构成的垂直平面沿水平方向移动。
3、按照权利要求1所述之设备,其特下为:可逆式轧机机架是六辊轧机机架,它的中间轧辊被驱动,为保证水平稳定性,它的工作辊或中间轧辊可从由一个工作辊组或中间辊组构成的垂直平面沿水平方向移动。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述之设备,其特征为:工作辊(4、4′;5、5′)和/或支承辊(6、6′;7、7′)配备有作轴向移动的驱动装置;最好为可移动的轧辊提供连续可变凸面(“CVC”)磨光。
5、按照权利要求1或3所述之设备,其特征为:工作辊和/或中间轧辊配备有作轴向移动的驱动装置;最好为可移动的轧辊提供连续可变凸面(“CVC”)磨光。
6、按照权利要求1至5之一所述之设备,其特征为:可逆式轧机机架(2、3)配备有工作辊快速更换装置(14、15、16),通过此换辊装置,具有盒式结构工作辊构件的工作辊,可通过纵向移动进行更换,此时,可更换不同直径和/或不同粗糙度的工作辊(4、4′;5、5′)。
7、按照权利要求1至6之一所述之设备,其特征为:在开卷机(10、10′)前设酸洗机(17)。
8、按照权利要求1至7之一所述之设备,其特征为:开卷机(10、10′)是一个转换式卷取机(10′)。
9、按照权利要求1至8之一所述之设备,其特征为:由可逆式轧机机架(2、3)和卷取机(8、9、10)组成的双轧机机架的可逆式冷轧轧机机列用于“小型钢厂”。
