女子有经、孕、产、乳的特殊生理功能,这些功能皆以血为用,与血有着密切的关系。月经的主要成分是血,怀孕期间需要阴血养胎,分娩时依赖气血推动使胎儿娩出,同时还需要阴血濡润产道,产后精血上行化为乳汁,为婴儿提供营养。由此可见,这其中的每一个生理功能都是以血为用,耗伤阴血。血的充盛对于女子机体正常的生理活动是必不可少的,女子当以血为本。据现代研究,即使身体健康的女子,血中的红细胞、血红蛋白都较男子偏低,仅为男子的4/5。
女子在经、孕、产、乳期,除因以血为用容易产生血不足外,还因特殊的生理时期的内分泌变动、饮食变动、生活起居变动而易产生情绪低迷、紧张、焦虑、抑郁、便秘、缺钙等多种症状。统计发现女性发生精神障碍的机率至少是男性的2倍。研究显示,我国50%-75%的女性都随着孩子的出生都伴有“产后抑郁症”,其发病率在15%~30%。产后便秘是产后常见的病症之一,若不及时治疗,势必在产后的饮食睡眠、乳汁分泌及产后康复方面带来不良影响,严重者将引发痔疮,诱发心脏病及脑出血等病症,应引起足够的重视。
除此外,产妇经***分娩产后有***侧切或裂伤伤口,刨宫产也会有手术伤口。除了进行药物清洗护理,还需要补充促进伤口愈合的营养物质,补充蛋白,促进伤口愈合。
乳母肩负着哺育婴儿的责任,0-6个月婴儿的食物来源完全依靠母乳。所以乳母要注意饮食,营养全面。
传统五红汤主要以枸杞、花生、红枣、红豆和红糖组成,尽管对女性有滋阴补血的功效,但由于现代的环境、饮食结构、工作节奏、生活方式等都与传统五红汤组方时有了很大的不同,难以满足现代女性经、孕、产、乳期的营养健康需要,特别是传统五红汤功效简单,携带不便,食用时现煮较为麻烦,加工后保质期短。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种可用于女性经、孕、产、乳期的营养品,该营养品具有益气补血、解郁、增强免疫等多种功效,女性经、孕、产、乳期服用有利于身体的快速恢复。
本发明的第二目的在于提供上述营养品的制备方法,该制备方法将营养品加工成固体制品,不再受限液体加工时间长、不易运输、保质期短等问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种可用于女性经、孕、产、乳期的营养品,主要由以下成分制成:
按重量份计,红豆10~30份、红枣2~10份、枸杞子2~10份、红衣花生3~10份、红糖1~10份、红菇0.3~4份、鱼胶0.1~5份和DHA 0.1~0.3份。
本发明的营养品不仅含有红豆、红枣、枸杞子、红衣花生和红糖等传统五红汤的成分,用于升高白细胞和血小板,益气补血,还添加了红菇、鱼胶和DHA三种成分,在增强传统五红汤益气补血效果的同时,针对女性经、孕、产、乳特殊时期,实现增强免疫、解郁等功效。
其中,红菇富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质、维生素B、维生素D、维生素E,并含有其他食品中稀少的尼克酸,微量元素铁、锌、硒、锰等。这些成分都是女性经、孕、产、乳期易缺的营养,因此,增加红菇可以针对性的补充营养,起到养血、补血、活血化瘀、祛水肿、补精神、强身体、益肾虚腰痛的效果,有助于缓解贫血、水肿、营养不良和产妇出血过多等症状,减少女性经、孕、产、乳期抑郁的客观因素,增加免疫力。
鱼胶能增强胃肠的消化吸收功能,提高食欲,提高免疫力。鱼胶含有大量胶汁,又具有活血、补血、止血、御寒祛湿等功效,所以能提高免疫力,对于体质虚弱、真阴亏损、精神过劳的人士,作为进补更为合适。另外,鱼胶富含胶原蛋白,能够加强皮肤的修复能力,促进伤口愈合,长期使用还有美容效果。
