本发明涉及一种液压减震器,特别涉及一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置。本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置,包括有柱状且具有内腔的缸体,缸体内具有自由活塞及延伸至缸体内的驱动活塞,驱动活塞通过活塞杆驱动,自由活塞将内腔分隔为气腔及液体腔,驱动活塞处于液体腔内,自由活塞的外周面与内腔之间具有密封圈,自由活塞的外周面上开设有至少一组环状的凹坑,该凹坑内注有润滑脂。采用上述技术方案,提供了一种润滑效果好、防止密封圈磨损、延长使用寿命的单缸双活塞液压减震装置。

单缸双活塞液压减震装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压减震器,特别涉及一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置。
背景技术
单缸式液压减震器为一种汽车的常用部件,主要是为了使车架与车身的震动迅速衰减,从而改善汽车行驶时的平顺性和舒适性。
传统的单缸式液压减震器主要由柱状的缸体、设于缸体内的自由活塞及具有活塞杆并延伸至缸体内的驱动活塞组成。自由活塞将缸体内的空间分割为气室及液体腔室,驱动活塞则处于液体腔室内滑移。在使用过程中,具有活塞杆的驱动活塞处于缸体内滑移,自由活塞受到驱动力也会处于缸体内移动,自由活塞在移动时改变了气室的容量,具有补偿驱动活塞进出气缸的容积。
为了促使缸体的气室与液体腔室之间具有密封性,通常会在自由活塞与缸体的内壁之间设置密封圈(自由活塞的外周面上开设有环状凹槽,密封圈安装于该环状凹槽内)。自由活塞处于缸体内轴向滑移时,密封圈与缸体内壁之间具有较大的摩擦,会导致密封圈受损,从而丧失密封性。本领域技术人员为了防止密封圈受到过度的摩擦,通常会将密封圈外涂抹润滑脂(如硅油),该润滑脂由人工涂抹,在涂抹过程中难免会出现涂抹不均匀的情况,并且涂抹润滑脂时如若粘有杂物,不仅对密封圈不会具有润滑作用,反而会造成密封圈过早的磨损。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种润滑效果好、防止密封圈磨损、延长使用寿命的单缸双活塞液压减震装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置,包括有柱状且具有内腔的缸体,缸体内具有自由活塞及延伸至缸体内的驱动活塞,驱动活塞通过活塞杆驱动,自由活塞将内腔分隔为气腔及液体腔,驱动活塞处于液体腔内,自由活塞的外周面与内腔之间具有密封圈,其特征在于:所述的自由活塞的外周面上开设有至少一组环状的凹坑,该凹坑内注有润滑脂。
采用上述技术方案,通过在自由活塞的外周面上设置环状的凹坑,并在凹坑内注入润滑脂。在使用过程中,一方面润滑脂可随自由活塞处于缸体内腔中的滑移将润滑脂涂抹于内腔壁上,密封圈随自由活塞滑移时其表面则会均匀的黏附润滑脂;另一方面当润滑脂内或者缸体内具有杂质时,杂质会随着移动被收纳于凹坑内,不会对密封圈造成损伤,同时保证了自由活塞的正常运行。
本发明进一步设置为:自由活塞包括有环状本体,环状本体朝向驱动活塞的一端具有朝向驱动活塞延伸的凸起球面,另一端为凹腔。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置促使自由活塞的移动过程更为顺畅。对于气室容量的调节更为稳定,调节速度更为迅速。
本发明更进一步设置为:自由活塞的外周面的中部开设有供密封圈放置的放置槽,自由活塞外周面位于设置放置槽的纵向两侧分别开设有可注入润滑脂的凹坑。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置可使密封圈能够快速且更为均匀的被涂抹润滑脂。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置,包括有柱状且具有内腔11的缸体1,缸体1内具有自由活塞2及延伸至缸体1内的驱动活塞3,驱动活塞3通过活塞杆31驱动,自由活塞2将内腔11分隔为气腔111及液体腔112,驱动活塞3处于液体腔112内,自由活塞2的外周面与内腔11之间具有密封圈4,自由活塞2的外周面上开设有至少一组环状的凹坑21,该凹坑21内注有润滑脂5。上述方案中,通过在自由活塞2的外周面上设置环状的凹坑21,并在凹坑21内注入润滑脂5。在使用过程中,一方面润滑脂5可随自由活塞2处于缸体1内腔11中的滑移将润滑脂涂抹于内腔壁上,密封圈4随自由活塞2滑移时其表面则会均匀的黏附润滑脂;另一方面当润滑脂5内或者缸体1内具有杂质时,杂质会随着移动被收纳于凹坑21内,不会对密封圈4造成损伤,同时保证了自由活塞2的正常运行。
在本发明实施例中,自由活塞2包括有环状本体,环状本体朝向驱动活塞3的一端具有朝向驱动活塞3延伸的凸起球面22,另一端为凹腔23。即自由活塞2呈碗状,可促使自由活塞2的移动过程更为顺畅。对于气室容量的调节更为稳定,调节速度更为迅速。
为了进一步的加快密封圈4被涂抹润滑脂5,自由活塞2的外周面的中部开设有供密封圈4放置的放置槽23,自由活塞2外周面位于设置放置槽23的纵向两侧分别开设有可注入润滑脂5的凹坑21。

1.一种单缸双活塞液压减震装置,包括有柱状且具有内腔的缸体,缸体内具有自由活塞及延伸至缸体内的驱动活塞,驱动活塞通过活塞杆驱动,自由活塞将内腔分隔为气腔及液体腔,驱动活塞处于液体腔内,自由活塞的外周面与内腔之间具有密封圈,其特征在于:所述的自由活塞的外周面上开设有至少一组环状的凹坑,该凹坑内注有润滑脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单缸双活塞液压减震装置,其特征在于:所述的自由活塞包括有环状本体,环状本体朝向驱动活塞的一端具有朝向驱动活塞延伸的凸起球面,另一端为凹腔。
3.根据权利权利要求1或2所述的单缸双活塞液压减震装置,其特征在于:所述的自由活塞的外周面的中部开设有供密封圈放置的放置槽,自由活塞外周面位于设置放置槽的纵向两侧分别开设有可注入润滑脂的凹坑。
