Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种传输数据的方法、接入网设备和终端设备。该方法包括:接入网设备接收核心网设备发送的第一数据包;接入网设备确定终端设备接收第一数据包需要处于的状态,终端设备接收第一数据包需要处于状态为至少两种状态中的任意一种,至少两种状态为终端设备与网络侧设备处于数据传输时的不同状态;接入网设备向终端设备发送数据包。本发明实施例能够使得终端设备在与数据包匹配的状态来传输数据包。