DHA,二十二碳六烯酸,是大脑细胞膜的重要构成成分,参与脑细胞的形成和发育,对神经细胞轴突的延伸和新突起的形成有重要作用,可维持神经细胞的正常生理活动,参与大脑思维和记忆形成过程,本发明在营养品中加入DHA可以增加解郁功效,改善智力。
综上,本发明营养成分之间具有一定的协同作用,致使功能更多样,具有益气补血、解郁、增强免疫等主要功效,其协同作用更好改善女性经、孕、产、乳期健康状况。
本发明的营养品不仅能用于女性经、孕、产、乳期的营养加强品,还可以用于正常人群的日常保健。
另外,本发明的营养品是对现有传统五红汤的功能改进后所得的新产品,安全有效,不存在现有产品此消彼长的问题。
在本发明中,以其他成分的份数为基础,每种成分可在其范围内任意选用。
例如红豆可取10~30份范围内的任意份数,10份、12份、15份、20份、30份等。红豆可选红大豆或红小豆,优选后者。
红枣可取2~10份范围内的任意份数,2份、5份、6份、10份等。
枸杞子可取2~10份范围内的任意份数,2份、4份、6份、10份等。
红衣花生可取3~10份范围内的任意份数,3份、4份、5份、6份、10份等。
红糖可取1~10份范围内的任意份数,1份、2份、4份、6份、10份等。
红菇可取0.3~4份范围内的任意份数,0.3份、0.5份、1份、4份等。
鱼胶可取0.1~5份范围内的任意份数,0.1份、0.2份、0.5份、1份、1.5份、2份、5份等。
DHA可取0.1~0.3份范围内的任意份数,0.1份、0.2份、0.3份等。
在以上任选的方案中优选的方案如下。
优选地,按重量份计,红豆12~30份、红枣2~6份、枸杞子4~10份、红衣花生4~10份、红糖4~10份、红菇0.5~4份、鱼胶0.2~5份和DHA 0.1~0.3份。
优选地,按重量份计,红豆12~20份、红枣2~6份、枸杞子4~6份、红衣花生4~6份、红糖4~6份、红菇0.5~4份、鱼胶0.2~1份和DHA 0.1~0.3份。
优选地,按重量份计,红豆15份、红枣5份、枸杞子6份、红衣花生5份、红糖6份、红菇1份、鱼胶0.5份和DHA 0.1份。
本发明的营养品可以制成任意形态,例如营养液、营养片、颗粒或块状等固体制剂,甚至膏状。然而营养液与膏状的加工过程费时费力,且制品不易保存、不易运输,为此,本发明提供了固体制品的制备方法,如下。
方式一、
将所有原料混合打浆,之后干燥成预设形状;
方式二、
将原料蒸煮后磨浆,之后干燥成预设形状;
方式三、
用水对红枣和枸杞子浸提后,与其他原料混合打浆,之后干燥成预设形状;
所述预设形状优选为薄片、块状或颗粒。
上述三种方式的形状可以在干燥过程中利用特定的模具或机械实现。
在以上三种生产方式中,可优化具体的操作条件,以提高生产效率或者提高功效因子的活性,具体如下。
优选地,两种方式中的所述打浆时固液质量比为2:5~8,例如2:5、2:6、2:7、2:8等。
优选地,所述预设形状为薄片、块状或颗粒。
优选地,所述干燥在滚筒干燥机中进行,所述干燥的温度为120~130℃,转速优选为250~350r/min。
优选地,所述蒸煮的时间为10min以上。
不同原料的蒸煮时间有差异,例如红小豆约40min,红枣枸杞子10min,花生约30min,红菇约20min,鱼胶约20min。
优选地,所述原料在打浆之前进行切块或粉碎,所述粉碎优选粉碎至过80目筛。
对于不同的成分可以选择性的切块或粉碎,例如蒸熟的红菇切块,其他粉碎。
综上,与现有技术相比,本发明达到了以下技术效果:
(1)通过改良营养品的配方组成和配比丰富了营养品的功效,实现益气补血、解郁、增强免疫等多种功效,使女性经、孕、产、乳期身体得到快速恢复;
(2)改良营养品的制备方法,既省时省力,又延长了营养品的保质期,且更容易运输。

