步骤二;拉拔:将预处理线材置于拉拔机进行多次拉拔,拉拔完成后收线得到半成品线材;
步骤三;热处理:将拉拔处理后的半成品线材放入热处理炉进行加热处理,加热完成后进行清洗、冷却;
步骤四;拧股成绳:将镀锌后的半品线材放于拧股机上进行捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳;
步骤五;质量检验:加工完成后对钢丝绳成品的质量进行检验,检验合格的装箱,检验不合格重新进行加工。
作为优选,所述步骤三所述热处理炉的温度在700-800℃范围内。

步骤二;拉拔:将预处理线材置于拉拔机进行多次拉拔,拉拔完成后收线得到半成品线材;
步骤三;热处理:将拉拔处理后的半成品线材放入热处理炉进行加热处理,加热完成后进行清洗、冷却;
步骤四;拧股成绳:将镀锌后的半品线材放于拧股机上进行捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳;
步骤五;质量检验:加工完成后对钢丝绳成品的质量进行检验,检验合格的装箱,检验不合格重新进行加工。
