Abstract
一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料,其特征是所述复合面料为聚氨酯薄膜层/搭接剂/布料的三明治夹层结构。本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料,以满足气密层保压和保型的目的,同时可有效提高撕裂强度,满足耐老化、高耐磨、乃穿刺、耐撕裂、高可靠和高寿命的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其是一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料。
背景技术
航天服esuit),尤其是舱外航天服(Extar Mobi l ity Unit,EMU),被称为宇航员的“生命护身符”,使用特殊材料制备的综合防护***,具有多层次、多模块、多功能等特点。航空服经历了一代又一代的发展。也展示了具有未来色彩的航天服概念产品,用于月球、火星等探索。航天服除防寒、减震、抗辐射、阻挡撞击等功能外,还需要持续稳定保证一个正气压,主要由气密性限制层(Pressure garment bladder)发挥作用。航天服主流架构为高性能纤维加特殊涂层的多层结构材料,包括内衣舒适层、保暖层、通风/液冷层、气密限制层、隔热层和外罩保护层等组成。
气密限制层,一般采用涂丁基或氯丁橡胶尼龙胶布等材料制成,近年来逐渐被具有性能可灵活设计的聚氨酯材料代替。航天服使用材料向着强度高、重量轻、寿命长、可靠性好、结构简单和可自修复的方向发展。
在航天舱外服的气密层,由气密层和限制层二层面料组成。其中气密层和限制层起到增压和保持形状的作用,现有文献报道的气密层为天然橡胶,限制层为锦纶绸布。使用过程中存在容易老化、使用寿命短、撕裂强度低、耐穿刺性能差、耐磨性能不好等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹 层结构复合面料,以满足气密层保压和保型的目的,同时可有效提高撕裂强度,满足耐老化、高耐磨、乃穿刺、耐撕裂、高可靠和高寿命的需求。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料,其特征是所述复合面料为聚氨酯薄膜层/搭接剂/布料的三明治夹层结构。
贴合工艺制备工艺如下:
①送胶片PUF1151:送胶片要求不能有拉力,并且必须将胶片送平摆放于输送带上,胶片不能“跑边”(跑边就是胶片送往一边,上胶时另外一边不能覆盖上胶水而引至贴合不牢或根本没有贴上布料);
②上胶水DB1101:上胶装置是由糊轮、糊刀组成。糊轮是压花轮,通过糊轮和糊刀控制胶水在糊轮上的厚度,糊轮上胶水的厚度,就是上在胶片表面胶水的厚度。
③拉布DB327:拉布尽量让布料与胶片自然复合,不要施加外力,这样贴合出来的贴合片不会失掉弹性,也不容易出现布料皱折或胶片皱折。
④高温复合:由一个大贴合轮与六根小压合轮加上羊毛毯组成,它的功能是将前段初步复合的贴合片再一次进行高温复合,加速胶水与布料胶片的化学反应,另外通过六根压合轮进行六次压合,极大提高贴合牢度。
⑤重复第一步,贴附另一面。
⑥卷取或裁剪:此过程是根据需要进行。它由卷取机与裁片机组成,其中还附属加装一台跑码计数器。贴合生产技术及参数:温度,120℃~130℃;速度,900mm/min~1200mm/min;胶水厚度:0.02mm。聚氨酯薄膜层/布料/聚氨酯薄膜层的厚度分别为0.1mm/0.16mm/0.1mm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料结构适用于气密后续加工,可采用缝制、粘贴和热合工艺,能够有效地应用在航天航空领域,很好的满足了气密层保压和保型的目的,同时可有效提高撕裂强度,满足耐老化、高耐磨、乃穿刺、耐撕裂、高可靠和高寿命的需求。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述:
一种应用于航天服的含有聚氨酯薄膜层的三明治夹层结构复合面料,其特征是所述复合面料为聚氨酯薄膜层/搭接剂/布料的三明治夹层结构。
具体涉及一种航天舱外服气密层面料,具有聚氨酯薄膜层/搭接剂/布料的三明治夹层结构,实施例:所用原材料如下:锦纶绸布(DB327绸布,江苏东邦科技有限公司),搭接剂(DB1101,江苏东邦科技有限公司),TPU薄膜PUF1151,京嘉联创材料技术有限公司)。贴合工艺制备工艺如下:
①送胶片PUF1151:送胶片要求不能有拉力,并且必须将胶片送平摆放于输送带上,胶片不能“跑边”(跑边就是胶片送往一边,上胶时另外一边不能覆盖上胶水而引至贴合不牢或根本没有贴上布料);