下面将结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
取红小豆15g、红枣5g、枸杞子6g、红衣花生5g、红糖6g、红菇1g、鱼胶0.5g和DHA0.1g。
1)原料前处理:红小豆浸泡;红枣去核,粗碎;枸杞子、花生粗碎;红菇粗碎;鱼胶浸泡。浸泡液留,备用。
2)蒸制:以上各原料分别蒸制,蒸制时间有差别,红小豆约40min,红枣枸杞子10min,花生约30min,红菇约20min,鱼胶约20min。
3)蒸后的红小豆粗碎,与红枣、花生、枸杞一起过胶体磨打浆(浸泡液加入,固液比2:5);红菇,鱼胶单独处理。
4)各浆液与其他原料混合,混合后的浆液滚筒干燥或者低温干燥,干燥温度120℃,转速300r/min,稍粉碎后即得,最后产品每袋规格应为35-40g。
实施例2
取红小豆10g、红枣6g、枸杞子10g、红衣花生4g、红糖4g、红菇4g、鱼胶0.5g和DHA0.1g。

实施例6
取红小豆15g、红枣5g、枸杞子6g、红衣花生5g、红糖6g、红菇1g、鱼胶0.5g和DHA0.1g。

3)蒸后的红小豆粗碎,与红枣、花生、枸杞一起过胶体磨打浆(浸泡液加入,固液比2:8);红菇,鱼胶单独处理。
4)各浆液与其他原料混合,混合后的浆液滚筒干燥或者低温干燥,干燥温度130℃,转速350r/min,稍粉碎后即得,最后产品每袋规格应为35-40g。
实施例7
取红小豆15g、红枣5g、枸杞子6g、红衣花生5g、红糖6g、红菇1g、鱼胶0.5g和DHA0.1g。
1)红枣去核,剪碎,和枸杞子一起提取。沸水提取2次,第一次8倍水,1h,第二次6倍水,0.5h。过滤,浓缩,浓缩液备用。
2)其它原料同实施例1,各原料粉与红枣枸杞子浓缩液一起制粒、低温干燥。或者浆液中加入浓缩液,一起干燥(滚筒干燥或者低温干燥)粉碎后,再与鱼胶粉、DHA粉一起混合,即得。
4)各浆液与其他原料混合,混合后的浆液滚筒干燥或者低温干燥,干燥温度120℃,转速300r/min,稍粉碎后即得,最后产品每袋规格应为35-40g。
对比例1
按15:5:6:5:6的重量比取红小豆、红枣、枸杞子、红衣花生、红糖。
1)原料前处理:红小豆浸泡;红枣去核,粗碎;枸杞子、花生粗碎;鱼胶浸泡。浸泡液留,备用。
2)蒸制:以上各原料分别蒸制,蒸制时间有差别,红小豆约40min,红枣枸杞子10min,花生约30min,红菇约20min,鱼胶约20min。
3)蒸后的红小豆粗碎,与红枣、花生、枸杞一起过胶体磨打浆(浸泡液加入,固液比2:5);红菇,鱼胶单独处理。
4)各浆液与其他原料混合,混合后的浆液滚筒干燥或者低温干燥,干燥温度120℃,转速300r/min,稍粉碎后即得,最后产品每袋规格应为35-40g。
比较以上实施例和对比例所得营养品对产妇的功效,实验过程如下。
1.增加血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数、血小板;改善免疫功能,增强体质
本发明以血红蛋白含量(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板(PLT)、免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)为指标,观察本发明产品对产后人群贫血症状以及免疫功能的改善作用,对观察组1、2和对照组进行比较。90例均来源于医院妇产科分娩的产妇。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组1,30例,年龄21-40岁,平均年龄28.5岁;观察组2,30例,年龄21-41岁,平均年龄27.5岁;对照组30例,年龄22-37岁,平均年龄26.7岁。
观察组1服用本发明产品实施例1,观察组2服用本发明产品实施例3;对照组服用对比例1基础五红汤。42天后化验血常规。

从表2可以看出,观察组1和观察组2的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数和血小板均显著优于对照组。观察组1的血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数和血小板均显著优于观察组2,差异均有统计学意义。对比三组患者免疫功能,观察组1和观察组2的IgM、IgG、IgA均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中IgA(P<0.01),观察组1的IgM、IgG、IgA均显著高于观察组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中IgA(P<0.01)。
以上结果说明本发明产品(实施例1和实施例2)有助于升高产后人群的血红蛋白、红细胞和血小板数量,有利于改善产妇贫血的症状,可以提高免疫力,增强免疫功能。
2.缓解产后抑郁
产后抑郁症症状150例,年龄22-39岁,平均30.5岁。将其随机分为观察组1、50例(本发明产品实施例1),观察组2、50例(实施例3)和对照组50例(传统五红汤),两组患者在基础资料方面相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05),可进行对比分析。
观察组1服用本发明实施例1,观察组2服用本发明实施例3产品;对照组服用对比例1基础五红汤。42天后观察患者的临床症状改善情况、睡眠质量提高率和家属满意度。产后抑郁的临床症状包括精神状态欠佳、情绪波动大、沮丧、悲伤、情绪严重者,烦躁不安。食欲低下,对新生儿显现出厌恶、反感的症状。

从表3可以看出,观察组1和观察组2患者在临床症状改善、睡眠质量提高、家属满意方面均优于对照组,相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组1患者在临床症状改善、睡眠质量提高、家属满意方面均优于观察组2,相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。
以上结果说明,本发明实施例1和实施例3在缓解抑郁方面的作用较基础五红汤作用明显,且实施例1的效果优于实施例3。。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种可用于女性经、孕、产、乳期的营养品,其特征在于,主要由以下成分制成:
按重量份计,红豆10~30份、红枣2~10份、枸杞子2~10份、红衣花生3~10份、红糖1~10份、红菇0.3~4份、鱼胶0.1~5份和DHA 0.1~0.3份;
所述的营养品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料前处理:红小豆浸泡;红枣去核,粗碎;枸杞子、花生粗碎;红菇粗碎;鱼胶浸泡;浸泡液留,备用;
2)蒸制:以上各原料分别蒸制;
3)蒸后的红小豆粗碎,与红枣、花生、枸杞一起过胶体磨打浆,浸泡液加入,固液比为2:(5~8);红菇,鱼胶单独处理;
4)各浆液与其他原料混合,混合后的浆液滚筒干燥或者低温干燥,干燥温度为120~130℃,转速为300~350r/min,粉碎后即得;
所述蒸制的时间为10min以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养品,其特征在于,按重量份计,红豆12~30份、红枣2~6份、枸杞子4~10份、红衣花生4~10份、红糖4~10份、红菇0.5~4份、鱼胶0.2~5份和DHA 0.1~0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养品,其特征在于,按重量份计,红豆12~20份、红枣2~6份、枸杞子4~6份、红衣花生4~6份、红糖4~6份、红菇0.5~4份、鱼胶0.2~1份和DHA 0.1~0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的营养品,其特征在于,按重量份计,红豆15份、红枣5份、枸杞子6份、红衣花生5份、红糖6份、红菇1份、鱼胶0.5份和DHA 0.1份。
