Abstract

本发明公开了一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条,该铝隔条由铝带通过成型模具轮组滚压,多组压轮进行前后、左右方向上的矫直形成,断面轮廓由一字型变为矩形框,铝带左右两侧边具有凹凸形状,且左右两边的凹凸形状呈错开分布的,该铝隔条的成型面由铝带的凹凸形状咬合相扣而成,其余三面是不透气的。本发明铝隔条通过成型模具轮组滚压矫直成型,无需高频焊机焊接成型,成型面由凹凸形状咬合相扣形成,形成的缝隙有利于铝条内的分子筛吸收中空玻璃里层空气的水分子,主要隔离面是未经焊接的,避免了焊口开裂、漏焊、漏气的现象,保证了铝隔条的密封性,延长中空玻璃的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃生产技术领域,具体是涉及一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条。
背景技术
铝隔条是制作中空玻璃的必备材料之一,它的质量直接关系到中空玻璃的使用效果、使用年限及保温隔热功能。铝隔条是由铝带经模具滚压-冲孔-滚压-高频焊接-打毛刺-滚压定型-剪切-绑扎包装-成品,运输至玻璃加工企业,再将铝隔条插接、折弯、填充分子筛,然后粘贴在两块玻璃中,再涂二次密封胶制成中空玻璃。
现有的铝隔条是利用成卷形的铝带经模具轮滚压成口字型,再用高频焊机焊接接口,再一次用模具轮滚压定型,成直线的口字型的铝隔条,再按定长(一般是5米)剪切,经绑扎再用纸箱包装成外形长5米宽0.2米高0.2米的成品,工艺繁琐,且成型的铝隔条不能弯曲,只能按照定尺的长度包装,如此长度的产品用纸箱包装在运输中容易发生变形和散乱,增加物流成本和废品率;再有,这种通过高频焊机焊接的铝隔条会出现焊接***裂和漏气的现象,从而影响分子筛的效果,特别是焊接口这一面是隔断中空玻璃内、外空气的唯一金属屏障,容易出现密封不良的情况,最终影响中空玻璃的质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条,该铝隔条采用扣式结构,设计巧妙,成品可减少包装,运输方便成本低,密封性好,使用寿命高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条,该铝隔条由铝带通过成型模具轮组滚压,再经多组压轮进行前后、左右方向上的矫直形成,断面轮廓由一字型变为矩形框,所述铝带左右两侧边具有凹凸形状,且左右两边的凹凸形状呈错开分布的,左凹右凸或左凸右凹,所述成型模具轮组包括呈165度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第一组模具轮、呈135度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第二组模具轮、呈105度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第三组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和两个从动滚轮组成的第四组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和一个呈160度滚轮组成的第五组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和一个平面滚轮组成的第六组成型模具轮,所述压轮是由两组滚轮组成的矫直成型模具,该铝隔条的成型面由所述齿形铝带的凹凸形状咬合相扣而成,其余三面是不透气的。
进一步地,所述铝带两边的凹凸形状呈直角或者其他任意角度。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明铝隔条直接通过成型模具轮组滚压矫直成型,无需高频焊机焊接成型,主要隔离面是未经焊接的,避免了焊口开裂、漏焊、漏气的现象,保证了铝隔条的密封性,延长中空玻璃的使用寿命。
2、本发明铝隔条成型面由凹凸形状咬合相扣形成,形成的缝隙有利于铝条内的分子筛吸收中空玻璃里层空气的水分子,无需另外通气孔。
3、本发明铝隔条成型工艺简单,可以实现现场制作,按需要剪切,降低了损耗,减少了接头,降低了生产成本。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明提供的中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条进一步详细说明。
一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条,该铝隔条由铝带通过成型模具轮组滚压,再经多组压轮进行前后、左右方向上的矫直形成,断面轮廓由一字型变为矩形框,所述铝带左右两侧边具有凹凸形状,凹凸形状呈直角或者其他任意角度,且左右两边的凹凸形状呈错开分布的,左凹右凸或左凸右凹,如附图2所示,所述成型模具轮组包括呈165度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第一组模具轮1、呈135度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第二组模具轮2、呈105度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第三组模具轮3、由一个凹形模具轮和两个从动滚轮组成的第四组模具轮4、由一个凹形模具轮和一个呈160度滚轮组成的第五组模具轮5、由一个凹形模具轮和一个平面滚轮组成的第六组成型模具轮6,所述压轮是由两组滚轮组成的矫直成型模具轮,如附图1所示,该铝隔条的成型面由所述铝带的凹凸形状咬合相扣而成,形成的缝隙有利于铝条内的分子筛吸收中空玻璃里层空气的水分子,无需另外通气孔,其余三面是不透气的,有利于隔断中空玻璃内、外空气,保证中空玻璃的密封质量。

1.一种中空玻璃用扣式铝隔条,该铝隔条由铝带通过成型模具轮组滚压,再经多组压轮进行前后、左右方向上的矫直形成,断面轮廓由一字型变为矩形框,所述压轮是由两组滚轮组成的矫直成型模具,其特征在于:所述铝带左右两侧边具有凹凸形状,且左右两边的凹凸形状呈错开分布的,左凹右凸或左凸右凹,所述成型模具轮组包括呈165度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第一组模具轮、呈135度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第二组模具轮、呈105度由上下凹凸模具轮组成的第三组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和两个从动滚轮组成的第四组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和一个呈160度滚轮组成的第五组模具轮、由一个凹形模具轮和一个平面滚轮组成的第六组成型模具轮,该铝隔条的成型面由所述齿形铝带的凹凸形状咬合相扣而成,其余三面是不透气的。
