技术领域
本发明涉及一种筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置,尤其涉及一种适用于收口结构筒形零件内表面的涂料自动喷涂装置。
背景技术
喷涂工艺因其效率高、适于大批量生产、涂膜均匀、厚度便于控制、易于填充表面微孔且附着力较好等优点,而成为涂料涂装的优选工艺之一。筒形零件,尤其是具有较大深径比且收口的筒形零件,内表面喷涂操作难度大、施工效率低,且涂层质量难以控制。为此,研制一种适用于收口结构筒形零件内表面的收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置就具有非常迫切的需求和很大的应用价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种适用于收口结构筒形零件内表面的涂料自动喷涂装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置,包括喷枪***、喷嘴、转台、装卸板、空压机、调速电机、转台控制柜、零件自转控制柜、夹持工装、喷嘴对中块;所述喷枪***、喷嘴、喷嘴对中块依次连接;所述喷嘴、喷嘴对中块为一一对应的多组;所述喷嘴对中块为回转体结构,内侧通过细牙螺纹连接喷嘴,外侧由直线段和斜锥段构成;所述转台设有呈中心对称分布的多个台阶孔,每个台阶孔内安设有一个装卸板;所述夹持工装若干件为一组,安设于一个装卸板的若干个台阶孔内;所述调速电机安设于零件自转控制柜上端;所述调速电机与一组夹持工装的数量相同,所述调速电机顶端的凹槽与对应夹持工装底端的凸起相匹配;所述空压机与所述喷枪***相连接;所述转台控制柜位于所述转台下方,与转台相连接;所述零件自转控制柜安设于所述转台下方。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述转台设有四个台阶孔。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述调速电机顶端的凹槽为“十”字形凹槽,对应夹持工装底端的凸起为“十”字形凸起。
作为对本技术方案的改进,所述喷嘴对中块斜锥段与轴线的夹角为15°。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
1、操作工人可在墙体另外一侧装卸零件,通过帘布等有效阻隔,可显著减轻喷射出的涂料对操作工人的影响,显著改善操作工人的工作环境。
2、除装卸零件外,均为自动化运行,不需人工操作,可大幅降低劳动强度。
3、单次可同时喷涂多件零件,且喷涂作业可连续进行,装卸零件不需停机,工作效率高。
4、通过零件自转及锥块对中,可保证零件内表面涂层具有良好的均匀性。
5、仅需通过设置喷涂过程喷枪***的上移速度就可实现对涂层厚度的控制,便于调整涂层厚度。
6、仅需替换装卸板、夹持工装、喷嘴对中块等少量工装,即可喷涂不同口径、结构的零件,调整灵活、方便。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体的描述,有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的技术人员可以根据上述内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
实施例:一种收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置,如图1-3所示,收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置包括喷枪***2、喷嘴3、转台4、装卸板6、空压机7、调速电机8、转台控制柜9、零件自转控制柜10、夹持工装11、喷嘴对中块12;所述喷枪***2、喷嘴3、喷嘴对中块12依次连接;所述喷嘴3、喷嘴对中块12为一一对应的多组;所述喷嘴对中块12为回转体结构,内侧通过细牙螺纹连接喷嘴3,外侧由直线段和斜锥段构成;所述转台4设有呈中心对称分布的多个台阶孔,每个台阶孔内安设有一个装卸板6;所述夹持工装11若干件为一组,安设于一个装卸板6的若干个台阶孔内;所述调速电机8安设于零件自转控制柜10上端;所述调速电机8与一组夹持工装11数量相同,所述调速电机8顶端的凹槽与对应夹持工装11夹持工装底端的凸起相匹配;所述空压机7与所述喷枪***2相连接;所述转台控制柜9位于所述转台4下方,与转台4相连接;所述零件自转控制柜10安设于所述转台4下方。
收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置工作过程如下:夹持工装11顶端夹持住收口筒形零件5底部并安设于装卸板6的台阶孔内;装卸板6安设于转台4的台阶孔内,转台4的一个台阶孔转动到工位后,调速电机8整体上移至指定位置,每台调速电机8顶端的凹槽与对应夹持工装11底端的凸起相接触,调速电机8启动,夹持工装11底端凸起进入调速电机8顶端凹槽内,调速电机8带动夹持工装11及收口筒形零件5自转。喷枪***2下移至指定位置,喷嘴3进入相应的收口筒形零件5内,此时喷嘴对中块12斜锥段(起导向作用)完全进入收口筒形零件5内,喷嘴对中块12直线段与收口筒形零件5口部为间隙配合,使喷嘴3轴线与收口筒形零件5轴线基本重合,空压机7提供压缩空气,喷嘴3开始喷涂涂料。期间,喷枪***2缓慢上移,至指定位置后,空压机7停止供气,喷嘴3停止喷涂,同时,调速电机8停机。其后,喷枪***2上移至初始位置,调速电机8下移至初始位置,至此,一个装卸板6上的全部收口筒形零件5喷涂完毕。转台控制柜9驱动转台4,使转台4旋转至指定角度,下一个装卸板6随转台4的台阶孔进入工位,开始下一组收口筒形零件5的喷涂,如此往复。
转台4穿过墙体1,操作工人作业工房与喷涂作业工房分居墙体两侧,操作工人在墙体1背面装卸收口筒形零件5。
优选地,所述转台4设有四个台阶孔。
优选地,所述调速电机8顶端的凹槽为“十”字形凹槽,对应夹持工装11底端的凸起为“十”字形凸起。
优选地,所述喷嘴对中块12斜锥段与轴线的夹角为15°。
由于采用了上述结构,收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置具有如下有益效果:
1、操作工人可在墙体另外一侧装卸零件,通过透明遮挡帘布等有效阻隔,可显著减轻喷射出的涂料对操作工人的影响,显著改善操作工人的工作环境。
2、除装卸零件外,均为自动化运行,不需人工操作,可大幅降低劳动强度。
3、单次可同时喷涂多件零件,且喷涂作业可连续进行,装卸零件不需停机,工作效率高。
4、通过零件自转及锥块对中,可保证零件内表面涂层具有良好的均匀性。

1.一种收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述收口筒形零件内表面涂料自动涂覆装置包括喷枪***(2)、喷嘴(3)、转台(4)、装卸板(6)、空压机(7)、调速电机(8)、转台控制柜(9)、零件自转控制柜(10)、夹持工装(11)、喷嘴对中块(12);所述喷枪***(2)、喷嘴(3)、喷嘴对中块(12)依次连接;所述喷嘴(3)、喷嘴对中块(12)为一一对应的多组;所述喷嘴对中块(12)为回转体结构,内侧通过细牙螺纹连接喷嘴(3),外侧由直线段和斜锥段构成;所述转台(4)设有呈中心对称分布的多个台阶孔,每个台阶孔内安设有一个装卸板(6);所述夹持工装(11)若干件为一组,安设于一个装卸板(6)的若干个台阶孔内;所述调速电机(8)安设于零件自转控制柜(10)上端;所述调速电机(8)与一组夹持工装(11)数量相同,所述调速电机(8)顶端的凹槽与对应夹持工装(11)底端的凸起相匹配;所述空压机(7)与所述喷枪***(2)相连接;所述转台控制柜(9)位于所述转台(4)下方,与转台(4)相连接;所述零件自转控制柜(10)安设于所述转台(4)下方;
所述喷嘴对中块(12)斜锥段与轴线的夹角为15°。
